27/12/2025: Food is so great and portions are big, you can take home what you cannot eat. Service is perfect and cosy atmosphere.

25/12/2025: The food and the restaurant were absolutely fine, and it tasted good. However, there were two of us eating, and we were offered the house lemonade with a 12 kr. discount per person if we chose it. However, it was not mentioned that the lemonade was served in a jug intended for about 5 people. Since there were only two of us, it really made no sense to choose it. The result was that we ended up paying 275 kr. for drinks, which in practice are impossible to drink that much of. It therefore felt like a misleading recommendation and a bad experience, even though the food was otherwise good.

13/01/2026: Really bad pizza. Damn the most boring I've had in a long time. No flavor, completely bland and too much tomato sauce on it.

The food is good but I am confused with how clean this food is, I need someone to do a check in the kitchen

16/12/2025: Very nice local place with nice brunch menu for a decent price! I was very full after ordering their brunch menu and everything tasted great. The place has a vibe of little local French cafe, love it!

08/10/2025: Everything a cafe should be. Whether it's a chat, a date, a good book, studying, or even a birthday. The music is good if you like Nora Jones at low volume.

15/09/2025: The staff really work their hardest, they’re super friendly, and the food is delicious for the price. This is the place to go for lunch on campus.

08/09/2025: Delicious food! The price is also a bit spicy, but that's to be expected. There are good bench options, and it's a nice place to stop by between lessons.

02/09/2025: A very nice place. Cozy rooms and delicious servings (party dinners - for lunch, buffet) have been there 2 times in the last 2 years and it was great both times. The place will be run by the same family until December 2019, after which a new owner will come. Niels is not so quick to respond, but it is worth the trouble 22/6 2019. Held an evening party, where everything went together. Super delicious food, attentive and sweet service and full speed until closing time. Highly recommended! 2025: We have not tried the place after the new hosts took over the place in 2020! So this review is just nostalgia for the good old days ☺️

20/12/2025: The hotel is right next to the Mølleåen stream, so a good location. Reasonable prices. Nice, nice room and polite service. Really good breakfast with mostly organic products. All in all a good experience. Would love to come again

14/11/2025: A gem in Brede. Beautiful location by the lake. Beautiful old-style premises. Really cozy. Many waiters, very nice and service-minded. The most important thing, the food, is really delicious. We got four small lunch dishes. Lovely bread and butter. We also drank coffee with a plunger. Really good. Looking forward to coming again.

12/12/2025: My absolute favorite pasta place. Authentic, delicious and with a menu that has been updated over time. The food is prepared in an open kitchen format and Italian and English are spoken.

30/11/2025: Super delicious food and service. The only reason there aren't 5 stars for the atmosphere is that it is in a center after all. But that everything is made from scratch while we can see it, that they speak Italian together, and that while we were sitting there, there were 4 Italian couples/families who ordered and praised the food (no, I didn't understand it, but at least it wasn't negative!) counts for a lot on all parameters. We will definitely come back - even without having to do anything else in the center!!! /Per

10/11/2025: The staff (a man) was really unfriendly to me. I was kicked out of the café because the table I chose (as he claimed) was "occupied" (but I didn't see anything like "reserved" or "booked" on the table). Maybe it was because I came alone (unlike everyone else in the café). I have no idea. On their website I see: "Höjris is an inspiring meeting place and lifestyle house with a creative atmosphere where everyone feels welcome." That's not true.

02/11/2025: Amazing brunch with a lot of character and history behind the place. The food was delicious – everything nicely served in small glass jars, from fresh fruit and yogurt to eggs and sausages. Prices are a bit high and portions aren’t huge, but the atmosphere totally makes up for it. The old posters and vintage Danish ads on the walls give it a really fun and nostalgic vibe. Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby.

29/08/2025: Everything about this restaurant was simply amazing! The location is perfect, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the variety of foods was outstanding. I loved that it was self-serve, making it easy to try so many different dishes. Every bite was delicious, and it truly stands out as one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has the chance to visit—you won’t be disappointed!
