29/07/2025: A quaint little pub with charm and a welcoming atmosphere. We felt at home right away and were warmly welcomed. We'd be happy to come back.

04/03/2025: If you are in Marstal, then Minde is worth a visit. One of the small pubs where smoking is allowed. There are tables and chairs in the courtyard to enjoy a meal of their food. Get well

12/08/2025: The old owner unfortunately left Aero and with him his home made patties of South American beef and the quite good Brioche Buns. Now the burger is just ordinary fast food - nothing special any more. The service crew at least is very nice.

09/08/2025: The place has changed quite a bit since my last visit – it’s no longer Burger House, but now more of a snack bar serving fries, fish and chips, hot dogs, and ice cream. The fish and chips tasted good, but the portion size was surprising: the only piece of fish on my fries was about the size of a chicken McNugget, which felt a bit small for the price. Also worth noting: although the opening hours say they’re open until 9 pm, the kitchen actually closes at 8 pm. The atmosphere wasn’t quite as friendly as before – no smiles, no fun vibe like the Burger Guys used to have, and some rather curt responses from the staff.

17/08/2025: Fantastic address by the water and in walking distance of Marstal otherwise. Fairly expensive, but high season. Quiet.

20/08/2025: Maden er god kvalitet men 1 times ventetid på en burgermenu og en halv kylling med pomfritter på en ikke særlig travl dag det er helt uacceptabelt og at de så nåede at ekspedere andre der kom efter os ikke i orden desuden gik wcet i stykker to gange mens vi var der så derfor kun 2 stjerner

08/08/2025: Mig og gutterne fik en fremragende burger, perfekt lavet, gode pommes, der var dog en lille pisse medarbejder ved navn Mads der gik og gjorde vores aften til det rene vanvid, tag en snak eller fyr dog barnet - Mvh Gino og vennerne

30/07/2025: Vi havde bestilt to pizzaer og en döner, og de var virkeligt velsmagene, lækre og sprøde skorper, rigeligt med fyld. Döneren ligeså. Flinkt og rart personale. Vi fik en god oplevelse. 👍

21/06/2025: We stayed just one night in a four-person room – and can definitely recommend the hotel! We felt welcome right from the moment we checked in; the room was spacious and comfortable – you immediately felt at home. Location & Surroundings: Perfect location right by the sea, ideal for a refreshing morning stroll. Shopping options nearby – very convenient. The island itself is quiet, beautiful, and inviting to unwind. Service & Hostess: The owner is extremely friendly and attentive. She provided us with free bicycles – a fantastic service! Even at breakfast, she lovingly picked flowers from the garden and decorated the table with them – a particularly nice gesture. Breakfast & Amenities: The breakfast was varied and plentiful – with a wide selection. We also had access to a private, fully equipped kitchen – super convenient if you want to self-cater. Conclusion: Family atmosphere, excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic location – we were absolutely satisfied. This hotel is ideal for couples or groups looking for a short getaway. We would be happy to return and recommend it without reservation!

27/07/2025: Terrible communication and terrible customer service at this place! And I would like to emphasize that I am not usually a complainer, but on the contrary, quite spacious and decent. We had booked a double room with a bath for 370 kr. extra, compared to their rooms without a bath. When I went to take a shower in the morning, there was only cold water. This can happen to even the best hotel, but the way it was handled was wildly amateurish and downright unpleasant. When I mention it, completely calmly, at check-out and ask for a reasonable reduction in the price, the employees get angry and dismiss me by saying that they can't do that. When I insist, I am bluntly told that I can get a 95 kr. discount or pay full price. I ask if they are not available to talk to, as I think a discount of, for example, 150-200 would be more reasonable, in relation to the price of a room without a bath and then meet somewhere in between, but then I just get told that now they don't want to talk to me anymore and threaten me that if there is more, they will find my address and sort it out that way. This is not about the money at all, but about the principle - I didn't get a single "we're sorry" or any understanding for anything. It is clear that they think it is my problem and I just have to live with that. They argued aggressively that I could just take a cold shower, that would be healthy, or wait for them to get it done and then take a shower - we were about to check out, so that was of course not an option. I will never come back here! And would recommend everyone to find one of the other accommodations in town, who can probably figure out how to speak nicely to other people and just a minimum of customer service. But I could recommend them a basic course in customer service and general human courtesy and good communication. Thanks for ruining my vacation day and my mood.

29/07/2025: Ordered medium rare ribeye steak. It was probably more medium rare, but tasted fine. There was whiskey sauce, but it tasted a little bitter to me, so I washed it down with some of the others' remoulade. My boyfriend ordered a shooting star. It's a huge serving for a small slice of bread. It tasted fine, but at 349kr we felt like we had paid for it. We found a picture of the menu on Google reviews, but the prices on it weren't the current ones, so we were a little surprised by the prices when we got the menu. The service was great. We had my 2 daughters with us and we were offered a fish and chips dish that wasn't on the menu. When we were finished and the youngest couldn't finish it, we were allowed to take her portion in a doggy bag.
