06/10/2024: My stars go to the falafel which is world class, even after the 3rd visit! As far as I understood the owner when I chatted with him last time, it was his father who opened the legendary falafel stall in Christiania back in the 80s/90s and it is the same recipe he uses as back then. Of course, it can be difficult to get verified just like that, but whatever it is, he makes a furiously good falafel. By the way, my 9-year-old daughter really liked it too ☺️ An overlooked gem in the middle of Hillerød's most unattractive hood 😀

On Friday d. 24/01/25 we had graduation from my degree and there was a sudden initiative to eat pizzas, so we called Big Mamma pizza, who were extremely solution-oriented and ready to help us. We got 23 pizzas, all of which tasted really good and we were so grateful that we could celebrate the day a little extra. Thank you very much, highly recommended!

28/07/2024: I tried a single overnight stay with delivered breakfast in Haldbjerg's shelter called Kløften. The shelter is undisturbed in a beautiful little piece of nature at the bottom of a former gravel pit, with just 100m distance to water, toilet and shower. We were given a nice introduction and tour by the local supervisor Bjarne. The shelter was well designed with mosquito netting and room for at least four sleepers. the middle section of the floor could even be converted into a table. The roof had a good overhang for dry weather. There was a good bench and table set for dining. The fire place was in a solid fire bowl with tripod and associated grate and pan as well as pot. There is a firewood shed very close by. Delicious breakfast can even be selected and served including coffee, eggs and freshly baked buns. Superb intro shelter where EVERYONE gets a positive experience if you just have your sleeping equipment in order. Hottest recommendations from here

27/12/2024: We had booked a table (an evening at Teddy) before Christmas with 10 courses and wine. The food was fantastic. All dishes hit the spot. The staff were very skilled and helpful. We just experienced a fantastic evening ❤️
