08/06/2025: We booked a room for our wedding. We booked very well in advance. Exactly a year before the date +1 day, they called and asked why we hadn't checked in. We got them to check their email and admit that they had made a mistake with the date. However, this resulted in them canceling our booking immediately, as they had rented out the entire hotel for a wedding. So because of their mistake, we were left without a room. We could only squeeze an apology out of them, but nothing more.

18/07/2025: Jeg syntes jeres restaurant var så god at jeg gav den fem stjerner , altså fremragende. Det var som en drøm. Og menuen så rigtig god ud. Vi havde i hvertilfælde en rigtig god oplevelse.

11/07/2025: The children's comment: Delicious potato wedges, got the food quickly, both the skewers and the schnitzel were good. The vegetarian had a Margareta which was okay.

23/07/2025: Bestilte 3 durum. En af dem var der ingen dressing i, det havde de glemt 🤬 Og en af dem var der så lidt at det var helt pinligt. 270kr - spild af penge Super dårlig oplevelse, det køber vi aldrig fra igen.

15/07/2025: Lækker pizza - god smag - flot anrettet .Trods stor travlhed - er pizzaen klar efter 10 minutter. Mødt af meget venlig betjening. Vi vender gerne tilbage

03/07/2025: We ate there a few weeks ago, fair food at a fair price. We also ate there last year… Today, however, we were subjected to extremely poor service. As a North Jutland resident, I am outraged. There were 3 empty tables and we really wanted to eat there. At first we were told that it was not possible because “everything” was reserved. One table had a sign “reserved until 5:30 p.m.” but it was empty and it was 7:30 p.m. I was quick to leave, but an employee very politely offered us a table a little further back on the outdoor terrace, which we accepted. Then they say god help me at the end, when we have accepted - "it costs 250 kroner to get the table and we could risk having to sit with others if more guests come. I think it is tasteless to charge 250 kroner for a table that you have to share with other people - especially when there are 3 available and we were not informed about it from the start. We left, and we ate somewhere else - good food, good price, good sunshine and background music from Blokhus's beautiful square. I hope it didn't stick with you - it probably never will again :-( Hope you have a good season.

26/06/2025: Here they exploit their customer group, which is mainly Norwegian tourists, in the worst possible way. High prices for DK and with currency conversion it gets even worse. Instead of having fairly normal prices and selling more, they hope to rake in a lot per visitor. It's a bit sad because they probably would have sold more to more people. We took it with us from the store and down to the beach instead. Better use of money!

25/06/2025: Very good, cozy snack bar/restaurant. The food came quickly, was delicious, and plentiful. The prices are absolutely reasonable.

30/05/2025: It did not taste like normal kebab and the sauce wasnt normal. They did not cut up the pizza and they had many flies in the restaurant. Total waste of time and money.

24/07/2025: Older furnishings, but nice and clean everywhere, breakfast buffet very nice. 😉 A bit of traffic noise in the room facing the road.

11/07/2025: Lovely hotel with a great location. Lovely large room with a view of the lake and a large bathroom. Lacks a little light in the shower. Delicious breakfast buffet and dinner.

21/06/2025: It would only be on Tuesdays, when the other bakery is closed, that I would shop at this place. On second thought, I think the bread at Brugsens is better. This bakery has a bad product at far too expensive prices. The staff look like people who are tired of living..

29/05/2025: Absolutely horrendous experience. Went here with my family to celebrate my dad's 70 year birthday - and after arriving we got LOCKED OUT from the hotel by the hotel staff. We tried calling all the available numbers the hotel put up on their home page but to our avail no one was picking up the phone, effectively leaving myself and three other family members locked out from our rooms and valuables. Our entourage of 6 people were forced to spend the night in ONE room with TWO BEDS. An absolute disgrace and I do not recommend ANYONE in their right mind to stay here! Avoid at ALL costs!!

24/03/2025: We had a lovely overnight stay with dinner and breakfast here. Really welcoming service both on arrival and at dinner. Really delicious three-course dinner. Beautiful living rooms, rooms and restaurant in historic surroundings. A nice bed to sleep in. And the opportunity to buy their delicious Jasmin tea to take home!
