08/03/2025: More of a music house than a café. Atmospheric music is fine, but when it's more like a disco than a cafe, it ruins the desire to be there.

02/03/2025: Almost empty on a Friday night. We wanted to order some snacks, but you couldn't do that. The staff were more busy cleaning up and getting home. Crumpled paper on the tables. Dirty and worn toilets. A boring experience.
14/02/2025: Not particularly cozy anymore.
Unhygienic that cutlery is on the table and does not come clean from the kitchen.
Fine salt in a small glass is also unhygienic as it was dirty

22/02/2025: Simply the driest burger you get served and the employee who brought the food had the worst attitude towards the customers. There was no service available. A super tame experience to visit them, they don't measure up to the other Carls jr that exist.

24/12/2024: I would highly recommend this place to everyone. It's a beautiful place with a great atmosphere and great music. The food is of high quality, the prices are reasonable and the service is excellent.
23/12/2024: It takes way too long to get your food, especially considering you only have the table for two hours!

22/01/2025: Then I finally got myself together to try 🍣 takeaway at Sushi Mania.
It was 10 pieces. maki rolls with either crab, salmon or tripe. Wasabi was good strong. The rolls were a little bigger than the ones I'm used to and I was well satisfied with 10 pieces. Definitely worth a visit. I will come again. Follow me for more tips about Aarhus

09/02/2025: This was amazing. The food and the starters were fantastic. The pizza was crunchy and delicious! I highly recommend going here if you are visiting the old city and the botanical garden!

28/01/2025: A small 5. Big portions served right on the water. The tzatziki is worth a whole star by itself. Try it or live forever in eternal regret and damnation. The lamb was mediocre. The company was phenomenal. Especially for people who were there with me. But that cannot be guaranteed every time. I have a job, you know.

16/04/2025: Fine food and service, but a large noisy party put a damper on our conversation.
23/03/2025: Pizza was great, but service was weak and you can split the bill up 4 ways, not possible to pay separetly.
It's not even possible to pay separetly when you don't split the bill, but people would like pay with different cards. Seems such basic thing since there's no difference if you pay for the bill with 1, 2 or more cards as long as the end sum is correct.

15/12/2024: We had 3 courses: fish soup, rooster chicken in a pot and skyris with a form of cake.
It was through Early Bird, so maybe we just got what was left.
The fish soup was right on the edge of being too intense, and there was a maximum of 50 g of fish in it. Otherwise fine.
The chicken casserole was totally dominated by bacon, both in texture and taste. Perhaps it would have been better to call it Bacon Casserole, with Chicken. Otherwise it tasted mainly of salt. The potato dish with it was reasonable.
The dessert was poor. The skyr ice cream was incredibly watery and tasteless. The cake was dry, bread like and bland.
08/12/2024: Nice intimate Restaurant Ombord in Jægergårdsgade 71, 8000 Aarhus C - where we had a really nice birthday lunch on Saturday at 12:15 - about 15:30 !!

04/03/2025: Worst pizzaria I have ever seen
The first time I'm down there they take my order and then tell me only after they only take visa cards so I had to leave the place
The second time I'm here, I finally get to order a lunch pizza for DKK 60, normally the pizza is a normal size, but no, not here
With them, you get a half-sized mini pizza, but you don't pay half price, so it makes no sense
Overall just a bad experience every time I come

28/12/2024: Ordered the falafel wrap. The proportions were quite bang-on, the ingredients were high quality. The falafel, however, could've been slightly more moist from the inside and the amount of hummus inside the wrap was almost non-existent for a wrap that big. The quality of the wrap was also quite excellent. The whole experience was soured by the lack of the hummus.
