02/10/2026: Was supposed to wait for over half an hour with total chaos. Suddenly I hear order numbers higher than mine being called out. So I go up and ask if my order is ready. It is… and has been standing out back and ready for a really long time… the menu is now ice cold. Too bad they don't have a better system and that you only get your order if you ask for it yourself (in good time). I think it's a lot of money to pay for cold fries and burgers.

20/09/2026: Over an hour to get 2 users who never showed up because they couldn't figure out how to help a new employee, it's beyond reproach. Never again, thanks for many years.

06/08/2026: One of the best stays - minor breakfast hiccup aside. This hotel was great! Clean rooms, good sheets, tasty breakfast, and incredibly friendly staff who went out of their way to recommend where to buy licorice and sweets, try the best Danish dishes, and catch a nice sunset. The only downside: since we checked in in the evening, all the breakfast table slots were already booked, so even though we'd paid for breakfast, we couldn't get a table and had to take it to go on a tray instead. That's the only reason this isn't a 5 - otherwise, one of the best stays we could've asked for.

17/06/2026: Nice hotel, great breakfast on rooftop with a view. Don't take a room next to the elevator bc the noise will keep you awake:) Very friendly staff

19/09/2026: While visiting Aarhus, we wanted to have a drink here. The waitress brought us the menu and then let us sit down. After repeatedly trying to get her attention, we left after more than 15 minutes.

14/09/2026: Best tortellini ala panna I've ever had. So delicious that we ordered 2 days in a row on wolt. Bravo. The food was piping hot, which is rare with delivery 🧨😃

22/07/2026: The pizza was good, but unfortunately very sparse in ingredients. To be honest, I couldn't finish one.

02/10/2026: We had a sourdough roll with tuna salad and a café latte or Americano, both generous portions and very tasty. The seating was pleasant; the air conditioning was a bit too cold for me, but it was also empty (10 a.m. Friday). Very friendly service and a great selection of cakes and breads.

15/09/2026: Great food, great coffee, huge portions, reasonable price.

11/08/2026: Boring pizza with a soft base. Poor selection and execution of pizza toppings. Waiting time despite ordering. Not the best pizza in town.....

28/07/2026: You are politely asked to place your order on the screen before you do so and double check minus mushrooms and plus something else when the pizza arrives lukewarm and with mushrooms on it then you go in nicely and say there shouldn't have been any of them on it then you are just shot down with a rude tone and not at all nice or understanding and it is in no way better than some other completely ordinary pizza

22/10/2026: Excellent ice cream but it is possible to get better ice cream elsewhere

10/09/2026: I HAVE BEEN THERE SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED BY THE MANY SWEET AND CUTE GIRLS WHO SERVE THE BEST ICE CREAM IN DENMARK, AND IT IS AN EXPERIENCED ICE CREAM EATER WHO WRITES, I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE ESPECIALLY FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN TO VISIT THE PLACE MVH ALLAN ANDERSEN

06/10/2026: Always good with a beer at PW. Probably one of the very few bars where you can still smoke inside, it's a drag, but you can also sit outside which is nice.
