24/09/2026: Simply bad. Awful deep fryer smell. Disgusting food.

24/09/2026: The experience was okay, but not the best. We were a group of 20 and ate around 8. They told us, that we couldn't order burgers because they were short on staff. Most of us took the all you can eat pizza menu. The pizza wasn't very good. The Pasta Bolognese was tasteless.

20/09/2026: Poor quality of food. Very slow service. Does not use freshly ground coffee, but capsules. No overview from the employees

31/07/2026: Very good bagel and selection of smoothies 😋. We ordered a chicken bagel ( delicious), strawberry smoothie and a tasty coffee. The staff were very friendly and the service was efficient. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The bagel shop also has lots of copenhagen souvenirs Overall very ice bagel restaurant and good customer service Thank you

11/10/2026: This place has really good pastries! We tried the American-style brownie, the chocolate cheesecake, and the strawberry crumble, and everything was delicious! The coffee was bad, but in my experience is difficult to find a place with both, good coffee and good bakery. If you read the other reviews, you’ll notice that many of the lower ratings mention the service from a particular bald gentleman. It was actually a bit funny to see that he is indeed quite blunt in his manner. However, the rest of the staff were lovely and really did their best to make us feel welcome. I think his approach is simply a little different from what most people expect when it comes to customer service. Overall, we had a very good experience! The desserts were delicious, and we really enjoyed our visit.

30/09/2026: If you read the reviews you will see that every other one makes mention of a rude encounter with the assumed French owner. Personally, I escaped his wrath but saw his behavior towards others that many described as confrontational and unwelcoming. A previous reviewer mentioned how he starts shouting “HELLO” when people enter the place. That didn’t bother me and I would have shouted HELLO back. Most people are tourists and they are taken aback with this somewhat aggressive behavior. I saw many potential customers come and go because of that. Not a great way to run a successful business. I am guessing if you answered “HELLO” back he would have been fine. The hot chocolate and cinnamon bun were good. My phone battery was dying so I asked the lady at the counter if I can charge my phone and she let me use hers behind the counter, which was very nice. So personally I had a good experience. At the same time I do not recommend the place for large parties. Maybe you get lucky and catch the owner in good mood (50-50) and be ready to shout HELLO as soon as you enter :)

20/06/2026: They are nice enough, but they say 15 minutes when you have to wait 30 minutes to get something you didn't order. Ordered 2 pizzas with ham, pepperoni and dressing, but got 2 pizzas with a maximum of 20g of ham and no pepperoni or dressing.

06/09/2026: Lovely plate of juicy pork roast with crispy skin, delicious chicken salad, fish fillet was crispy fried, the schnapps was Danish and cold, the service was relaxed and good as it should be 👏👏😁😁

03/09/2026: Shameful. We sat down and were offered drinks. Then they told us the kitchen was closing in 7 minutes and we needed to order quickly... In short, no professionalism whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

31/01/2026: Very small place that serve only in to-go cups. BUT, as always (for Espresso House) the espresso is perfectly balanced and served with a little square of chocolate.

04/02/2026: I celebrated my birthday here on a windy and cold Wednesday. Sat by a warm wood burning stove and had the best service I have experienced in a long time. The waiters were charming and sweet, drinks and snacks were top quality. The lunch menu was nice, but nothing special. Still 5 stars for the lovely atmosphere, I have never felt more welcome

27/01/2026: While I was staying at the hotel I dropped in for dinner. I had the 3 course menu (Cod Ceviche, Coq Au Vin and Creme Brulee) and it was lovely. Was delivered promptly and tasted great. The place is decorated very nicely too. Thanks!

19/09/2026: Cute little pizza place with an awning and a few café tables and chairs as shown, really nice people who almost always have a smile on their face, but it often seems like the food has come out a little too quickly, and if it's delivery, it's even longer on the slow side. The price is quite standard. Medium selection of pizza, pasta, etc.

27/09/2026: He said I couldn't come because I'm a Negro (i.e. black in skin ) he should be fired immediately otherwise I'll call the police. This is the worst treatment I've ever received. His name is Bilal I think.

29/07/2026: The desi pizza and Punjabi pizza are absolutely delicious. Mango lassi was delightful on the hot summer day. Keep up the good work plz :)
