10/01/2026: I was there on Monday. I got a boiling cappuccino with no foam at all. And the waiter talked relatively loudly to her friend for probably two hours, while the guests sat and read/studied. But good sandwich and cozy interior

02/03/2026: Perfect place for a quick hot dog or burger when walking by the harbor. The soft ice cream was a hit with the kids, especially with extra sprinkles.

06/08/2025: Highly priced, but the baked goods are of excellent quality! The dough is everything. At "Det Gyldne Brød" ("The Golden Bread"), the ingredients, recipe, and technology are all just right. A clear recommendation! 👌🏻

20/02/2026: Delicious breakfast buffet in cozy surroundings in the middle of Aarhus. The food was really good, and there is a large selection. Maybe the price is a bit high but the quality is really good so it's worth it.
16/02/2026: Brunch was ok but nothing special, there was neither fruit nor scrambled eggs/bacon. 290 kr is just over the top, I expected more.

23/09/2025: You really have to choose the right bakery. Some are quite good but others are quite average. The prices can't compete with the bakery shops in the larger supermarkets, for example, while the bread and cakes are not necessarily better. However, I would encourage you to support the local baker.
18/09/2025: Hartmeier is the "go to" place for breakfast, Hartmeier is also the only place for miles that sells salt and pepper rolls, and who doesn't like a salt and pepper roll? 🤠
The staff is always so smiling and welcoming, so it's really a bakery worth visiting!

23/08/2025: Lovely experience with lunch as part of a birthday party. Delicious starter, ok main course and delicious dessert.
The main course was tenderloin/chopped young rooster. The tenderloin was tender and cooked to perfection. Red wine sauce. More standard performance than starter and dessert.
All in all, a delicious lunch and service that matched the good level of the place.
I would like to eat here again :)

22/03/2026: New - and long! - duvets. Recently restored (within a few years). Then a ramp from sidewalk level up to a raised room that was apparently a party room. Where we were, there were (many) stairs.
