De bedste restauranter i Jammerbugt

31/08/2025: We walked by and saw the place from the outside, which was very nice. We ordered two Salino pizzas to eat on the beach, but unfortunately we didn't like them at all. They were burnt on the edges, and the mozzarella in the middle was still raw and diced and not melted. The dough was very thick, like the pan pizzas you find in supermarkets. The price of 300 kr. was very high compared to the quality they claim to offer. It's a shame, because the place looks good from the outside, but the pizzas are definitely not. We can't recommend it.

30/08/2025: Last Thursday, to round off our holiday in Blokhus, Denmark, we had dinner at Salino. We thoroughly enjoyed it; a cheerful waiter made sure you were immediately comfortable at Salino. The food is excellent; my girlfriend and I each had the same starter, the Carpaccio, which was delicious. For our main course, she had the Pasta al Salmone (pasta with salmon), and I ordered the Filetto de Pepe (beef cooked in cognac, among other things). Both dishes were superb, truly delicious. We had a nice beer with it, and my girlfriend had a wonderful Pino Grigio. For dessert, she had the Semifreddo, and I had coffee with Baileys (and then just had another round). We had a wonderful time, and we were very happy with the food. A truly wonderful experience. If you're in Blokhus, definitely stop by Salino!

10/08/2025: We celebrated an 85th birthday in Restaurant Blå at Blokhus Strandhotel. We sat in our own room in the “Orangeriet”. Cozy and bright room with a view of the hotel courtyard. Everything was perfect - super delicious creative food with matching wines. Service-minded and informative staff, who presented both food and wine so excitingly that the experience was complete. The warmest recommendations from here. We will definitely come again.

06/09/2025: held our silver wedding anniversary party at Kokkedal Slotshotel on August 2, 2025. Beforehand, we had some good talks with the party coordinator about the food, the party's progress, etc. When the day came, it was bubbles in the castle courtyard before our 70 + guests went up to the knight's hall, where the food and service were top notch. It tasted really delicious, so big praise to the chef, and the staff were extremely skilled at ensuring that no guest lacked anything. It was very, very nice, and we had a magical evening and night, where the knight's hall was transformed into a dance hall with a DJ and a bar with delicious drinks. The guests reported that the rooms at the castle were beautiful. We will be forever grateful for how wonderfully our big day went, and the guests returned with the most wonderful messages. If I were to suggest anything, it would be to have a wall built between the double beds downstairs in the apartments, as guests who don't know each other naturally don't want to sleep in the same room. And it would also be good to have a stair robot (which can be easily put away), as the knight's hall can be difficult to access for wheelchair users. But that doesn't change the fact that it was a magical party in a wonderfully beautiful castle. My and our warmest recommendations.

23/08/2025: The best experience you can get for the money in Denmark. Cozy surroundings in the real Danish country. The food was perfect, the atmosphere and the staff!

17/08/2025: The food was inedible; we had a doner kebab and a durum kebab. The meat had a very strange consistency and a very bad taste. The bread tasted dusty and also had a strange flavor. We lost our appetite after the first bite. This has absolutely nothing to do with the doner kebab we're used to in Germany. To be honest, I didn't even want my daughter to take another bite because I was very unsure whether the food was even edible or just rotten. They'll never see us again.

21/06/2025: It would only be on Tuesdays, when the other bakery is closed, that I would shop at this place. On second thought, I think the bread at Brugsens is better. This bakery has a bad product at far too expensive prices. The staff look like people who are tired of living..

08/09/2025: It will not be a place we visit again. The only positives are their one evening with fried pork on the buffet, which was good, and a sweet welcoming staff. The playground was nice but functional. BUT, the room was not clean (dusty, dirt in the corners), and the food was definitely not good. It was not very child-friendly either. On Monday with ham schnitzels we got boiled "fried" potatoes with chili, also for the children's menu. The buffet was nice, but not super appetizing - the tartlet filling was stiff as jelly. The breakfast buffet consisted of cold cuts and bread, and some fruit. There was generally very limited food that our son could/would eat, and we often ended up eating in the room, as it only opened at 9 am. We visited the place in 2024, but the memory of the food and the quality of the room is still fresh in our memory, so we will not visit it again.

04/09/2025: We had booked the Wednesday schnitzel for two people. Unfortunately, no one really had us on their radar. Everyone else, even those who arrived after us, were well looked after; no one showed up to eat with us, even though we weren't invisible and were in plain sight... In any case, the schnitzel was super, super, superbly super. That took the edge off the invisibility. We'll be back for the schnitzel dinner next year.

14/08/2025: Poor service. 4 out of 9 orders were wrong. You get a waffle instead of a cup (and yes, it's really annoying!!!!!) and then you apparently just get a different topping than the one you chose if the one you chose is sold out. At least ASK what you want, instead of assuming you want your stale jam. You guys owe me a round…..

14/08/2025: I went out for ice cream with my family, but the experience unfortunately did not live up to expectations. One of the party did not receive what was ordered, and I had chosen three toppings for my ice cream, one of which turned out to be sold out. Instead of asking me for an alternative, the staff chose to replace it with something else on their own initiative. It would have been much better to let the customer choose for themselves. The churros were also dry and tasteless. I will not pay 79 kr. for such an experience again. In addition, another person did not receive their chocolate cake until the rest of us had finished our ice cream.

05/08/2025: Nice young people in the restaurant and kitchen are fine. Rooms are ok and it is clean. We had booked 4 nights and after 2 the weather was bad, so we stayed at the hotel to have lunch and then go out. We couldn't get that despite it clearly stating it is possible on the hotel's website.! They didn't have time due to a party of 100 people in the evening. We could walk into town (in pouring rain and with poor walking). Another comment that they were baking bread, but my expression resulted in "I can go out and ask", but we gave up and checked out on Monday instead of Wednesday. We paid for the entire stay with all expenses, because that is what we had booked. The hotel should consider whether they will put resources in place to suit, or either run a hotel or only parties. We have now been to Hotel Søparken 3 times... first, only and last.

30/07/2025: Super poor service, I call them to buy food, the girl who answers the phone gives the quick one to someone else, who says wait a minute and hangs up, I wait for 15 minutes but I can hear them talking in the background, I hang up and think they must have forgotten me, I call again and get put on hold, tell the girl that I've waited 15 minutes but they're talking, she didn't care about that, then I try to order 4 pizzas but the last one is with half ham and half pepperoni, they won't do that, she gets very surprised when I ask that then I won't have anything. Good thing there are other pizzerias. Buy your pizza somewhere else here, they don't care about the customer.

25/06/2025: Very good, cozy snack bar/restaurant. The food came quickly, was delicious, and plentiful. The prices are absolutely reasonable.

22/04/2025: A very, very nice place with a really beautiful beach. Also very suitable for surf fishing

27/08/2025: Five of us were there today for lunch: pasta alla carbonara, burgers, pizza, and steak. It wasn't crowded, very pleasant, nice atmosphere, clean, and very friendly service. Thankfully, there was no music. The food was served at the same time, was very nicely presented, and very tasty. Water was served in a glass with lemon and ice. We really enjoyed it.

19/08/2025: Absolutely unbeatable experience. Really good food, friendly and personal service, with a view of the pedestrian street and all its lovely people. Would visit again! 🙏🍻☀️
