17/10/2025: This place is a complete shit show. We waited 2.5 hours in the queue — it was a total mess and completely overcrowded. In the end, even though we had tickets, the security didn’t let us in and told us to buy new ones.

02/08/2025: Me and my friends paid 13000kr for a table and after we spent 8000kr we were thrown out and our table was sold on. I went up and asked the manager what was going on and she didn't say anything other than I shouldn't talk to her and just go home. Really bad experience

The tea selection is impressive, offering a wide variety of blends that cater to all preferences. I particularly enjoyed the Colombine tea, which was both aromatic and flavorful. The ambiance of the store is charming, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes it a lovely spot to explore different teas. The staff were friendly, but I felt that the service could have been more attentive. While they were helpful when approached, there was a slight delay in assistance during busier moments. Despite this, the quality of the tea and the overall experience were commendable. I would recommend Østerlandsk Thehus to tea enthusiasts looking for a diverse range of high-quality teas in Copenhagen.
