02/04/2025: DKK 80 for a pizza with 10 pieces of kebab meat, dead salad, dead tomatoes, a simple ring of dressing and a completely dead pizza with no taste...

22/04/2025: Delicious and well-filled pizzas. Nice manager who also speaks Dutch. The only thing we missed was some music in the restaurant.

11/05/2025: Never experienced worse service. THE BUFFET miserable. Tasted like it had been reheated from the day before. Go in a big arc around it!!! Frank Thisted.

11/03/2025: Visited Thisted and tried one of the sandwiches in here… the worker’s attitude was not alright… might had a bad day…anyway a bit expensive than other places and was not as expected… dry, tasteless and boring… I’ll find another place to buy one next time I visit this town!

19/05/2025: Large room with a large, comfortable bed. Beautiful, large pool. Absolutely quiet, window open, not a sound. Second door in the room eliminates hallway noise. Very good breakfast.

15/05/2025: We have had 2 good days at the hotel with lovely food and great service. When you stay at a hotel in Hanstholm you have to eat fish, they are so fresh that they almost wag their tails when you get them served.

29/03/2025: Really nice place, but unfortunately our food was bad. We have ordered 2 children's menus with fish, starfish and meatballs. Kids were hungry and we were looking forward to eating, right up until we got our food… all the fish was way too long on the pan and had a bad aftertaste… our kids didn't want it at all and neither did I. "Fortunately" I got some bread and prawns, also some salmon with my shooting star. My girlfriend has also tasted it and it was not edible. The only thing the children ate were the fries that came with it. They have offered to heat a new one, but then they probably heat it with the same oil so it doesn't really help .. the explanation was "it's because now the fish are so thin, so that's why" but that doesn't explain that they don't keep an eye on the food. the only thing (1 out of 4) that was fine was the fishcakes. so unfortunately never again. We have paid almost DKK 700 in total and there was not even an offer due to Poor quality of the food.

24/03/2025: Great surroundings, fantastically friendly and professional service - the food is delicious - will come again and can be highly recommended.

26/02/2025: Really inferior experience at yaki sushi. We go down to the restaurant to order take away. First we wait 40 minutes, during which we go to Netto - when we come back, they "forgot" to make our order. They apologize of course and rush to make our order. When we get home and are about to eat, we find out that they didn't give us chili mayo (the most important thing!!!) and you can taste on the sushi that it was made as a quick batch...

10/05/2025: Three years ago I ordered a cake for my son's birthday. I received a confirmation by email, but when I showed up at the store to pick up the cake, they had forgotten the order. I asked a young assistant to contact the manager but was unsuccessful. I also asked if they had a cake in the freezer that I could buy instead - unfortunately they didn't. A very disappointing experience. Today, 10 May 2025, my sister's family had ordered a cake for her birthday, but again it had been forgotten. Why offer orders if you can't handle them? They could have at least come back with an explanation or apology, but they never did. It seems unprofessional and frivolous. 0 stars from here.

03/05/2025: Slow and sloppy. We ordered 4 pizzas and half a grilled chicken w. Fries. They said it would take 30 minutes before the food was ready. I thought it seemed a bit long, but fair enough if they were busy. When I arrived I ended up waiting for another 20 minutes. The kitchen staff were enjoying themselves in the back and certainly didn't seem to be in a hurry. The food was deeply unimpressive, the bases of the pizzas were unbaked. The clerk apologized for the wait, but that was the only positive. They didn't knock anything off the price and didn't even give a soda or anything else as an excuse. Bad place.

18/04/2025: We were the only ones in the restaurant at 13 on an ordinary Friday. We order 4 pizzas. Just 4 regular pizzas. It takes 45 minutes before we get the food. 45 minutes!!! And we are the only ones in the restaurant??? First and last time we visit that restaurant! 1 star as the place seems like it needs a major cleaning, the absolute slowest service and the boring location in a dusty shopping center right across from the local bodega. 2 stars for the food as it was ok.

14/05/2025: Really expensive for what you get, and you pay alot of money for a glass of tap water (while we also ordered other soft drinks). Also pretty much everything is out of a box and not homemade (not everything just most) And then it's also selfservice so the value for money is even less. Also they forgot part of our order and really didnt seem to care and brought it out when we were already done with the rest of the meal. And I had to go inside to mention this since there is no service outside. I guess the only redeeming quality is that it's next to the waterside. However I would say not worth the price and you are better off at another place nearby.

14/10/2024: If I could give zero stars I would have done so and recommended it to the "zero star" program itself. The reason for the terrible report is that they say on their website/Google Maps that they are open but then they are closed. Disappointing!!!

10/04/2025: Ordered a family pizza to share with chicken and kebab, with garlic oil. but unfortunately the pizza was burnt on the bottom, there was no garlic oil, and they had chosen to put dressing on it without it being ordered.

11/01/2025: Recommend ordering elsewhere!! The food was cold when it arrived, tasted rather boring and despite the lack of extra meat in 3 orders, full payment was made.
