20/12/2024: We ordered our dishes and asked for less salty in our dishes. Two of the dishes came insanely salty, and one of the two we had to send back 2 times before it was edible. We originally ordered this dish with extra vegetables and despite that the kitchen did not deliver the dish with extra vegetables, and we were told at the end that the kitchen was too busy to add the extra vegetables. The other dishes were good but based on this overall experience, we will definitely not return to this specific location.

11/11/2024: Their focaccia sandwich with serrano is a completely sublime and unparalleled food experience 😋 Insanely much flavor and perfectly balanced - you can really feel that it is all homemade and there is lots of love for food. It's the best sandwich I've ever had! Thank you very much for the food 😀🙏

27/12/2024: It’s just unacceptable, there is not enough personal, extremely long waiting time, cold food. Really bad service. I didn’t expect enough, bit even for Burger King it’s awful.

07/01/2025: We have come to Højris over the years and have always had a wonderful experience. Furthermore, we have been able to enjoy the fact that all of those we have recommended the place to have been as excited as we were. Unfortunately, we experienced having to drive again - without being able to get a table, that is stop being impulsive☺️

18/12/2024: If I were to live in Copenhagen I would drive weekly just to have lunch at this little gem of a restaurant. Thanks again to Google maps for showing it while we were driving back from Germany to Vedbaek...the pictures shown were not convincing (merchandise? clothing?) but the star rating convinced me it was worth a stop. I ordered their 1.Juleplatte (it was the holiday season) which consisted of generous portions of herring, duck confit, vegetable salad with hazelnuts, and pickled mushrooms in sour cream. Contrasting flavors and textures that were extremely satisfying. To drink a glass of Glogg (mulled wine) was the perfect pairing. My friends were also delighted with their choices, 2.a pork belly sandwich and 3.If memory serves me right a filet of fish, over sourdough bread, topped with a fried egg sunny side up and a salad. For dessert we shared their apple crumble with whipped cream. We did not have to eat for the rest of the day. And yes the merchandise was much better in person than the poorly lit pictures posted on google

25/12/2024: Nice location. Unfortunately, the service and food were not so nice. Young waiter replied "it was so little" if you dared to the formality "thank you" when served". Our tartar was slathered in everything to mask the taste of raw meat - always a bit dubious. Can't remember the boiled cod I got at all. But the children aged 5 and 7 were happy!

20/12/2024: We ordered two times, day after day, and all dishes were great❤️ One thing that made us a bit restrained it was temperature inside - it was a bit too hot. That is why 4 for climat. But the food - keep going that way! ❤️❤️❤️

18/12/2024: A very nice and cozy place, close to Lyngby station. The servers are very kind and helpful, the food is very tasteful (a bir salty that’s why -1🫣). The portions are generous and the seating concept is nice! I really liked it, and definitely will come back✨

05/11/2024: Had their Katsu 3 different ways and we all love it! Delicious little container box shop on DTU campus where ur son is attending. 100% recommend. The 3 guys working worked so well together and were kind and efficient to the very large line.

07/08/2024: I ordered Padak, but I didn't have time to pay and the dish was already ready for pickup. The food was very tasty, but the portions could be larger. I will definitely go back to try something different.

05/08/2024: Better service and food is not available in the area. Small place but with a huge heart, and the breakfast on weekends is second to none. OMG some delicious sourdough buns.

28/11/2024: The salmon is tasteless and the chicken is boring - too little filling in the panini in relation to the price. avocado is ok, but nothing to write home about due to the amount of salt. The people seem confused and the place could well be in better condition. Won't come again at all No conflict here, 80% just tastes like frosty stuff
