06/03/2025: They couldn't cook 75% of the food on their menu. What we ordered also had to be abandoned. But eventually we found a dish they could make.

14/02/2025: We went to Martino for me DinnerDays and had a five course meal. The three first courses were great, the main was okay, and the dessert was not good.

19/11/2024: Really bad customer service! She rolls her eyes when you ask for two extra minutes to think, and doesn't come when you say you're ready, also rolls her eyes again here. A really bad attitude, so you don't want to come again.

30/12/2024: I have rarely experienced such lousy customer service as I was met with at Joe & The Juice. My experience was nothing short of disastrous and I am appalled at the level of indifference and rudeness shown. When I entered the cafe, I was ready to order and expect the smiling and quick service that one must expect when visiting a cafe. But no – instead I was ignored for a full six minutes. Six minutes where four employees stood and did absolutely nothing but talk and laugh with each other. Not one of them took the time to acknowledge my presence, as if I were invisible. When I was finally allowed to order, it took an incomprehensibly long time for them to make a simple juice and sandwich. There was no rush, no queue, no excuses – just a shocking lack of efficiency and respect for the customer's time. And for what? A mediocre juice and a sandwich that might as well have been made in a supermarket. I can safely say that I will never set foot in that hole again. If Joe & The Juice wants to keep their customers, they need to seriously consider training their staff on what proper customer service means. As a customer, you should feel welcome and valued – not as an annoying interruption in the employees' social interaction. Shame on you, Joe & The Juice. You get one star - and that's only because I can't give zero!!😡😡😡😡😡

08/03/2025: A truly miserable experience. DKK 120 for a double cheeseburger. Craft Burger says that in terms of price they are above other burger joints because the quality must be higher. It is quite simply once hot air. The only positive is the bun, which is airy, delicious and keeps the integrity of the burger. The rest was simply pathetic, and reminded most of all of a low-effort backyard burger with home-bought condiments. The steaks were perfectly cooked and had puffed up a bit during cooking, so there was only a bit of browning at the edges of the steak. I suspect that these are tightly pressed steaks, potentially from frost. Even Mc D runs a nicer maillard than "Craft" Burger... The meat was also insanely dry and almost crumbled in the mouth. The burger dressing tasted like Netto's cheapest private label, and generally dominated the overall taste experience. The pickles were ok, a bit too sweet, a bit too few, the onions were onions, you don't get any points for them. The only Craft here is to smear a canteen steak in buzzwords and call it gourmet.

24/11/2024: They make the best aioli I've ever tasted and I'd love to buy tubs of it if they sold this. They make an excellent burger that is, however, best enjoyed on the spot, and faultless fries on top of that. As for the ambiance, it depends a lot on whether you don't mind it being part of a sports hall. But I have never had such delicious food in another hall. I would describe it as a very casual restaurant. I have often been there with the family.

03/11/2024: Easy online ordering of food and great service. The food is mostly fast food, but of good quality.

16/12/2024: Ok salad, bowl was not refilled and there was a long wait. But nice atmosphere, which was ruined after we were in the local toilet in the basement - it was ultra dirty and very unappealing. The whole company lost their appetite after a visit down there.

18/01/2025: Quite an ok pub. Very reasonable prices, especially on draft beer. In the afternoon there are rarely many guests. There is wifi, but the waitress did not know the password.

13/04/2025: We were a table of 22 men for a bachelor party. Really good atmosphere. The waiters were nice and helpful. We had ordered all you can eat. The pizzas were boring and not worth the price. The worst part was the watered down drinks and wine, which did not live up to the price at all. One of the waiters said: "now I have made a ginger beer/ginger drink for you, but we didn't have any more ginger beer, so we ended up with sparkling water." In general, it tasted like all their drinks were a little booze, a little syrup and a lot of sparkling water. I wouldn't recommend the food/drink experience, but it was cool that we could get a lot of people
