14/06/2025: Super hyggelig café på vandet. Fantastisk flot renoveret båd, med masser af plads, gode øl og drinks og meget, meget søde tjenere. Udsigten over Marselisborg lystbådehavn er fabelagtig. Bedste anbefaling herfra.

11/06/2025: Blev mødt af en rigtig nedladende mand som ejede båden som bad os om at forlade området “ kajen” Jeg var meget imponeret af en lille salgsvogn der stod ude på hajen og fik løftet et låg som jeg hurtig slap igen. Ejeren åbnede et vindu på båden (bådcaféen) og bad mig om at forlade området og sagde at jeg ikke skulle pille ved han ting! Og så smækkede han vinduet i igen. Vil ikke håbe at han er såden over for kundernes! Jeg er en voksen kvinde på 40 år og havde ikke tænkt at stjæle noget. Syntes bare vognen var rigtig sød og flot. Men kommer aldrig til at sætte mine ben der.

14/07/2025: Vi fik 2 små salater, de blev nøje vejet af så der ikke var mere end de 350 g som stod på skiltet Desværre er var stort set alle undtagen kartoflesalalten ( som tilgengæld havde hårde melede kartofler i) frisk fra pose, og bare lige vendt i en smule olie, såen det ikke tørrede ud, så meget meget keldigt og smagsløgst! 20 kr extra for protein, ellers tak!

19/06/2025: Dårligste oplevelse hos GLAD til dato. Har spist der i årevis men i dag fik jeg en spinatvaffel med tre (!!) rødløg i, to stykker hallomuni der var brændt på og en brændt pandekage. Det kan man ikke tillade sig.

19/06/2025: It was nice place for those who love rock songs. Also, you will meet a lot of friendly people around there. They can give you a full vibe for your song like sing along, turning light off for song vibe.

11/06/2025: For a metal bar there is a lot of fun punk rock in the playlist. But the beer and bartenders are very good. Nice people, nice vibe. With a better playlist, best bar!

18/07/2025: Best pizzas ever! And the owner is extremely kind and service minded.

16/10/2025: 135kr for a lasagna that was ‘indifferent’ in terms of taste. On top of that we got a margarita pizza and it couldn’t be more boring. All in all, spend your money somewhere else. Ps: their tiramisu is also ‘bought in town’. Practice practice. At those prices it should be made by the kitchen on site - not sold as wholesale take-away heated dishes.

26/08/2025: Pizza was excellent, ordered for takeaway quite late in the evening, I was impressed how soon they were ready for collection. Very well made dough too, the crust was perfect: crispy but also soft texture. All round I highly recommend.

14/09/2025: We have always been satisfied with the service and food. But with this bad experience we will never have food from you again. Had bought a large fries and 2 pitas. When we get home with the food we discover that there are almost no fries and I then go over there again complain, the tray is accepted and more fries come on top. Asked if it is enough fries, where I answer well if that is what you call a large fries then yes. He ends by saying because. He is the only one at work so it has gone fast, that is fair but shit our food was a disappointment almost again meat in the pitas 😒

05/10/2025: Very disappointing experience! While the staff were generally polite, the overall dining experience was poor. Our starter and main course were served at the same time, and the fried food was overcooked. Service was slow and inattentive — we had to call for attention several times. To make matters worse, the espresso was very bad, and when it came time to pay, they refused to split the bill between two cards. We were told to “just use MobilePay,” which isn’t an option for visitors who don’t live in Denmark. When we explained this, the response was essentially that it was our problem, not theirs. Please stay away from this place — the food, service, and attitude simply aren’t worth the hassle.

09/10/2025: I really loved the place! It’s really cozy, it’s delicious, and the staff is friendly. My waffles here were perfectly baked: crispy in the outside and soft on one inside — yum! Sitting there with a cup of hot chocolate was such a joy 😊

07/10/2025: So delicious! 🍨 Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from and amazing waffles. The staff were super nice and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

03/09/2025: Sherlock Holmes is a really cozy and atmospheric pub. If you come outside rush hour, there is plenty of space. The bar is good and has a good and wide selection of beers. Not quite up to snuff with the best specialty beers, but very good. The service is good and they can give recommendations for their beers. I don't think they have food. There is often sports on screens and a big screen, so if you are into that, there is a good atmosphere in the place. The style of the furniture is nice English style. But ok - some of the chairs have really seen better days and should definitely be replaced (!). Sherlock Holmes is a cozy, centrally located place and absolutely ideal if you want to meet colleagues for a Friday beer, or if you want to start somewhere before a larger city tour. Can definitely be recommended 👍
