De bedste restauranter i Aalborg

08/08/2025: Impossible to eat sandwich, because of dried bread. We ordered 3 different sandwiches, waited over 30 min and each of us was disappointed with the food. They should serve table with electric knife instead of their cutlery))

01/08/2025: We visited Café Vito on July 9, 2025 – and it was unfortunately a big disappointment. My burger was very dry, tough and tasted burnt, which made it almost inedible. We also ordered nachos, but the cheese was not properly melted – especially on the bottom – and the chicken was cold. It honestly seemed like the dish was just thrown together quickly and not cooked properly. We also had a shooting star, where the fish fillet was so oversalted that we couldn’t eat it. No one from the staff came at any time to ask if everything was okay – which could have made a difference if we had had the opportunity to point it out right away. The whole thing left us with a really bad experience – and it was extra sad because it should have been a nice and special day. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Café Vito based on this experience. All in all, super bad food and bad service. 0 stars!

01/09/2025: Had their food at a catered wedding. It was incredible and enough food to feed an army. The chicken was so moist and flavorful. The desserts were mind blowing

29/08/2025: The couple running this restaurant are incredibly kind. Their service is excellent and their food is otherworldly. They’ve done and the catering for our wedding and we were eating delicious Iraqi food for three days straight.

06/08/2025: Delicious, fast, and affordable! Istanbul Kebab in Aalborg serves up juicy kebabs, crispy fries, and freshly baked bread. Great spot for a quick bite with generous portions and friendly service. Perfect for late-night cravings or casual lunch!

16/07/2025: fantastic food experience. We had the 2-course ala-carte for lunch The waiter recommended a white wine that really went well with it. We will definitely be back :-)

17/06/2025: There were 4 of us out to eat. We ordered snacks, 2 courses for 2 of us and 3 courses for 2 of us. Snacks only come after the first course is served and eaten. The waiter follows up by pouring a little extra wine into the glasses without charge. The 2 of us upgrade the 2 course to a 3 course. But the bill charges for 3 upgrades. 1 of us falls ill with severe food poisoning a few hours after eating the food. A shameful and expensive experience.

19/07/2025: Terrible place to eat pizza from, as an outsider you had to pay twice for your purchased pizza, as the service was so poor that they couldn't tell the difference between the customers. When my friend had to pick up his double-paid pizza slice, they wanted to see his online bank as confirmation of his purchase. When we were dissatisfied with the very poor service, they sent two strange men after us from a room in the back. No explanation or indication that they worked there, they just wanted to smash whatever was within their reach. Disappointing disappointing experience for someone coming from outside Aalborg…

19/07/2025: We came 3 guys at 4 am. My 2 friends bought a pizza and I paid for a pizza slice. I paid and just waited while the others got their food. I went up and asked when my food would come, and was told that I had to pay again. They clearly had no control over my order. I was asked if I thought they were lying, and after that Prince, who I can read until his name, raised his voice. He said very firmly and many times that I had to leave. I asked if I could buy another slice, but to no avail and had to go to bed hungry. I double-checked my online bank the next day, which closed at night, that the purchase of the slice I never got had gone through. STAY AWAY FROM ROMANA, they clearly have no control over their business.

29/07/2025: A lovely bakery with reasonable prices. The location is also nice, as it is close to the park. I can’t point out one specific item to recommend as everything I tried was genuinely delicious.

09/06/2025: Othello Bakery's version of a strawberry pie has nothing to do with a real strawberry pie. I'm very disappointed and after reading Migogaalborg.dk's test of the city's strawberry pies, I expected to get a strawberry pie with a mazarin base which it SHOULD consist of. Really disappointing and not worth 110,- kr at all...

29/06/2025: Ordinary grill without anything extra. Not trying to be. All in all ok without exaggeration

10/08/2025: My girlfriend and I visited Vestre Bådelaug for dinner on 10/8. We had steak sandwiches and fried pork with parsley sauce. The former was fine, but the pork was unfortunately so overcooked that it almost crumbled in the mouth, the potatoes were overcooked, and the sauce tasted mostly of milk and flour - no clear taste of parsley at all. Had to leave a full portion. I politely made the staff aware of this when paying and still was charged full payment with the message that we should have said something earlier, because then they would have gladly made it again. We did not have the opportunity to wait 40 minutes for a new serving of a dish we had lost faith in the place could make well. All in all, a disappointing experience and not a place we would recommend to others.
