05/06/2025: The pizza is so delicious here! I highly recommend the roasted vegetarian pizza. 🍕 Their sauce is always great and consistent every time. Also, the service is top notch! They are always so kind to us and put us in the best mood. 😊

31/05/2025: Lunch and honestly, it wasn't anything special. You had to order yourself by scanning a QR code, the food didn't taste like anything. The Fish & Chips portion was small at 175 kr. and too little tartar sauce. The fries were indifferent. The sandwiches were well prepared but again, tasted of absolutely nothing. The price was better there though. But they make good beer Reply to your comment: 1. Look at the picture - we bought all three kinds of sandwiches. Really tasted of nothing, but it wasn't bad either. Clearly needed to be seasoned 2. We waited for someone with a menu to come but it took too long and then we started with the QR code. If there had been an option to pay with MobilePay it would have been faster 3. It's not about there being enough cod. The price was just too high compared to the quantity. And it wasn't spicy either. And just because you sell a lot of it, doesn't mean I love it. At least other reviews agree with us, I see

17/06/2025: There were 4 of us out to eat. We ordered snacks, 2 courses for 2 of us and 3 courses for 2 of us. Snacks only come after the first course is served and eaten. The waiter follows up by pouring a little extra wine into the glasses without charge. The 2 of us upgrade the 2 course to a 3 course. But the bill charges for 3 upgrades. 1 of us falls ill with severe food poisoning a few hours after eating the food. A shameful and expensive experience.

15/06/2025: Absolutely fantastic dishes. I love that you use seasonal ingredients. This time it was new potatoes and dishes with white asparagus…so delicious. And such good service. We got free coffee because you thought the food came too quickly! We were happy and thought everything was perfect, but we agreed to a café latte and espresso 🥰 definitely recommended!

11/01/2025: Jag var färdig med museet och tänkte ta en öl i väntan på familjen skulle bli klara. Fick vet av en i personalen att restaurangen var på väg att stänga men fick ändå köpa en öl (i plastglas) och ta med ut på terrassen vilket var vänligt och tillmötesgående av dem.

24/05/2025: A typical Scandic hotel in a central location in Aalborg, right next to the Kulturfoum. The city center and Aalborg St. are just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast offers a very good selection: fruit, cold cuts, cheese, bread, rolls, crispbread, juice, hot chocolate, egg dishes, salads, etc. All fresh and delicious. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly and accommodating at all times. There is also a small shop at the reception where you can buy drinks, sweets, and sandwiches for a quick snack. There is also a bar where you can buy beer, wine, and other beverages, both for consumption at the bar and to take to your room. Value for money: The already high Danish prices rose even further during Carnival, so we found it a bit too expensive this time… We would still be happy to return to this or one of the other Scandic hotels.

12/06/2025: The food was absolutely fine for the price – tasty and as expected. The staff were nice and welcoming, but it was also clear that they were not professional, which was noticeable in the service. A big minus was that they had almost none of the white wines that were on the menu. All in all, an okay experience, but with room for improvement.

11/06/2025: Review: Cafeministeriet – Where the coziness lives, but the Riesling has run away If you've ever thought: "I want a day with a great atmosphere, nice people and wine that tastes like it was tapped straight from the drain of lemon hell", then Cafeministeriet is the place for you! Let's start with the good – the atmosphere! Cafeministeriet is super cozy, the kind of place where you almost expect Morten Harket from a-ha to come in and ask if he can sit with you. The employees are so nice that you're considering taking them home and introducing them to your parents. But… then came the wine A Riesling that should be reported to the wine police. It was as if the bottle had been on a sour vacation in a lemon tree that never bore fruit. It wasn't wine – it was acid in a bottle. We're talking chemistry lab vibes. If you could take away everything that makes a Riesling good – fruit, sweetness, charm, zest for life – then you have this wine. It was so bland that we felt like we had drunk a PowerPoint slide show of emptiness. The steak? It was so cold, however, that we began to consider whether it should be served with ice cubes. At first, we thought it was a new Nordic interpretation of “Tatarsne” – but no, it was just… cold. The plate agreed on the temperature, so points for coordination. But! The company was fantastic. It turned out that even the world’s most acidic Riesling and a steak with a cold water shock cannot ruin a good evening when you are surrounded by lovely people and enough laughter to drown out both wine and thermal shock. All in all: Go to Cafeministeriet for the coziness and the wonderful staff. But if you are offered a Riesling – smile, enjoy the place, and order something with percentages that don’t bite back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – 5 stars for atmosphere, company and staff. Minus 2 for tartaric acid and frozen steak.

25/06/2025: Beautiful view from the top. But the customer elevator was under repair. I should have asked an employee to be the elevator operator in the staff elevator. The trip up the stairs will cost me several days with knee pain. We were day tourists in Aalborg.
