12/10/2025: We went to the produce market which they held in a room next to the reception and just what we saw of the hotel was really nice and stylish!!

12/04/2026: Super good evening at Strandhotellet. We had super delicious food and wine with good service. We were even driven home by the lovely waiter Ronnie, who took pity on us when we couldn't get a taxi home to our summer house.

20/10/2025: A really good campsite, with good playgrounds for children. Lots of options also renting both caravans and cabins. The service building is nice and well maintained and the cleaning is top notch. Lots of options there.

15/07/2026: Really cozy place with a view of the harbor. Fantastic fried pork. But the kitchen was very slow and the service was not in control. But it is a new owner and staff so maybe it will get better.

18/07/2026: Really good service! We were 7 people in for lunch yesterday and got the best service. Above all expectations. The waiter really lifted a bad mood to a good one and really cared that we were happy.

11/08/2026: We visited the restaurant in Løkken yesterday and our overall impression was rather mixed. We ordered the beef steak, which unfortunately was quite tough and very fatty. For the price, we definitely expected more. The side dishes, however, were fine and tasted quite good. We were also somewhat disappointed that the bottle of water was just a plastic one. The service was friendly, but rather reserved and somewhat inattentive. All in all, the visit was okay, but we felt it wasn't good value for money.

09/08/2026: The food was just OK. The lunch steak is nothing to shout hooray for, 200g is probably more like 150g. We asked for a jug of ice water to share, and were quite shocked when we got a small 0.5l Aqua D’or for a whopping 38 kroner? Probably won’t be back.

25/07/2026: Beautiful place, friendly staff and cozy room. It is of course not state-of-the-art but then I would have been disappointed, it really felt like you were staying in a historic place! Several living rooms were coolly decorated and looked like a duke or king would come for dinner and there was a lot to discover both inside and out. We were alone in the pool too which was luxurious. Will be back!

05/06/2026: We had our anniversary dinner at Kokkedal Slot. We loved every moment of it. Jesper the cook just created amazing meal. We travel a lot and have not had this level of quality for long time. We highly recommend dining at Kokkedal Slot. Thank you Jesper

05/08/2025: Nice young people in the restaurant and kitchen are fine. Rooms are ok and it is clean. We had booked 4 nights and after 2 the weather was bad, so we stayed at the hotel to have lunch and then go out. We couldn't get that despite it clearly stating it is possible on the hotel's website.! They didn't have time due to a party of 100 people in the evening. We could walk into town (in pouring rain and with poor walking). Another comment that they were baking bread, but my expression resulted in "I can go out and ask", but we gave up and checked out on Monday instead of Wednesday. We paid for the entire stay with all expenses, because that is what we had booked. The hotel should consider whether they will put resources in place to suit, or either run a hotel or only parties. We have now been to Hotel Søparken 3 times... first, only and last.

03/08/2025: A lovely place with really good with friendly staff, so we took an extra day

12/07/2026: The waffle itself seemed old, as it was hard and difficult to chew through, had to throw out the last of the bottom. The ice cream was however perfectly fine in taste and consistency. However, I can't give more than 2 stars when the waffle itself is so poor in quality. The clerk also seemed very tired of the job, certainly didn't have a smile on his face while we were there. I can't recommend the place.

30/06/2026: The soft serve ice cream was really delicious.

28/07/2026: The outdoor pool no longer exists, and the indoor pool has been closed since today. The house smells unpleasant. Not recommended.

23/07/2026: Nice staff 😄But the toilets and bathrooms are very dirty 🥲 but good beds and bedding 😄😄 Lunches are a lot of herring and other fish 🥲no delicacies of cold cuts for non-herring eaters. I think it's boring. All food is the cheapest it's well prepared but sad 🥲green salad is not delicious at all it's sloppy. I think we pay a lot of money for nothing 🥲 Have a good summer
