04/01/2025: We ordered a pizza from Esperia Pizzeria Kastrup at 18:37. After 1 hour 30 minutes, we called the restaurant because our pizza still hadn't arrived. The pizzeria said the pizza would be with us in 20 minutes. After another 20 minutes, we called again because the pizza still hadn't been delivered. Then we were told that we had only called 15 minutes ago & the pizza would be there in 5 minutes. Another 10 minutes passed, then we received a text message that the order had been canceled because we had called 3 times. What a cheek! We expect compensation for the 2 hour wait & no delivery.

01/01/2025: Catastrophe and pure chicanery. After ordering and waiting 1.5 hours, no delivery. After asking where the food was, we were told that the driver was already on his way. Another 30 minutes later still no delivery and suddenly the delivery was canceled.

07/03/2025: Ordered a kebab box and got it at an increased price because the signs were not updated and the kebab leg and fries were burnt on

18/02/2025: I bought a no. 20 Dilan family with extra cheese. d. 28/01-23, I did the same on 29/01-23 and not only does the man enter more money the second time at the register, but there is OBVIOUSLY no extra cheese on it. 3 weeks ago I did the same, they had also made a regular one which I had to accept. Their communication is just too bad and it's outright theft, the man behind the counter was initially "Yaaah my friend, that's extra cheese" until his colleague came out from the back room, then it was "Ahh my way, I'll make a new one for you" - This is disgusting behavior, I took my overpriced pizza and left after paying for an extra service that I didn't get. Those who give them 5 stars are all friends and people who hang out among the group.

09/06/2025: I live literally around the corner of this Nazi headquarter. Disgusting bouncer and staff in general.

27/05/2025: We arrived to the bar apparently just before they were about to close. We went to the bar, and bought a round of beers. After paying for our beer, we were told to leave the bar immediately, because they were closed. We couldn't bring our newly bought beer, weren't allowed to stay and drink them, weren't allowed a refund. Terrible.

18/05/2025: Completely empty on a Saturday night, but still charge as much as other clubs or even more expensive (150 DKK for a cocktail).

21/03/2025: La comida era muy buena. El personal era encantador; cuando se podía encontrar. El personal pobre estaba tan ocupado que tenían miedo de hacer contacto visual en caso de que pidiera algo. Nos hubiéramos quedado y bebido desierto y bebidas, pero no pudimos obtener ningún servicio. Después de pedir una factura tuvimos que levantarnos e ir a la caja como nadie para nosotros una factura.

16/03/2025: 1/2 fyldt glas af husets hvidvin. Kr 99. Serveringen spurgte om jeg ville have penge tilbage på en 100 kr. seddel. Ikke nødvendigt. Det må siges at være en pæn pris, når man tager i betragtning at med den størrelse glas så er der 7 glas i en flaske. Husets vin blev solgt for det halve i hele flasker.

03/07/2025: Not only did it take over an hour for one of my pizzas to be delivered, I got the wrong order. I had ordered without tomato sauce and then with mascarpone instead but it was with tomato sauce.. not only that, the middle of the pizza was completely wet and separated from the pizza, when it was wet the pizza tray itself was also wet and was about to fall off when I lifted it and then the ham had the strangest color. One last thing was that I had asked them not to knock since it was late and just leave the order outside the door.. they knocked hard on the door anyway.

15/06/2025: The food came after 2 hours. They had forgotten my drink and gave me the wrong filling in my Berliner döner, was offered a 10kr refund, the soda costs 19-20kr on the website

11/04/2025: This place is plagued by underage highschoolers who try to get with any girl they see. They harass every girl they see, and the bouncers don’t do anything about it except tell the girls to relax. The cashier at the entrance charges everyone a different price, depending on what she feels like. don’t go, don’t even consider it and trust the reviews

26/03/2025: I sincerely wonder how this place can still be open, completely illegal attitudes, worthy of a lawsuit. From today I know that I will always read the reviews, I expected a place like this on the outskirts of Paris, not in beautiful Copenhagen.

07/06/2025: Terrible experience. Ice cream tastesd awful like mixture of chemical additives. We have 2 people, but the lady refused to give another spoon. Just ruined the time here.

12/04/2025: Kr 54 for 1 scope of generic ice cream; robbery in broad daylight!!! Stay clear of this place!!!
