18/07/2026: Have been coming at Amalie for many years, whenever visiting Denmark.
Service is always friendly, welcoming and professional.
The menu is international with italien base. The food is wellprepared, the portions have a good size and are reasonably priced.
There is outdoor serving both on Lyngby main street and the cosy backyard.

01/10/2025: When the guy at the counter understood that we are tourists, he started acting in a very unfriendly way. Very unkind people, horrible service. They were all working without gloves, touching money, food and everything at the same time. They were all rude and when I asked for a small bag, they wanted more money for it. I do not recommend this place at all.

03/07/2026: A treat! We shared a beer, a parma pasta, a salsiccia pasta, and a tiramisu. It was all delicious! The pasta was made before our eyes with charming staff. Will be back.

The food is good but I am confused with how clean this food is, I need someone to do a check in the kitchen

03/07/2026: First time at Studenterkilden. Very cozy, great food, good wine menu. Definitely a place you'll come back to. About on par with many restaurants with a Michelin star, but cheaper and less formal.

01/05/2026: My favorite cafe in Denmark ❤️ I come from Austria and love the Danish version of Cappuccino with oat milk. It's a dream in every cafe in Denmark, but here at Birks, the coffee is an 11/10. 😊 I also like the rye bread, it's fresh and warm when you buy it on Thursdays. Every pastry/cake I've tried at Birk's is amazing! It's truly the best bakery and cafe in Denmark that I've visited. 👏🏻 I'll come again and again..
