20/09/2024: Fantastic cool experience, and 5/5 guidance and support from Valdemar!

20/09/2024: Had the coolest day with the kids and family. The weather was of course absolutely perfect. They have an advanced course (where you are pulled all the way around) and a beginner course. The staff were super nice and always helped with good advice. And ended with some fried food on the spot. Warm recommendation from here. Call in advance and ask if the beginner course is open ✌️

06/11/2024: Great restaurant at the harbor in Hvide Sande. Recommendation, on the first floor, if the weather is good, sit on the balcony to enjoy the view. The burgers are great, very tasty! The service is friendly and accommodating.

01/11/2024: Nice restaurant in the heart of Hvide Sande. Good food, unobtrusive but attentive service at a very high price level. We recommend using the simple online reservation, especially on weekends. If you want to enjoy a view of the harbor, you must select the 1st floor (1. sal) or harbor side (Æ Vestside) options when making your reservation.

18/09/2024: Everything is very tasty, whether hot dogs, hamburgers or, like today, fries with fish, a must on every holiday

17/09/2024: Hot dogs, burgers and ice cream were very tasty, nice location at the harbor with a covered outdoor area. Staff very friendly, communication no problem. Really great for a snack.

04/11/2024: Rarely have I experienced something so unfriendly. The night before you spend good money on mediocre food and portions that are far too small. The children enjoyed making candles (we were also ripped off here. We were told a price of 79 crowns per candle, when they were finished they suddenly wanted 99 crowns, that's not possible!) and were told that we had to make the candles on Pick it up the next day between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. and the children can then decorate them with glitter. When we arrived around 2:40 p.m. the owner was very stressed, she wanted to finish work and would now just wait for us. The tone and manner didn't work at all. After we were there for the second time and experienced the unfriendly manner, we will NEVER see this restaurant with its current staff again!!! I hope that a great successor will be found, because the ladies no longer feel like continuing with this, they said that themselves! Maybe under new management, you can eat there again... That remains to be seen!

30/10/2024: Very unfriendly staff, candles are advertised as cheaper, but then cost 20 crowns more. If you come in the afternoon you may be kicked out of the restaurant. Otherwise good food 👍

20/10/2024: We stopped by spontaneously in the evening and were lucky to get a table. It was very tasty. I can only recommend it. A play area for children is also on site.

09/11/2024: Great food in fantastic surroundings. Visited the place in connection with a company visit, where we were given a tasting menu. Sweet and smiling waiters.

09/11/2024: Super good experience, delicious rooms, service with a smile, delicious food at reasonable prices. We will come again.

31/10/2024: A very large selection of fish and seafood. Very good quality.

29/10/2024: As is well known, taste can be debated, but we as a family agree that it was just bad. The calamari rings consisted almost entirely of batter, the fish 'n chips just tasted oily and even the fries were soggy and probably in the same deep fryer?! The fish sandwich was “okay” but not great either. From our point of view, unfortunately a lot of money was paid for nothing!

09/10/2024: I've been there a couple of times now, and every time I'm anywhere near it, I will go there. Even if it's not on the route I'm going. Great food, cakes, pastries, and coffees. I normally get a sandwich / baguette when I'm there, and the quality is very consistent. There are plenty of variety and options to cater to your liking. Parking close by and there's many shops within walking distance.

06/10/2024: Denmark's best bakery --- good breakfast --- nice and considerate staff --- delicious selection of cakes

10/11/2024: Always wanted to go high, and the great lighthouse Lyngvig Fyr is really beautiful. There are 240 steps to the top and from there you have a really nice view!! It's really worth going up there. The adjacent café where you can get the tickets (coins) for the climb is definitely worth a visit.

26/10/2024: Great thing. German is spoken, the pastries are delicious and prices are fair. Easily accessible by bike and car :)

27/10/2024: .. there is simply nothing better than coming into the store... good service and there is a great selection.

26/10/2024: Rolls, delicious sweet pieces, with pudding, fine, fine. Hours of beach walks should follow, otherwise your love handles will increase dramatically... Not exactly cheap, but what is cheap in Denmark 😉

06/11/2024: Snack basket to start with. Then a couple of Pakhuset burgers, a large round of spare ribs and a Club sandwich. Nothing to delay on the food. Everyone was satisfied. There is plenty of food on the plates. Fast and friendly service. Parking right outside the entrance. The warehouse is a nice place👍

27/10/2024: Nicely laid out, but quite high entrance fees, extra costs for activities (archery, Viking combat school) and generally not enough historical knowledge. But definitely more interesting than staring at relics in glass cases in “classic museums”.

12/11/2024: En kølig aften i november besluttede vi os for at spise lidt i Ringkøbing, og vi havde lyst til pasta. Hvad ville så være mere naturligt end at vælge en restaurant med navnet Italia? Vi blev hurtigt anbragt ved et bord med udsigt til en trist murermesterbue og fik præsenteret den omfattende menu, som udover de helt sædvanlige pizza-variationer med alt muligt, også bød på noget helt umuligt. Vi valgte dog at gå efter pastaen, efter at have studeret en spaghetti alla Carbonara. Bemærk stavningen: Den bestod af bacon, æg og fløde. En hver italiener med bare en smule faglig stolthed ville få et flip, hvis fløde blev tilsat en Carbonara, så for at undgå en bilateral katastrofe med vores italienske venner, valgte vi i stedet noget andet. Menuen beskrev følgende retter: Fettuccine med kyllingstrimler, svampe i cognac-tomatflødesauce Tortellini med kød indbagt i pasta, skinke og champignon i tomatflødesauce På forunderlig vis var de to retter fuldstændig identiske, hvad angår farve, anretning, konsistens og den gensidige totale mangel på smag. Den glaskrukke, der blev stillet ved siden af med noget, der skulle forestille revet parmesanost, gav mindelser om de 70'ernes restauranter, der skød op i hele landet, hvor man i en pakke spaghetti fik en pose med revet osteprotein fra Brugen. Der var ganske travlt, og mange takeaways blev afhentet. Det meste personale sad eller stod bag baren, og snakken gik lystigt. Desværre glemte man at skænke vin og at rydde bordene, da vi var færdige. Dog skal det siges, at der var et dessertkort med lidt falmede billeder af forskellige, ikke særlig inspirerende desserter, og der var endda lidt smagspårøver på flere af dem i form af produktrester fra tidligere gæster. Det lokkede ikke til en ekstra bid. Vinflasken, med tilbud om månedens vin, var så fedtet, at mine fingeraftryk sad tydeligt på flasken. Maden var helt uinspirerende og kan bedst beskrives som voldsomt kedeligt vomfyld, hvor kvantitet desværre blev set som lig med kvalitet. Det hele var en skuffende oplevelse med lav kvalitet, og det føltes som et spild af både tid og penge.
