05/02/2025: I come here often with clients. We call it our "Cantina" because I work close by. Both myself and my customers love to eat here. i.e. that pasta with mushrooms - uhm!!! Really sweet and warm-hearted service. always wonderful honest and straightforward Italian dishes. and then you can get gluten-free versions of almost everything. So welcome in our cantina - see you at Pippo's ;-)

29/10/2025: Restaurant Olive is not the place to visit if you are looking for small dishes made with tweezers. But if you are into solid French-inspired cuisine, where you can taste the love in every bite, then this is the place. Everything has been thought of, from the decor, which gives a slightly retro but comfortable vibe, to the textures and flavor nuances of the dishes, which tickle all the right senses. You won't find more well-prepared food for the price in Aarhus, especially food that is clearly made from scratch with lots of heart.

21/09/2025: Aarhus's wildest gin bar. Huge selection of gin, tonic and various things to mix with gin. The place itself has many cozy corners. There is usually a subdued and cozy atmosphere where it is possible to talk.

11/09/2025: Food was amazing, when you order spicy, you get spicy. And the Curry was crazy good. The Naan bread was unfortunately not the best, felt more like regular pita bread to me. But you should absolutely still go for the rest of the menu, highly recommend.

01/06/2025: If you are going to Aarhus, you must visit the wine cafe. This is the second time I have been there and the second time I had a fantastic experience. Our wine cafe has a huge selection of wines, they write over 400 wines themselves, so there is plenty to choose from. We ordered their Tapas board for 2 and there is plenty of food 😊 Their staff has an incredibly great knowledge of their wines, the second time I am also impressed by this. Do not take the car there, the Wine cafe is located in the Aarhus Latin Quarter, it is difficult to find parking, and in Aarhus you pay a fee every day of the week between 8-23.

01/06/2025: Really delicious food and super friendly service! The new owner is incredibly sweet and welcoming – you always feel welcome. The quality is top notch, and both the pizza and grilled dishes taste fantastic. Definitely a place I would recommend!

13/12/2025: We visited the bar, it was a huge disappointment. The service was slow and unprofessional. The drinks were below average in taste and finish. The venue itself was beautiful.

12/10/2025: Super nice hotel. The bartender at the queen's garden was absolutely wonderful and even invented is to test a cocktail he was developing. Sound proof rooms and soft beds. Great view of the cathedral and city. The staff was attentive and nice.

12/11/2025: Great place for people of all ages - and quite pleasantly surprised by their food. The mini golf course is of course the main attraction, but there is also a good range of activities besides that.

09/11/2025: We had the set meal for 495kr which is a very reasonable price for the quality and amount of food. The atmosphere was good and surprisingly even though the restaurant was fully booked it was not that noisy and you didn’t have to raise your voice to have a conversation. As the restaurant was so busy the service was not the best it tools quite a long time to get each course and the waiter was rushing back and forth. You had to get a hold of them to order more drinks. Other than that it was a great experience and we will be back again!

18/08/2025: Was there yesterday Sunday D 17/8. The young lady who looked after the shop was one of the friendliest, sweetest and nicest people we have met in a long time, we ended up buying 1 box of what we tasted and would definitely recommend Pinot and the staff there at any time. We will be back. Thank you.

15/12/2025: I'm disappointed! I've never had a worse shawarma. I was going to have some food on Friday night with my friends, where we were served by an employee with a terrible attitude. There was almost no meat in my roll, so the only thing you could taste was the salad and dressing. Not only was the food bad, but the price was also 85kr. I had high expectations, but was met with poor service and poor food. First and last time I eat at Shawarma Bar…

13/12/2025: I was there on a Friday night and have never experienced anything worse. The man who was cutting their mediocre meat was angry and very negative. He commented on what we were talking about and said that we were not allowed to say those things because it was “inappropriate”, even though there was no one else sitting inside eating besides us. Just when you would think that his bad mood and vile presence were enough, he suddenly decides to give me and my friends the worst durum I have had in a very long time. Their meat was practically absent from my roll, and you might as well go to a salad bar for stingy vegans instead of their piss. Very sad that your trip home could end so sadly because of a grumpy little man who can’t cook. That was the first and last time I set foot in their salad bar! if you could give them 0 stars and a study tour around Denmark so they can learn what it’s like to be a decent person, they would have gotten it!
