Miyagi Sushi in Aarhus delivers simply top-notch delicious sushi – definitely some of the best in town. Not only is their sushi fresh and tasty, their sides are really well-made and make the whole experience even better.
And I have to highlight their Bao – without a doubt the best in Aarhus!
If I could, I would give 6 out of 5 stars – it’s that good!

Miyagi Sushi in Aarhus is absolutely outstanding!
The crispy chicken bao is the best I’ve ever had – even better than the ones I tried in Japan. The sushi is by far the best in Aarhus.
We arrived without a reservation, and even though we were three people, they managed to find us a nice spot by the kitchen. The table was officially for two, but bigger than a typical café table, so it worked out perfectly.
Our server wasn’t too experienced with wine, but instead recommended cocktails – and that was a great choice for a Friday night during the city festival.
Thank you, Miyagi, for a wonderful evening – we’ll definitely be back!

18/06/2025: Their burgers are really good, we ordered hot wings along with them which were completely pink (raw inside) through Wolt.
Wolt says they won't help with anything, and the restaurant refuses to compensate, despite us having pictures..
Anyone can make a mistake, but not wanting to refund when you serve raw chicken is not satisfactory..

26/09/2025: From the outside, this place may not look like anything special. But don't be fooled! When you step through the worn-out entrance, you are transported into a nostalgic atmosphere of pizza as it was made in childhood. No fancy boys with sourdough bases and expensive prices. Just delicious pizza as we know it and at a reasonable price. I thought you had to go to Alanya pizzaria in Brovst to get this experience, but apparently it is possible in Aarhus 🔥🔥🔥

09/08/2025: Came in with a huge bias and thought another generic bar/Cafe concept. I only got wine but a huge plus for Taylors LBV at 64 Kr. for a glass and free Danish water ❤️ the service is friendly, fast and with personality. 5/5
08/08/2025: We got a fish soup as a main course. The portion was very small and lukewarm. On the bottom of the plate was cheese (it looked like grated cheddar from a bag) and what was called chili mayo (it looked and tasted more like buko pikant). Then you got 3 small spoonfuls of fish stock with tomato and onion on top. I really had a hard time tasting the fish, the soup quickly mixed with the big lump of cheese and buko pinkant-like substance. It turned into a disgusting mass that separated and pulled threads. I ate about 1/4, but still left feeling slightly nauseous. They claim that it is Latin's fish soup, -I can't recognize that at all.

27/08/2025: Vestervang is a Folkested, where many different things happen.
There is a group for women and a group for men. There are lectures, films, banco games, readings, watercolor painting, knitting club and several other things. Some things are free and others cost a little to attend.
The café is well visited, there is delicious food and good coffee at reasonable prices.
13/07/2025: Der sker mange interessante ting på Lokalcenter Vestervang. Der er suppeaftener en gang om måneden i vinterhalvåret. Man kan dagligt købe varm mad og kaffe. Der i øvrigt mange arrangementer: foredrag, vinsmagning mm. Til nogle af arrangementerne er det nødvendigt at købe billet.
