11/08/2023: Hvis det endelig lykkedes dig at få din bestilling er maden ok. Men jeg har nu bestilt indtil flere gange på deres hjemmeside hvor de bliver helt blanke i øjnene når man møder op for at hente maden og påstår de ikke har modtaget eller accepteret bestillingen…på trods af man har modtaget ordrebekræftelse. Har netop måtte gå igen forgæves endnu engang pga dette og fordi det ville tage “meget lang tid” at lave min bestilling hvis jeg alligevel gerne ville have den…sååå enten drop bestillinger på jeres hjemmeside og kør rent Wolt/just-Eat eller få styr på jeres arbejde

27/06/2024: It didn't taste good, as long as it doesn't make us sick. We threw most of it out. It was very disgusting, sticky in the Chinese grill. She is bad at cooking.

21/06/2024: If you are after an authentic experience in Copenhagen, don't miss this place. Tong Eng is an ordinary Chinese local restaurant that you'd probably find in the back alleys of Shangai or Beijing. But what makes the place special is the Grandma who does not only feed you but also treat your cold :)) Seeing me coughing and with blemishes on my face, she has put oinment on them, gave me a homemade medicine and ginger to treat my cough at home. With my non-existing Danish and her little English we chatted about world issues and she has sent me off with delicous beef & vegetables (heavy on ginger for obvious reason :) ) and homemade springrolls. Thank you very much and will definitely be back while in Copenhagen.

08/02/2025: Dinner Week, med 5 retter Hvor de 4 retter var lækre, men hovedretten skuffede. Kødet var smagsløst og havde konsistens af 2 timer for længe i sous vide, og den Hasselback var sten hård og tør. Kedeligt at der kun kan vælges flaskeøl, alm. og classic, hvor der i dag er et hav af godt øl. Om vi kommer igen, nej det tror jeg ikke

17/10/2024: Dining Week: Kom for at se bygningen og ikke spisestedet. Man kan helt klart godt mærke, at dette sted ikke er en restaurant -eller et sted, som ved, hvordan en restaurant opereres. Maden var simpelt selskabsmad som bliver serveret til barnedåb, konfirmation og kantine/catering lign. ordning. Maden kunne godt minde om en menu pose fra Føtex/Meny aftensmad pose for 2 -med dessert til. Betjeningen var ligeledes; unge mennesker, indkaldt blot for at sørge for at maden bliver servereret. De 700 kr for mad for 2 samt 400 kr for vin dvs. 1.100 kr. for 2 pers. ville jeg helst undgå at lægge her hvis jeg fik et valg -og bestille sushi take away i stedet. Akustikken var forfærdelig. Kold lokale/riddersalen. Spiste på Restaurant Mark inde i byen som har fået 5 stjerner for mad og betjening. Ærgerligt, når det ikke lykkes.

16/12/2023: I ordered smørrebrød on Friday 15 December, and had been looking forward to my eel! It was a big disappointment, the eel pieces lay and messed together with the herring, and it didn't taste like eel at all. Practice! The other was ok. But I will not order from you again. 07/12/2023: We were delivered a Christmas menu for 60 people. The food was praised to the skies and the sauce in particular was popular. All the dishes were emptied. Daniel is very careful and service minded, so everything just clicked. Thanks for the food and we will definitely be back.

22/11/2024: Ordered an hour pick-up before but still had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes outside in the snow for my order. Food was tasteless - fried rice was mushy, rice noodles stuck together. No good flavors at all - just salty taste.

26/03/2025: Actually, not bad at all. Good service and decent food. I had a burger the first night and a Caesar salad the second. The burger meal costs 29€, which is one of the most expensive burgers I’ve ever had. Given it’s just a single steak, it’s pretty pricey. A basic beer is 11.5€, which is also quite expensive. Seems like that’s the norm in Denmark. Even the U.S. feels cheaper, even with tips and taxes. The Danes just include everything directly in the price, no hidden costs. 😄 Considering the windy and cold weather outside and the limited options within walking distance, it’s understandable. 😅
