01/05/2026: I have got very bad experience there the staff is very rude they don't know how to communicate with people. Specially the woman in hijab misbehave with me her behavior really hurt me she is very rude.

22/07/2025: Currently sat in NB’s having a great time, yes it’s Smokey, yes it’s dark but the beers good and not too expensive. Definitely worth a visit.

01/07/2026: We've visited this place more than 20 times over the past 10+ years, and it used to be one of our favorites. Unfortunately, our latest visit was so disappointing that we won't be coming back. The staff member with the beard had a poor attitude and showed no interest in customer service. Even worse, the food quality has declined dramatically. The pizza was extremely dry, with a thin, flat crust and toppings that tasted old. The fries seemed to have been cooked in old oil and were so hard that even the kids struggled to bite them. Today we were a group of 11 people, including children, and the entire experience was a huge disappointment. It's sad to see how much this place has gone downhill compared to what it used to be.

23/08/2026: I had the chicken durum, but unfortunately the taste seemed off and I couldn’t finish it. About four hours later, I experienced stomach pain and diarrhea. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it. Never again.

19/06/2026: Absolutely terrible experience when buying via Wolt. Delivery time of over an hour to an address 1.2 km away. And then the food even arrived cold. Not to mention that their pizza is really on the low end of quality and taste. Just avoid it.

09/06/2026: The rooms are small and dark, but very clean. The beds are positioned awkwardly, so guests can't get in and out sideways but have to squeeze in from the front. There's no refrigerator. At €222 per night, it's completely overpriced. A major plus is the one-minute walk to the train station.

08/06/2026: Basic hotel. I should have done a better research as proximity to train-station it actually means in front of the train tracks. I asked for a quiet room and I was told they are all the same at reception as we are in the center. Actually if you book in this hotel, yes in the centre, I strongly suggest you ask for a room not facing the train tracks. Unfortunately the hotel is also fully booked it seems so no switch is possible. Low rating for Location due the noise and lack of peace due to train tracks

03/08/2025: Dry and boring Durum. Paid 288 for 2 Durum Menus. Insufficient filling. Tasteless. Half-packaged French fries. Bread rubbery. The dish Unsalted. I had to pay 40 kr for extra dressing and chili. - Which were small pots. - Boring, uninspired, expensive.

04/02/2026: I celebrated my birthday here on a windy and cold Wednesday. Sat by a warm wood burning stove and had the best service I have experienced in a long time. The waiters were charming and sweet, drinks and snacks were top quality. The lunch menu was nice, but nothing special. Still 5 stars for the lovely atmosphere, I have never felt more welcome

27/01/2026: While I was staying at the hotel I dropped in for dinner. I had the 3 course menu (Cod Ceviche, Coq Au Vin and Creme Brulee) and it was lovely. Was delivered promptly and tasted great. The place is decorated very nicely too. Thanks!

12/04/2026: I ordered two meals and I received two bowls of rice. When I made a complaint I was refunded the meals but still had to pay for the rice and the kitchen closed. So all I had for dinner tonight was rice. Very disappointing.

09/05/2026: We often eat Jagger here (as it's our neighborhood burger joint) but I've noticeably seen a great improvement in quality in the last few months. Yesterday we had a mature cheddar and a crispy chicken burger with the hand cut fries and they were some of the best burgers we've had in Cph. Highly recommend.

17/08/2026: The bread, butter and cheese was absolutely delicious, but what really made it was the service. Viktoria was absolutely lovely. Super friendly and she was really helpful in helping me choose which bread and cheese to buy.

03/04/2026: We experienced the bartender throwing a woman out of the restroom because he thought she was a man. The bartender stuck to it after several discussions with the woman and her friends. Really sad. I don't know the woman, but I really felt sorry for her. We left shortly after. Not a Queer friendly place and unnecessary treatment regardless of political stance

20/08/2026: It is a really lovely place. The croissants we tried were very nice as well as the cappuccinos and the filter coffee. The atmosphere is also very relaxing. Will visit again.

14/11/2025: A very nice restaurant in the basement of the Radisson Blu. The food was excellent, high-quality, but also correspondingly expensive. We had two appetizers and two main courses – very elaborately presented and delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive. Everything was to our complete satisfaction.

12/11/2025: A very nice restaurant, which you wouldn't expect in a hotel like this, especially since there's no connection between the restaurant and the hotel (charging the bill to the room isn't possible). Very pleasant and friendly service. Beautifully decorated. The food (vegetarian) is fantastic. Superbly prepared and presented with great care. Highly recommended.
