My wife and I have been here several times. And this place continuously impresses us. The service staff is open, polite and professional - and most importantly they like to talk about wines- and they seem to know a lot. So it is always a pleasure to go here for wine and a snack - and a talk about wine.
It seems like the place is always full of people - so better book a table if you want to go.

Little gem as part of the (free) Botanical Garden. Great cappuccino, delicious chicken sandwich, exceptionally friendly staff at the cafe's checkout.
It's great that there isn't the usual fast food 👌
A star deduction for the ambience because the café could be cleaner overall (chairs, tables, in the window sill area).
Can absolutely recommend it!!!

09/03/2025: Felt stressed, but the waitress in the store calmed me down and she gave me good service.
There were many people in the store. I had ordered a sandwich with country ham without dressing. The sandwich tasted really good so there was nothing to complain about.
The sandwich cost DKK 62. and was worth every penny.
Entrance from the south on Kridthøjvej.

Ordered Italian charcuterie twice for two people with the chef's selected cases for the tidy sum of DKK 318.
I would like to meet this chef and ask him why he slaps some leftover cold cuts, four dry cheese crusts, two small tomatoes, some mushrooms, flowers, a lettuce leaf, two olives and a small blob of something that might resemble pesto on a board, and allows himself to call it charcuterie for four people?
It was probably a modest and extremely boring game.
I would be ashamed if I cheated people like this
