28/12/2025: Best Danish pizza north of the South Pole. Wonderful and considerate servers and food prepared with love. Small, warm and welcoming place - the fire pit in the dining area provides an almost authentic Italian experience.

06/12/2025: Christmas lunch ad libitum ... Lucky me, participated in the won Christmas lunch ad libitum for 2 people... Super cozy place, which really cares about each guest, - at least that was the case this evening, Friday, December 5, 2025 ... Service was absolutely fantastic ... No one was forgotten ... Drinks ad libitum, and it was really ad libitum ... Great music, although perhaps a little too loud, because even in the far corner of the room we almost had to shout at each other - not nice when you really want to talk and not shout ...

11/11/2025: Amazing place to spend a night. Welcoming staff and rooms had everything you need, nothing more. I recommend a stay in the castle and dining at the bistro. Ghost enthusiast’s dream.

05/08/2025: Cozy weekend at Dragsholm Castle. Overnight stay with breakfast and 3 course dinner in the bistro. We also had a guided tour and heard the exciting history, which is definitely recommended and gives a little more depth to the stay.

20/09/2025: Such a cute cozy place! Place had both homegrown produce, a sourdough bakery and delicious ice cream, including a cute lil courtyard to enjoy it in. A hidden gem for sure!

02/09/2025: Super delicious lunch and very surprising area. The cod with Jerusalem artichokes tasted great, but unfortunately we found a large piece of plastic in the dish. Not something you would expect from a restaurant of that class and was handled a bit indifferently by the staff. Everything else was perfect!

11/12/2025: I keep coming back here. It's cozy and the food is spot on. A little sour fact about their beverage selection: They have Belgian Trappist beer… on tap! 😀 The Affligem Double is especially tasty if you like that kind of thing. I'll be back. 🙂

01/08/2025: Very local and good..Jørgen gathers wild herbs, berries and mushrooms, Anna cooks the food. Fantastically sweet service and a large selection of local wines. A really good experience.

25/09/2025: I can highly recommend it...even though we hadn't reserved a table, we got a spot for ourselves and our dog. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The menu, which was only in Danish, was successfully translated into English for us so we knew what we were ordering. When we requested a medium-dry white wine, we were offered two glasses to try, which one would be suitable. When the tapas arrived, everything was explained to us in English again. We were completely satisfied. And the value for money is also good. If we can make it...we'd gladly return.
