09/05/2025: Thanks for the food and blackboard menu. Delicious and fresh cocktails. Velvety carpaccio with basil mayo. Delicious spring Carbonara with asparagus. Juicy chicken with crispy skin. Intense pistachio ice cream. Good mocha and Grappa. We will be back soon 💪🍽️🥳

24/05/2025: Really nice place with attentive service. The food is far above "standard pizza place" and with good ingredients. Nice selection of soda and beer. Super nice place that lives up to what it promises and doesn't try to be anything else - hence 5 stars.

01/05/2025: Bland and indifferent Pizza without taste, and with a pizza base as dry as if you had made a good pizza left out for 3 hours; Ordered from Chellos years ago, and the pizzas here were great! Don't know what has happened, but in their current state they are below the quality of a frozen pizza - and thus not worthy of the price level.

13/04/2025: Last night, while we were trying to decide what to drink at Herr Bartels, I saw the bartender preparing a cocktail and called out to ask what it was. After ignoring me several times, he signaled me to be quiet with his hand and didn’t even bother to ask what we wanted to order. I’ve never felt so humiliated. Needless to say, we left the place. I sincerely hope someone reminds that kid—who thinks he’s a bartender—that he’s not working in a library.

06/04/2025: EXCELLENT COFFEES We dropped by for some brunch - coffee and some bread. They have quite a nice selection of beverages and food - especially different buns (Boller). To include gluten free option. The servers are nice, knowledgeable and professional. All in all an excellent experience here.

18/07/2025: I don't understand the 3.9 rating. Maybe the standard is higher than in Copenhagen. This place is really strong. I've eaten my rolls all over Amagerbro, and various places in Nørrebro. This place is the pinnacle of what a flatbread with shawarma should contain. The employees asked me to wait 5 minutes because the meat wasn't ready. No problems, worth the wait. Bilal just came to Copenhagen, inshallah.

23/05/2025: Great, as usual. Great staff, coffee and food

15/12/2024: We had 3 courses: fish soup, rooster chicken in a pot and skyris with a form of cake. It was through Early Bird, so maybe we just got what was left. The fish soup was right on the edge of being too intense, and there was a maximum of 50 g of fish in it. Otherwise fine. The chicken casserole was totally dominated by bacon, both in texture and taste. Perhaps it would have been better to call it Bacon Casserole, with Chicken. Otherwise it tasted mainly of salt. The potato dish with it was reasonable. The dessert was poor. The skyr ice cream was incredibly watery and tasteless. The cake was dry, bread like and bland.

08/12/2024: Nice intimate Restaurant Ombord in Jægergårdsgade 71, 8000 Aarhus C - where we had a really nice birthday lunch on Saturday at 12:15 - about 15:30 !!

19/07/2025: Super cozy restaurant. We had Frankie's feast, which included pizza and drinks/beer ad libitum. The pizzas were super delicious. An extra gift for our waiter Daniel, who made the evening extra good.

28/06/2025: Very tasty pizzas in a stylish setting. The prices are completely reasonable, and the starter and pizza menu is highly recommended. The music is unfortunately a bit too loud, but otherwise everything is excellent.

01/06/2025: I'm really sorry that we were kicked out because we knew one of the bartenders. The context is that we went to high school together and had different political views. This alone shouldn't be enough to deny someone the opportunity to be a guest. I'm really just disappointed with the poor service and disrespectful reception my group received after choosing to spend an evening at this bar.

01/06/2025: I was unexpectedly and unfairly expelled from the place, and this was allegedly at the instigation of an employee who, in addition to her “profession” as a bartender, is running as a candidate for the Radical Left. This employee — who was working as a bartender during my visit — seemed to let her personal and political views influence her professional work. It was clear that my presence became a problem for her solely because of previous acquaintance from high school, where our political views did not match. It is deeply concerning that an employee can abuse her position in this way, especially when it occurs in a professional context, where neutrality and good customer service should be paramount. Being expelled from a public place solely because you do not share the bartender’s political views is not only unreasonable, but also problematic in terms of freedom of expression and the credibility of your company.

06/04/2025: There was leftover meat in my vegetarian sandwich, don't think the cutting board was cleaned before it was made

13/03/2025: God sandwich, men forfærdelig service - vi var derinde d. 12 marts, og blev straks mødt af en dårlig og kedelig stemning, men valgte at give stedet en chance da vi var tørstige og sultne. Min veninde bestilte en juice, og fik også bekræftet af den ansatte at det var en grøn juice, men da juicene var færdige fik hun ikke det hun havde bestilt. Det udtrykte hun overfor den ansatte, men blev mødt af et dømmende blik og en ''det var det du bestilte''-kommentar. Vi er ikke typerne der gider at brokke os, eller bruge energi på at skulle diskutere med nogen, som i forvejen virker sure. Derfor smuttede vi bare uden at sige noget, men kunne godt mærke at de 50 kr føltes spildt på en kedelig oplevelse. Det er virkelig ærgerligt, for vi stod tilbage med en følelse af at vi aldrig vil tilbage på Ffood fordi det var så kedelig en oplevelse - og det synes jeg personligt er vildt ærgerligt, fordi det ellers var en lækker juice og en god sandwich. Jeg håber at det er noget i kan få rettet op på. :)

11/05/2025: Really positive experience at the 'new' pizzeria! The food tasted fantastic - you can clearly feel that a new owner has arrived, because the quality is top notch now. The base was crispy, the filling fresh and tasty. The service was also in a class of its own – friendly and welcoming employees who really make an effort to make you feel welcome. It will definitely not be the last time we order from here!”😊

10/05/2025: They have a new owner, and the place is much much better now. Fantastic food, really good service and cleanness is on a whole another level.
