20/03/2026: I think the service and food are really good, I would recommend the place if you want to taste a good pizza or burger.

08/03/2026: A very peaceful and pleasant place. Charming. We were only here for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The cottage we stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped. It had a small kitchenette, a kettle, a coffee maker, pots and pans, cutlery... everything you'd need in a camping spot like this. The host was very kind and helpful. The food we ate here was a delicious journey through local flavors. I think it's a good base for exploring Thy Park.

04/02/2026: Booked a stay in a fishing hut with breakfast, received a confirmation, but the price of breakfast was 125 kr. and on their website it said 100 kr. made them aware of this, with a picture, they wrote back that there was no error and then cancelled our stay, after which we could see they had changed their website. What kind of behavior is this !!!!! After reading what Stenbjerg Kro responds, I must add that according to the Danish Sales Act, a posted price must be respected. Regarding the fact that they wrote back and said that it was not possible, that does not fit. no explanation or anything. The nice reply back is not for me he wrote Stay away. Regards. René

18/07/2026: They are small dishes and there is no taste in the fish at all even though they are right by the harbor.. my boyfriend and I will never set foot there again

15/07/2026: Nice family camping along the national cycling route 1. There is a separate tent area for cyclists who are passing by and staying for one night. We (2 persons) stayed here for one night with our small tent for 200 kr on our cycling trip. There's enough shade between the trees when placing your tent on a warm day. Showers are warm and clean. Toilets are also clean. Highly recommended camping for staying a night while traveling the west coast of Denmark by bicycle!

07/12/2025: Super nice hotel. The breakfast buffet has what you need without being flashy, but no one leaves hungry. Nice to have a restaurant on site, and the food was really good. Cozy atmosphere with decorations in December. Spacious rooms.

10/09/2025: The staff is very nice and the room was clean. The room itself was also very comfortable, I had a good night. The pasta and dessert was really delicious, I can recommend the Mallard duck

06/07/2026: Cozy restaurant. Not particularly good food, almost cafeteria-like. Last year it was really delicious. Too bad you can't buy children's menus, expensive to throw away so much food. I did take a fish fritter home from the meal. I bought fish and seaweed salad in the store, which is delicious.

28/03/2026: Had brunch in the converted bakery/cafe. Plenty of food, good scrambled eggs, tasty cold cuts and cheeses. Delicious freshly squeezed juice.

15/05/2026: We went there twice during our holiday in Denmark, and that speaks for itself 😊 The selection is great, the restaurant is very busy, and the food was absolutely delicious. We especially appreciated that everything is freshly prepared. We took the food home each time and ate it there, but it was still fresh and tasty. The owner is incredibly friendly and even speaks some German, which we found very charming. Highly recommended!

07/05/2026: The pizza was excellent! Perfect dough and plenty of toppings. The people were so lovely and friendly, truly worth mentioning!

26/07/2026: Very disappointing. We arrived around 5:50 pm, even though the fish buffet was officially still open. The restaurant was practically empty, yet we were refused access to the buffet with the explanation that more guests were expected at 7 pm. We could easily have eaten within an hour. As tourists, this kind of treatment is completely incomprehensible and seems very unfriendly. If guests are turned away despite having plenty of time, this should be clearly communicated or the opening hours adjusted accordingly. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing – we will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant based on this experience.
