05/02/2025: Lovely place, lots of peace at this time of year.

02/11/2024: Really nice campsite where mobile homes are also allowed. Everything is available and also highly recommended for children, as there are many playgrounds, sports fields, skate ramps, table tennis tables, etc. We spontaneously landed on this site with our motorhome in the off-season. The receptionist was very nice and gave us a great parking space during the storm!

02/02/2025: Delicious pizza, delicious first courses, we are Italian and we felt at home. I highly recommend.

02/02/2025: We came to order a pizza at 20:15 and the very condescending man behind the counter says that they close at 20:00 and makes us aware that we are very late for it. We then draw his attention to the fact that it says on the door that they close at 9 p.m., and it also says so on Google. Similar to amateurs and condescending way of talking to customers

23/10/2024: Lovely stay in a cozy hotel. Food and service super good. Definitely worth a visit.

21/10/2024: World class.... Nothing less! ! ! There was absolutely NOTHING to put a finger on... "Our" waiter Tom was there for us during the whole stay, we had three nights in the most beautiful surroundings... Gourmet dinner every evening and wonderful brunch in the morning. Most beautiful hotel bathroom/toilet we have ever seen (And we have seen over 100) the hotel is very very nice and elegant everywhere. Four minutes to the North Sea.

05/07/2024: Much more than an ice cream cafe. Delicious burgers, fantastic service and delicious Cypriot wines and lovely drinks. Super good location in the middle of the square in Blokhus and centrally on the beach. Can really recommend a visit

15/01/2025: No more free refills, but they also kept it long after the other McDonalds removed theirs. This is clearly one of the better McDonalds in the Nordics. And the service is always phenomenal.

10/11/2024: We picked up 2 regular pizzas for the first time. A salami and a Hawaiian. Both tasted good. We've been there several times now. The Deep Pan version is very tasty and highly recommended. The price matches the quality. We like to try more. The service was always friendly. We were able to communicate in English. We were satisfied.

25/11/2023: They should start by telling their few customers that you can't pay with Dankort and then they refer you to an ATM machine that costs money to withdraw so that you can pay for the food we have eaten. You get the feeling that customs and tax should be looking at that place

29/09/2024: We spent a two week holiday in Fjeritslev. Almost every day (Monday is a day off) we got our rolls and cinnamon rolls from this beautiful pastry shop. The operator is very friendly and after a few days we already knew what kind of bread rolls we wanted every day. It's comfortably furnished and the baked goods are really good. Absolutely recommended.

04/11/2024: Unbelievable that you continue to sell cakes from yesterday or with an even longer lifespan at full price without informing the customer that the cake was not baked today. Bought two morning bread cakes, which were dry and to that extent lacked the crispness you would normally experience with these kinds of cakes. It's not ok

The only slight drawback is that parts of the castle are showing signs of age and could use an update. All in all, Kokkedal Castle is a wonderful place to visit if you are looking for a luxurious experience in historical surroundings.
