29/08/2026: I just ate at Nygades Grill & Sushi - Skjern. I chose sushi and was pleased to experience an exceptionally high quality of ingredients and a large amount of filling in the pieces. Among other things, I ordered tuna and there was a lot of tuna in the sushi. It was just SO delicious. Thank you so much for a really good meal. I will definitely be back.

03/11/2025: We went there for the first time today. We treated ourselves to a large soft-serve ice cream with a caramel coating. The staff was nice and friendly. The portions were large and tasted great. We'll definitely be back.

01/10/2026: A lovely bakery right in the pedestrian zone. Great selection, and the freezer with several gluten-free and vegan pastries to take away is especially nice, such as chocolate cake, rolls, and rum balls with coconut!

24/07/2026: Super delicious food, different from what you can find in the area. Snacks are very good, especially tuna tartare and Dim Sum dumplings, and all dishes are full of flavor. Drinks are also super good! I have tasted passion fruit & milky oolong lemonade and it is recommended. Waiters are attentive and nice :)

01/10/2026: We went there to find a nice candle for Advent. We left with four candles and some other bits and pieces. A great shop. From candles to decorations, clothing, children's items, hats, etc. An interesting, beautifully presented shop. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Denmark.

03/10/2026: We visited Restaurant Nordic on Saturday, September 19th – five friends around the table and their 10-course Supreme menu in front of us. It was a truly perfect evening. The food was perfect from start to finish: beautiful, precise servings with lots of finesse, good ingredients and exciting combinations. Everything from the very clean, fresh dishes to the more substantial dishes was right in the cupboard – and the pictures almost say the rest. What really lifted the experience, however, was the young team. Professional, present and relaxed in just the right way. You could feel both commitment and energy, and we felt genuinely welcomed the whole evening. As the icing on the cake, we were allowed to round off the evening in peace and quiet with after-drinks in the wine cellar – without feeling like anyone was standing around looking at the clock. That says a lot about the place’s hospitality. An evening with both high gastronomic quality and a wonderfully unpretentious atmosphere. Five big stars from here – Restaurant Nordic is highly recommended.

20/09/2026: Delicious pastries 😋. Nice people. Just a typical Danish thing to do: don't eat these pastries if you have a blood test the next day! 😂 They're delicious, but also very sweet.
