02/07/2025: We are a group who hiked in the national park Thy. Last week we had walked 32 km and were missing the last 4 km to Stenbjerg. The rescue path was flooded and it was completely hopeless, we couldn't make it to dinner at 19.30.
So, after deliberation, we called the inn, and
The owner Steffen offered to pick us up, we are SO grateful for that ♥️
Apart from that, EVERYTHING was top notch, rooms, food and drink and the sweetest service, HUGE Thy fan

26/06/2025: Never before have I experienced that after a friendly written inquiry about prices and availability, I simply get a link to the hotel's website in return. Then I have to do the rest myself.
Of course, I have checked out the site myself beforehand.
I can confirm that Hotel Thisted does not want customers - and that it is quite correct when several people here have written that that "service" obviously does not come naturally to all employees at the hotel ...
I will be staying at another of Thisted's hotels during my summer vacation.
13/04/2025: Var med forældre og 2 børn på besøg på denne yderst hyggelige restaurant med gratis parkering lige overfor. Fik friske kammuslinger i egen skal toppet med lidt tomat - super lækkert. Hovedret kalvemørbrad og Fransk bøf. Alle 6 stegt forskelligt men helt perfekte. Yderst velsmagende og dejligt anrettet, men lidt for meget kød og tilbehør efter en stor forret. Mange fine vine, også i halve flasker så man kan køre hjem - supert...men man kan også vælge at overnatte på hotellet 😊. Venlig servicering og dejlig roligt i lokalet og rent og velholdt overalt. Bestemt et besøg værd.

18/01/2025: We ate here twice today. A good restaurant with delicious dishes. It is difficult to make a choice. We ate here again in the evening, even though we were still full from lunch. We will definitely come back here when we are in Thisted again. This restaurant is highly recommended.

24/06/2025: The fish is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. If you want fries with it, go to the McDonald's across the street. At Fiskehuset, the fries are dark, crispy, and dry.
04/06/2025: Stopped here spontaneously for lunch; very friendly service and a great view of the marina. The fish was really delicious, too. Parking right in front, everything was great.

07/05/2025: La pire pizza jamais préparée depuis le début de l’histoire de la cuisine Italienne.
- « Michel tu mets quoi dans ta calzone ? »
- « Mon p’tit secret c’est de mettre des pâtes à l’intérieur de la pizza. La pizza j’y fout un peu tout se que je trouve par terre. Et histoire de terminer en beauté, un peu mayonnaise sur le dessus. »
Le tout pour 18 euros
Il n’est pas impossible que l’Italie déclare la guerre à ce restaurant.

20/09/2024: It's a very lovingly run snack bar. The food is great and the owners are really nice, great people. When we're in Klitmöller, we really like going there. Recommended. Thank you very much for the nice hospitality.
13/08/2024: The ice cream is very tasty and the woman behind the counter is super nice. I have been in Klitmøller every summer for 12 years and go to this ice cream parlor in the evenings with my family to eat ice cream at sunset. The waitress also speaks German and we have a nice conversation every year.

The worst burger! The Vesterhavsburger with fried white fish - yes it was so fried that it was almost only breading - Oh yes and then bones - there can be small bones in fish but not 5 cm big bones. The bun - I think it was, was more than well done it was so toasted that it could not be cut but had to be broken into pieces - a double bun seems softer.
22/05/2025: Fantastic location in a small alley in Thisted's pedestrian street. The food is top class and the service is good. However, the prices are not for students or retirees.
