08/07/2026: The beers served here are for those who want to challenge their taste. It is very special and probably not for everyone. Stop by if you want to be challenged with different beer tastes, but if you are into a traditional pilsner, you should find another pub.

07/06/2026: 5 stars! Viskebalanen is the perfect place if you and your friends want to enjoy good conversations and excellent craft beers. The staff is always helpful and they have an impressive knowledge of beer. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates craft beers!

19/05/2026: I come there primarily for their sandwiches, they are amazing and unique, I think their baked goods are a bit overpriced, but their selection of sandwiches is good and they taste amazing, I would say they are in my personal top 5 sandwich places in the Aarhus area.

29/08/2026: I guess the kebab rulle here in Denmark has saved my live. Whenever I don't know what to eat, I'll go find a Middle Eastern restaurant. I love warm meals, and their kebab rulle is really delicious and healthy, and the price is ideal🥹 I wanna say thanks.

02/08/2026: I was there after Café Krone became Cavu. It seemed like a nice place and the service was good, but I wouldn't go there for the food. I was there for brunch myself and experienced a fermented hummus that tingled strangely on the tongue and tasted a bit like baking soda, and ready-made avocado was definitely used as it didn't taste fresh and had a bit of a bee-like taste. I told the waiter that the hummus tasted strange and just got an explanation that it was homemade and showed no further interest in it🤷🏽‍♀️ Otherwise, I could see that it was a nice place to get an iced coffee or drinks since it is also a bar.

27/06/2026: I have no complaints about the staff at the pickup counter or the waitresses. My complaint as a courier is about the person who prepares the food. I arrived ten minutes early and then waited more than twenty‑five minutes for the order. They told me to wait — I waited without any problems, without any conflict. The girls at the counter were very positive and just kept telling me to wait. Then a man in black uniform came out, and I asked him politely: how much longer do I need to wait? At first he completely ignored me. Then he turned around, looked at me in a very arrogant way. I continued asking how long I should wait, and he just said: “Wait.” I told him, “Man, this is not normal,” and he just walked away. There was no conflict, but you can at least say that the order is delayed and give an approximate time. I understand everything, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me during my delivery work

30/07/2026: A good pizza for the main course, but the dessert was disappointing. Also, several of the items on the menu were not available. Sweet service.

22/04/2026: I found Café Gaya again. There were no customers at the counter, so I asked how it worked there, wherever it was. I was not greeted with kindness and commitment. I am going to an event on July 8th. The guy who checked me in may have had a bad day and was not curious about what I wanted. So it was fine. Another employee came down to the garden to me with my coffee and the most beautiful dried fruit ball. Will be back soon.
