14/05/2024: I usually buy the tea at Nørreport, where the service is always very friendly. As an exception, I was here and bought three large tea tins and wanted to have them wrapped as a gift, which unfortunately was denied. They don't do that. It's special when a company like Østerlandsk, which doesn't exactly offer the cheapest tea, has such poor service.
So if you want to buy tea as a gift, I would choose another store.

21/02/2025: We as a group of girls were supposed to go to this club, we went in two pools and when we got to the last pool we were turned away at the door. This was because we were not a member after a certain time. This was not mentioned on their website. We arrived two minutes after the others. Stood outside for a little hope in the rain for an hour, then everyone left one by one. We were very disappointed, it was a good evening spent in the den that we didn't want to throw away. Not recommended…
17/11/2024: I visited Moon club during my stay in Copenhagen and was very disappointed. After waiting in line for two hours, I was turned away at the door because I didn't have a membership. This policy wasn't mentioned on their website or anywhere visible before joining the line. I later found reviews online indicating this is a common issue for tourists, which made me feel unwelcome. I hope they improve their communication to avoid future disappointments for visitors

18/08/2024: Manglende ingredienser i laksebowl
Havde bestilt en laksebowl, men næsten halvdelen af de ingredienser der skulle have været i bowlen kom ikke I uden at personalet havde gjort mig opmærksom på at de ikke havde mere tilbage af diverse ingredienser.
Så endte med at få en bowl med laks, ærter, avokado og rødkål.
