07/12/2024: Wonderful and cozy atmosphere, best fish and chips of my life.
03/12/2024: This is one of the first restaurants on the pier in Skagen and one of the most famous. The restaurant has a unique decor, a wide selection of good food, wines and beers. You can sit both inside or outside. Sometimes there is also live music too
Prices are a bit high but the service and atmosphere makes it worthwhile..
We ordered 'Taste of Skagen', lobster dog and 'Fish and chips', all tasting quite good.
This is the restaurant in Skagen to see and be seen so if you are into that, this place is for you. I will give this restaurant my recommendation 👍

15/10/2024: Unlucky evening at Hyttefadet.
The fish soup was decidedly lousy. No taste and even large amounts of extra salt made no difference. It should only be made significantly better.
The signature dish, the plaice fillet, was fried dry and not properly cleaned - for example, the roe was intact.
Sweet waiters could not make up for the food which was below par for the place.

19/10/2024: An atmospheric restaurant above an art gallery, next to the beach with a view of the Baltic Sea and the lighthouse ;) I think you can also see the North Sea in the distance ;)

Ein Lacher: Draußen kein Service, Getränke aus Plastikflaschen und dazu preislich sehr selbstbewusst… Schade…

13/09/2024: We really liked it here. The service was very friendly. We really enjoyed our fish. The location and the view, perfect.
Guests who came with dogs were immediately brought a large bowl of water. I find it very attentive and friendly, I haven't seen it anywhere else 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Vi fik bl.a. deres hjemmelavede Fish’n chips - Den friterede kuller var tør og tilberedt alt for meget.
Bærer præg af at det hele går for stærkt.

Hygiene is however ok for a buffet restaurant.
Was here for lunch. Have no idea if it is better in the evening.
08/10/2024: Igen en dejlig oplevelse. Vi blev budt indenfor af altid venlige og veloplagte Per.
Flot buffet med masser af lækre retter. Vi kommer snart igen.
