01/02/2025: A must try. Here is the bar you start at. You get an absolutely fantastic taste experience on any cocktail you choose. They are all carefully selected, tasty and all are tasted. I went with my 2 big children, we came from a cool closing concert with Blæst. So we just had to put an end to an already fantastic evening. We did not order from the card. We ordered 3 drinks (very different), with the words, a surprise with max. an item (I'll be driving later, +40, yellow w/large ice cube), a beginner who is not crazy about the taste of alcohol, but otherwise loves flavors (+18, red) and the last one a surprise with it (+ 20, green/crushed ice). We all got a good cocktail that suited each of us. Forgot to take a picture before we finished drinking. But you start by getting an ice-cold glass of water with ice on a black drink piece with a white molecule of alcohol to clean/wash your mouth. The place is from 2009 and the owner Joachim is absolutely fantastic (so are his employees). He tells, like a reviewer, what is in the cocktail when it arrives, so you really look forward to tasting it even more. So if you're going to be fucking drunk or have a wet city tour, find a brown pub. But do you want to have a taste experience in cocktails and meet a bar waiter who knows what they are talking about and uses good ingredients. Then Barstar is the place. 19/01/2025: Something has really been done to make the various cocktails tasty. Good and polite service. The only thing missing for the place to get 5 stars is the decor. It is a bit boring, and not warm.

10/03/2025: A bar in the center of Aarhus with a very relaxed atmosphere. The furniture is old and the atmosphere is informal. A meeting point in the late afternoon for a bit of socializing before heading home. The prices are reasonable.

26/02/2025: The bartender made a wrong drink, but very quickly came out with the correct one, after which we were allowed to keep the wrong one. Super slick bartender and top notch service

27/01/2025: We were there for drinks on Saturday night. The staff seemed disinterested. Don't mind the very loud music which made it difficult to talk. You couldn't order classic cocktails or they lacked important ingredients for the few cocktails they offered. Otherwise good

07/01/2025: I and we have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to visit and stay at Årslev Kro several times. We are always greeted by welcoming, committed and flexible staff. There is a versatile menu and the food has been particularly delicious and well prepared. The rooms have been clean and nice. 11/03/2025: Edited 5/3-25: The fish court is not at all as good as before. Service also deteriorated. Edited 12/12-24: super good experience! It all played! Super food and good service. Forgot a main course of 12 x pre-ordered food and quickly acknowledged with bread and free coke. A little too long waiting for dessert, which was incredibly delicious.

25/03/2025: Super good pizzas, at a fair price. Good olives and good pricing everywhere. Including 1 glass of wine per person, we gave 500 in total. So not the worst.

13/02/2025: Best pizzas we have tasted since we were in Rome! Very good quality and taste! Authentic Italian and we would love to come again! The food was served quickly. Small selection of pizzas, but of exquisite quality. We were very full!

21/03/2025: I only got a coffee to go, but service was good despite the long queue. The coffee was a bit lukewarm though.

22/02/2025: Cozy Irish Pub. And reduced prices in the afternoon and early evening. Easy to get there with one of the many bus lines that use the bus street. Haven't tasted the food there yet so no stars on that point.

23/03/2025: 2 hours of open bar and an hour of bowling. However, the bowling ends 10 minutes early and the beers arrive 10 minutes late. Plus, they don't bother serving the last 5 minutes because you're closing.

22/03/2025: Bowling fine. Easy to get a spot and free parking. Reason for only three stars is that it is with strings, which I think ruins it a bit (but for fun it is of course fine).

15/04/2025: We went at an unusual time for the country and the restaurant was open until eight and we enjoyed the room alone. There were 10 of us and we celebrated Gemma's birthday. Typical Danish food, good quality. The place is very nice and the service is very friendly.

04/04/2025: The pork was very dry and properly made in the oil fryer. Also had the Bøfsabdwich which was beautiful, the beef was perfect cooked but everything else was not great - the bun was hard, baconjam that didn’t do anything great and the brown gravy was good but not great. Homemade fried onions was great. Service was okay.
