We bought arts / crafts both times we got coffee 👍🌈☀️
With the best coffee in town 🥰
It is freshly roasted, never more than 14 days after roasting, it is rare to get it 👍🥰
I love a good espresso 😎 roasts myself
But it is very rare that I can find a good espresso out in the city.
And it doesn't matter how nice and expensive a place is.
I have succeeded 3 times in 15 years 🥴
Here they know how the coffee should be prepared.
And buns with butter cheese and red pepper, yum.
They are long-raised and home-baked 👍🌹
The staff are really helpful and nice.
No stress here.
If we come by, we'll come in 😉👍

At kokken selv serverer og forklarer giver en særlig oplevelse.
Vi kommer igen!

16/11/2024: Lokationen kan på ingen måde blive bedre. Et lyst og venligt lokale med udsigt fra alle borde. Vi var der dog en novemberdag, hvor det var havets brusen vi kunne høre. Man bliver taget venligt imod og hjulpet på plads på bedste måde. Vi fik den store julemenu med 6 retter, ja med snacks og 2 desserter blev det faktisk til 9 serveringer. Det var velsmagende og delikat - ja, faktisk det hele. Der spares ikke på smørret her.
Til snack fik vi en dansk boblevin (Saxtrup) - det var overraskende og godt. Vinkortet er meget stort, og man kan naturligvis få både vin- og saftmenu.
Middagen var en udsøgt fornøjelse.
22/10/2024: Den skønneste mad oplevelse du kan få. Vi spiste frokost på restauranten og alt spillede. Der er en afslappet stemning. Personalet, tjenere og kokke er venlige og imødekommende. Maden smagte fantastisk. Og så med den udsigt. Det er en oplevelse for alle sanser. Ja, det er en Michelin Restaurant, men de skilter "bogstavelig talt" ikke med det. Det er ikke derfor du skal spise på Villa Vest. Du skal gøre det, fordi det helt enkelt smager fantastisk.
Villa Vest får varmeste anbefalinger.

21/08/2024: Beautiful, inviting hotel with a pleasant atmosphere.
Excellent and particularly high-quality breakfast. The usual dishes such as scrambled eggs and croissants are missing, but there are lots of other great ideas and lots of fresh fruit of all kinds.
No free WLAN and no TV.
The walls and doors of the rooms are very hard of hearing, noise and all footsteps in the corridor and on the floor above can be heard.
Shower without a border on the floor, water spread all over the bathroom.
No safe, no fridge, no room cleaning. No lobby to stay in the evening and not enough seating in the room.
Lots of parking spaces directly in front of the hotel.

And the food is so, so delicious!!! I often eat in restaurants across Germany and sometimes Europe.
But this meal (only available from lunchtime to 5 p.m., costs 149 dkr and I've forgotten what it's called) was the tastiest thing I've eaten in recent years!
Unfortunately I had to leave early so I couldn't enjoy another meal.

Oh yes, there are parking spaces in front of this gourmet temple.

29/08/2024: Nice potato food and omelette. If the food is to have four stars, the rye bread must be home-baked and preferably crispy butter-fried for the omelette so that it is not soggy. But fresh lovely food we got.
It is stressful to sit as a customer and watch a waiter have to be able to service an entire restaurant alone at the same time as she has to look after the bar. It's not okay.
Poor staff
28/07/2024: Fik stjerneskud. Friske råvarer, virkelig lækkert og rigelig med mad til en fornuftig pris. Kan anbefale stedet .....
