16/06/2025: I ordered Ham & cheese sandwich and it was cold...literally. if I wantwd cold sandwich, I would've gone to Lidl or Føtex. 😪

02/06/2025: Fries were good (I recommend upgrading to garlic fries!), free refills are a positive. I had the vegetarian tempeh burger and the chicken substitute was very dry and mushy but the rest of the burger tasted great. Tables were a bit filthy. Overall good cheap chain restaurant, will definitely come here again

24/01/2025: Disappointment, probably the first and last time I order food from here. Everything from food to delivery was a bad experience. Zero star from here!

02/04/2025: Advise everyone to buy from Rapha! Bought a few items on their website back in January as I have done several times before. Subsequently, I receive a customs bill of almost DKK 3,000. Considerably more than I even bargained for. No help to trace with their lousy customer service. Besides they say I shouldn't get that customs bill. They just keep delaying the process without doing anything. I then try to get help in the store, where I am simply brushed off by a male clerk. A loyal customer is completely done with Rapha after this.

10/04/2025: Should be renamed Scamming Kebab! Asked for a pita with chicken WITHOUT dressing and paid DKK 40. Told twice that it should be without dressing, but of course he drowned it in disgusting dressing anyway.....asked for my money back as I didn't want to wait for him to make a new one, but he wouldn't give me my money back??? Asked for it 3 times in different languages, nothing helped. So I had to go without pita bread and without my DKK 40! Fake company....stay away from there! Add.

08/01/2025: From the best kebab place in the whole neighbourhood to a completely average-poor place. Huge increase on prices and huge drop in quality and taste. The durum tastes nothing like it used to be , the meat is dry and and overall a different filling.The fries are plain and not seasoned anymore. The durum menu went from 75kr which is an affordable neighbourhood price to 95kr which is completely exaggerated. THIS IS NOT THE SMILEY WE USED TO LIKE. Never buying from there again. 👎👎👎

03/05/2025: Este lugar es una joya absoluta. La comida es tan auténtica y llena de sabor que honestamente se siente como un viaje a Tailandia, sin salir de Copenhague. Regularmente conduzco todo el camino desde Zelanda del Norte solo para llegar hasta aquí, y vale la pena cada kilómetro. Tanto si sois dos o tres personas compartiendo platos, todo está hecho con amor, equilibrio y esa patada tailandesa perfecta. Los currys son ricos y fragantes, los fideos perfectamente cocinados y las hierbas y especias frescas elevan cada bocado. Olvídate de la decoración elegante – todo esto es sobre la comida. Si te importa el gusto, aquí es donde vas. Fácilmente la mejor comida tailandesa para llevar en la ciudad.

18/11/2024: The atmosphere is great, but the service is very slow and inefficient, I had to wait over 45 minutes for a steak and it came cold! The stuff is very nice but seem overwhelmed and are very inattentive. This could haben been a great restaurant, but it is not.

20/03/2025: Cavallino Pizzeria i Valby serverer lækre, autentiske pizzaer med sprød bund og friske toppings. Servicen er venlig, og maden bliver hurtigt lavet. Priserne er fair, og kvaliteten er i top. Især deres sandwich med kød strimler og deres pizza med pastarami

17/01/2025: Never seen or tasted anything like it. Terrible and you can't call it pizza - it was cardboard - dry, no filling - see pictures. Both pizzas went straight into the bin😡 never ordering from them again😠

23/03/2025: I definitely would not go to this place again. It is supposedly cheap because the evening buffet is 120 crowns but the selection of dishes is very small. The taste of the dishes is also not impressive. A few years ago there was a much larger selection of dishes and they tasted much better. The restaurant itself has more staff than customers and we were there at 5 pm on a Saturday. The decor itself does not encourage you to eat anything in this restaurant. I do not recommend!

24/05/2025: Was amazed by rudeness of the staff. Came in to ask for coffee and sandwich. After “taking”my order the staff just proceeded to prepare it and I realized myself that the machine was ready for payment. I decided to take the seat and when my coffee was ready no one announced my name, it was just there. Same happened with sandwich. I said “thank you” and no one said even a word to me. It was h three young people “serving”, laughing loud, pushing each other and paying zero attention to customers. I work in customer service myself and to be honest in my company I can hardly imagine treating people like this. There should be a line.

04/04/2025: I usually never, and I really mean never, write reviews, but the customer service was horrible. Both workers were rude and dismissive. They ignored me for several minutes while I was waiting to have my order taken, and when my international card got denied, they clearly didn't want to help - literally told me to get out of the way so the other customer could order. Not sure if it's because I'm a student or because I'm a foreigner, but regardless, you don't treat people that way. 2 minutes later, the worker's tone is suddenly friendlier to the next customers - one can't help making assumptions as to why. Will not be coming back again. Unbelievably low standard for customer service and the quality of people working at this particular store.

15/06/2025: Ata Pizza is like that cousin who always shows up to the family party wearing crocs and an energy drink – you don’t quite know why, but you love him anyway. Is this gourmet? No. Is this nice? Absolutely not. Have I ever seen a guy fall asleep with his pizza in his hand without anyone reacting? Yes. BUT – Ata Pizza is the soul of Vesterbro. It’s cheap, it’s fast, and it’s almost always open. The pizza tastes like it was made by someone who just won a scratch card and is celebrating with a little too much cheese. Which is exactly what I need at 3:14 AM after a city tour. The vibe? Think: mix of kebab smell, techno from a phone with a smashed screen, and the sound of someone discussing philosophy with the pizza guy. Pure magic. Ata Pizza – you’re the flabby pizza heart we don’t deserve, but need.

28/05/2025: Haven't tried the food, but the chef makes everything bare-handed which I find unhygienic.

15/12/2024: We have a gift card for DKK 400 from godream dom we already chose Mahalle Amager but we couldn't use it because 2 months ago it was closed and we can't use it now. We wanted our money back now!!! 🤬

The problem is that the gift card is no longer displayed, because we had chosen Mahalle Amager as the place to use it (we have activated it), and because you have closed the venue, I don't know if they have redeemed it, even though we have not been there. But it is no longer in our account.

28/05/2025: Dishonest store, do not approach this place. Terrible food as well. If you have ever bought anything from here, triple check your bill. Chances are; you have paid extra. Unethical Here is the long story: I came here to buy a chicken wrap that was clearly listed as 69 on the screen above the cashier. However, the cashier initially charged 189. When we questioned the price, he pretended not to understand and asked if we wanted “kebab or chicken,” which added to the confusion. We pointed at the screen to clarify, but he continued to act confused. Only when we were about to walk away did he suddenly adjust the price to 69 and mutter, “Sorry, mistake.” This didn’t feel like a genuine mistake—it felt dishonest. The price was advertised clearly, and the shift in behavior only happened after we pushed back. It left a very bad impression. Sadly, we still went ahead and bought the food, which we regret. Shady practices like this ruin the trust customers have in small businesses. Not returning again. - Theres a reasons why there’s a big portion of 1 star reviews.

25/05/2025: The food was good, the staff friendly and the store was warm inside. THe sharwma was a bit spicy and delivered quickly with a smile which broadened even more when they saw how we dealt with the spicy parts of our meal which was excellent value at 67.00 K.
