26/09/2025: From the outside, this place may not look like anything special. But don't be fooled! When you step through the worn-out entrance, you are transported into a nostalgic atmosphere of pizza as it was made in childhood. No fancy boys with sourdough bases and expensive prices. Just delicious pizza as we know it and at a reasonable price. I thought you had to go to Alanya pizzaria in Brovst to get this experience, but apparently it is possible in Aarhus 🔥🔥🔥

21/10/2025: It's a good place if you want to meet up, grab a coffe, get a piece of cake or something. Can get busy and the line can be a bit long but they also have an app thing where you can order online and pick it up... Haven't tried that. Coffee and cakes are good. Close to train station so that can be a plus.

30/09/2025: Super cool experience, when you walked in the door you met smiling people, good atmosphere and music. The place is not super big but spacious and cozy. The food was fantastic, they had their wine list under control. And knew what they were talking about. Definitely recommended

07/09/2025: One word: delicious. Okkels has super delicious ice cream with many different flavors. You could also buy homemade waffles and waffle tubes. We tried the stratiacella. Definitely recommended.

09/08/2025: Came in with a huge bias and thought another generic bar/Cafe concept. I only got wine but a huge plus for Taylors LBV at 64 Kr. for a glass and free Danish water ❤️ the service is friendly, fast and with personality. 5/5

08/08/2025: We got a fish soup as a main course. The portion was very small and lukewarm. On the bottom of the plate was cheese (it looked like grated cheddar from a bag) and what was called chili mayo (it looked and tasted more like buko pikant). Then you got 3 small spoonfuls of fish stock with tomato and onion on top. I really had a hard time tasting the fish, the soup quickly mixed with the big lump of cheese and buko pinkant-like substance. It turned into a disgusting mass that separated and pulled threads. I ate about 1/4, but still left feeling slightly nauseous. They claim that it is Latin's fish soup, -I can't recognize that at all.

05/05/2025: Unfortunately a bad experience. Starts with canned soda that enters the table. 4 CANS OF SODA! FOR 140 kr 😱 We then ordered a bread basket to start with while we waited for the food. But we never saw anything like that, suddenly the main courses came in, we had ordered rib eye which was supposed to be medium fried but they were more raw, when this is pointed out to the waiter she asks for our plates so she can show it to the chef, shortly after she comes out and says "they are as they should be but if you want, they can fry them a little more" so they will fry with sauce and greens on top. On top of that, we are left with a béarnaise sauce that is flaky and half cold. We have ordered extra fries but the bowl they came in was so small that if there were extra ones in there, I can't imagine how small it would have been without an extra order of the fries. Things are pointed out but no one seems to care, instead we get the feeling that they think we are wrong about it and we leave with a very flat feeling and DKK 1265 that has been thrown away in a really bad experience! We often go out to eat at various restaurants and we have a great understanding of the mistakes and shortcomings of being busy, but that was not what we were talking about here! there were 4 of us and a maximum of 6 others.

16/10/2025: I give Cafe K Trøjborg 3 out of 5 stars. We visited the cafe for brunch and the experience was average. The food was ok and filling, but did not quite live up to the promising descriptions on the menu. The dishes lacked some of the fresh flavor nuances and creative elements that the menu otherwise suggested, so the overall impression was a bit flat. The service was friendly and accommodating. The staff showed commitment and wanted to help, but it was clear that there were too few employees on duty for the busyness. The wait time was longer than expected, and small details were overlooked along the way. The atmosphere in the cafe felt lukewarm rather than cozy. The room is nicely decorated, but a lack of attention from the staff meant that the atmosphere was not lifted. The price level seems reasonable for the area, but the quality of the food and experience does not justify more than an average rating. Cafe K has potential with a good location and friendly staff. With better staffing and a sharper follow-up on menu quality, the place could easily become a solid brunch choice in Trøjborg. It's a nice place when you want a simple brunch, but not a place you choose for a memorable dining experience.

27/08/2025: We waited 1.5 hours for our food and 1 hour for our drinks which we didn't even get for our starter. It took a long time after that before we had a break. We didn't get any apology, we were the only guests at the start and there were 8 other guests in the restaurant who came in before us. The lights went out several times and the waiter spilled oil from the food on my bushes.
