27/06/2026: I have no complaints about the staff at the pickup counter or the waitresses. My complaint as a courier is about the person who prepares the food. I arrived ten minutes early and then waited more than twenty‑five minutes for the order. They told me to wait — I waited without any problems, without any conflict. The girls at the counter were very positive and just kept telling me to wait. Then a man in black uniform came out, and I asked him politely: how much longer do I need to wait? At first he completely ignored me. Then he turned around, looked at me in a very arrogant way. I continued asking how long I should wait, and he just said: “Wait.” I told him, “Man, this is not normal,” and he just walked away. There was no conflict, but you can at least say that the order is delayed and give an approximate time. I understand everything, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me during my delivery work

16/03/2025: Hotel Villa Provence in Aarhus is a charming and atmospheric hotel with a fantastic location in the heart of the city. With plenty of good restaurants and shops just around the corner. The room was nice and cosy, and the hotel's French-inspired style provided a complete and authentic experience. Especially in the summer, the hotel will come into its own when the beautiful courtyard can be enjoyed to the fullest. The service was also welcoming and polite. A nice detail was the "newspaper" i.a. with the hotel's history. However, there are small things that can be improved. The breakfast area can feel a bit cramped and the temperature of the bath water was not always stable. The room was cold on arrival, and small practical details such as a too short cable for the kettle could be optimised. Another small thing is that not all guests like to mix drinks themselves - here it could be an advantage to point out that the staff are happy to help when they have time. All in all, Villa Provence is a wonderful experience, especially for those who value charm, personal atmosphere and good location.

12/11/2025: Great place for people of all ages - and quite pleasantly surprised by their food. The mini golf course is of course the main attraction, but there is also a good range of activities besides that.

05/07/2026: A wonderful pub with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, located right by the lake with a beautiful view. The staff are always friendly, smiling, and very polite. They offer a great selection of beers and tasty snacks. Every time I visit, I feel right at home—it’s the kind of place where you can truly relax and enjoy yourself. I highly recommend Smedien Øl- og Vinstue to anyone looking for a great pub experience!

26/05/2026: Super tasty bowl and really nice coffee ☕️ The girls behind the counter were very kind, and the service was relatively quick as well. I spent an afternoon working from there and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The only thing I’d suggest is maybe writing the WiFi password somewhere visible 😄 Other than that — loved it!

15/04/2026: So good smoothiebowls and porridge! They have many vegan options and the portions are really big. At lunchtime it gets a bit loud. But definitely one of my Aarhus favorites!
