Nice view, beautiful sunset. Nice and appropriate selection of dishes. The food was top notch and reasonably priced.
Good parking options. 1 handicap parking. Smoking allowed on the terrace. Recommended. Table reservations recommended.

01/08/2025: Very local and good..Jørgen gathers wild herbs, berries and mushrooms, Anna cooks the food. Fantastically sweet service and a large selection of local wines. A really good experience.

11/11/2025: Amazing place to spend a night. Welcoming staff and rooms had everything you need, nothing more. I recommend a stay in the castle and dining at the bistro. Ghost enthusiast’s dream.
05/08/2025: Cozy weekend at Dragsholm Castle.
Overnight stay with breakfast and 3 course dinner in the bistro.
We also had a guided tour and heard the exciting history, which is definitely recommended and gives a little more depth to the stay.

06/05/2025: Lyngkroen dannede i dag d. 6 maj rammen for min fars gravøl, da jeg var på vej til kirken, havde de sat fanget på halv til ære for min far, jeg var så eventyrlig rørt, da vi kom tilbage havde de dækket så fint op, der var masser af mad og drikke, og servicen var i top.
Jeg takker med helt mit hjerte for jer.
PS har flere gange spist der, altid god betjening og mad

Joke....it would be so nice if there were bigger smiles on their faces. Otherwise great service. Good plank steak and minced steaks. Nice beer.
28/08/2025: Four of us just ate there, three different pizzas and one pasta dish. It was delicious. The waiter was very friendly, with a few words of German. The food arrived very quickly and was hot. The prices are very reasonable for the food, including two large beers, water, and Pepsi: 535 DKK. We've already reserved a table for tomorrow; I would definitely recommend it.

02/09/2025: Super delicious lunch and very surprising area.
The cod with Jerusalem artichokes tasted great, but unfortunately we found a large piece of plastic in the dish. Not something you would expect from a restaurant of that class and was handled a bit indifferently by the staff.
Everything else was perfect!
07/08/2025: Really exciting and delicious food with interesting wines. Nice and attentive service. Nice premises.
The story about local ingredients faded a bit along the way, but they were all very delicious.

04/11/2025: Great sushi and great service and staff.
I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The sushi is always good and so are the hot dishes. The food is ready quickly and the staff is so nice.
13/10/2025: Really surprisingly good food, something could have been better. Really good service. Looks a bit like an abandoned place when you arrive. The atmosphere was a bit flat, there were no people when we arrived, so it was very quiet.

11/08/2025: Super good experience today, Aug. 11. Jacob who was here was just a positive experience with the good energy... the chicken burgers and fries were top notch... we will definitely be back!
05/08/2025: The restaurants were good, but completely overpriced. Everything seemed very chaotic. The staff wasn't particularly friendly either. The restrooms were awful (no locks, no toilet paper, no soap, dirty).

25/09/2025: I can highly recommend it...even though we hadn't reserved a table, we got a spot for ourselves and our dog.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The menu, which was only in Danish, was successfully translated into English for us so we knew what we were ordering. When we requested a medium-dry white wine, we were offered two glasses to try, which one would be suitable.
When the tapas arrived, everything was explained to us in English again.
We were completely satisfied. And the value for money is also good.
If we can make it...we'd gladly return.

20/09/2025: Maybe the campsite is walking in shoes that are a little too small when you have to pay in September to eat the 4 ice creams you just bought for 100 kr at the rental site 🙄
10/09/2025: A very warm welcome 😊 We had a spot in the front row with a view of the islands. The toilets and showers were very clean and were cleaned every morning. This was our second time here and we'd love to come back.

13/08/2025: We had the mega brunch, which attracked us to the place. That was worth it. Deco simple but service was kind.
04/08/2025: I bought some super delicious, crispy nachos with chicken + lots of cheese and would have given 5 stars..
BUT I have two regrets..
1: I cut myself on the edge of the take-away foil tray when I was about to open it, so you should probably have a talk with your supplier about quality or consider finding foil trays elsewhere..
2: the side dishes were also lame... the "salsa" was PIZZA SAUCE and instead of guacamole I got REMOULADE?????!
There was plenty of food though. I'm not that big, and there was enough for 2 people my size.
