25/05/2025: We got our pizza quickly. Nice restaurant with plenty of space.
Unfortunately it was quite cold, so only 3 stars for atmosphere and service. We were already freezing when we arrived (the weather), and expected to get heat while we were sitting in the restaurant. But we didn't. Quite the opposite.
We said so when we paid, so I wonder if the heat has been turned on. We'll try again one day when we drive by. If it's still cold, it's the last time.
18/04/2025: Usædvanlig ringe pizzaer. Bundene især er papagtige og minder om de dårligste købe bunde fra Aldi.

05/06/2025: They don't accept their own discount codes. They also try to cheat customers with their lunch deals. If you don't explicitly say you want the menu at lunch price, you will pay full price.
01/06/2025: Good burgers. We tasted the chicken burger this time. Chicken crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Delicious fries.

26/04/2025: Very good food and service. The tzaziki and moussaka were very well prepared. But the Chilean wine ruined a bit of my experience. Would still recommend the restaurant for a good taste of Greece.

26/04/2025: Best Thai food in Aalborg. Authentic! The Tom yum soup is fabulous. Not a sit down place. Mostly take out. But space for two to sit and eat on bar stools.

15/05/2025: Not a la carte in the restaurant, but in the Aalbogtårnet you can enjoy delicious cafe dishes, coffee, beer, water and ice cream. All this is enjoyed with a fantastic view up to 30 km.

18/05/2025: I visited Friends Restaurant for brunch, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The waiters were not friendly at all—they looked grumpy and unwelcoming, which really affected the overall vibe of the place.
Also, if you book the brunch during the last time slot, don’t expect them to refill the food. Once something runs out, they simply say “there’s none left” instead of bringing out more, even though the brunch is supposed to be all-inclusive.
Honestly, I expected better service and hospitality. Not recommended if you’re going for an enjoyable experience.
17/04/2025: Their American brunch buffet was really good. However, some of it was a little extra salty and greasy - no problem (it's American-inspired after all), but it was expensive to buy drinks for. Even a glass of water should cost max. a third or a quarter of the price.

08/06/2025: Prices have increased drastically without the quality following suit. On the contrary, we encountered long waiting times even though there were not many guests, poor communication, excuses and unpleasant attitudes. Unfortunately, the food is not good enough to bear this.

07/04/2025: We have visited Restaurant Fauna with close family following a wedding. The food was Michelin-star-quality. Absolutely marvelous, without a doubt some of the best food I have had during my stay in Aalborg. Unfortunately, the service was very slow, due to which we had to wait approximately 45 minutes for the main course without having any drinks refilled in the meantime.

22/03/2025: The waiter completely ignores guests. He should have an eye on everything, especially if someone is coming into the pub. We came unnoticed, we were sitting there unnoticed for some time and then we also left unnoticed. And will never come again.

16/05/2025: Susan sky blue is an absolute must-try. Do you like beer? Do you like motherly motivational quotes on every square meter of your surrounding walls? Are you a hot-tempered individual who appreciates being able to switch between the smoke cabin and the roof terrace? then Susan's is the place for you. When I am, at the moment of writing, in the south-east corner of the terrace, warmed by lamplight, it is difficult to wish to be anywhere else.
"May I take your glass?", says the hostess. and yes, yes she must. for we are done with another cold thy classic, the night is young, and susans keep us warm.
