27/03/2024: Burger absolutely fine, they forgot bacon as ordered, pasta with salmon white wine sauce tasted great. 1 glass of filtered ice water and a small beer The price is too high DKK 428.

06/01/2024: We ordered the take away New Year's menu, fantastic 4 course menu. We were guests and did not participate in the preparation, but the hosts said it was super easy. We will definitely do it again. THANKS

14/02/2024: Den treretters menu, som var en del af det sæsonophold, vi havde booket, var over al forventning. Dragsholm huser også en Michelin restaurant. Det har i den grad smittet af på slottets Bistro. Vi skal helt sikkert tilbage hertil. Meget dejlig madoplevelse.

20/10/2023: Got shooting stars twice, which tasted ok, nothing special. Their cheesecake was very delicious though!! We ordered 2x Ærø beer, which were warm and one expired in September haha. We made the staff aware of it, but had to pay for the old beer anyway.. That's why we only give 3 stars.

12/10/2023: Expensive shooting star, sat outside in a tent with a nice view of the water. Wasn't asked if we were happy with the food and wasn't offered blankets on a rather windy day.

20/02/2024: On a Dining Week scale and in a cottage area far off the beaten track, it was a five star experience. We had booked the early round and when all the guests had arrived.. What I assume was the owner came out and knocked on the glass.. There were changes in the menu (beef fillet instead of veal fillet) and a few extra things.. Cod in the soup and leek rolled with bacon for the main course.. Lovely winter soup with perfect cod, delicious beef fillet with vegetables, potatoes and good mushroom sauce. Finally, orange fromage. Everything was well prepared and tasted good. Nice service and cozy atmosphere. Can definitely be recommended.

04/02/2024: Nicely large and they have a pool table and you can also play darts And they regularly have live music. You can't eat there.

28/03/2024: I have eaten here many times and am happy with the place. Today, however, the kitchen was not sharp. We got menu. The hors d'oeuvres were ok, but greasy and with cheese. The first starter was a ceviche, in which the fish was fine, but which they had paired with an allegedly mint ice cream, which mostly tasted of sugar with apple. In addition, some exotic fruits, which did not play at all with the delicate fish taste. Next, a risotto with tomato, which was decidedly sugary. Then came a fish soup which was incredibly creamy. For the main course lamb, which was ok without being flashy, but again with a sweet and fatty sauce. I had had enough, but some in the company got "Easter eggs", which were ice cream in a chocolate shell. My evening ended in the toilet with a stomach ache. Quite disappointing, also considering that the price was much higher than good Copenhagen restaurants. Maybe a new chef has arrived, but it will probably be a while before I come again.
