29/09/2025: The food is below average, but as the only sushi place in the area (and far from major cities) it's ok. Have bought food there twice and probably won't do it again. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

01/08/2025: Small and expensive. Okay if you are desperate for something to do but the legeland is basic and not much bigger than a McDonald's play area. Staff were not helpful or welcoming!

26/09/2025: As immigrants from Greater Copenhagen, West Funen has offered many positive surprises: Ebberup Gymnastics Association, the Baker in Haarby, Kutteren Simone with her fresh catch on an early Saturday morning, the special Funen idea of ​​friendliness as cultural capital and we could go on. All small joys that make West Funen a top-shelf place to live. What we didn't expect was to find Thai food of such high quality in Assens, whose charm is an authentic and confident departure from the feverish pursuit of culinary nuances in larger cities. ⭐️ The service and decor are warm and personal ⭐️⭐️ We have honestly not tasted better food on our trips to Thailand. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our daughter loves talking to the chef and is always greeted with the greatest enthusiasm. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The prices are extremely reasonable and the portions generous. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a gem!!

11/10/2025: A small place, with outdoor tables for the warm days. Inside, a small round table to the right, and a few standing places to the left. So it fills up quickly. A toasted hotdog, a regular hotdog and a medister with bread, we three people got. Everything tasted as it should. The bread I got for my medister was the smallest bread I've seen in a long time. But it tasted good. We were lucky with the small round table, and while we were eating more and more people came to the place. Well visited on a Saturday afternoon. So based on what we got, the market grill can definitely be recommended.

06/09/2025: Nice service from the young girls, but their kebab plate is nothing to rave about (the fries were good) but there were 8-10 pieces of kebab on the plate and the rest was fries and salad, let's call it a fries salad. I don't recommend it to anyone, and plus they run around with a vacuum cleaner while you eat and it was an hour before closing time, and that vacuum cleaner didn't exactly smell like strawberries

20/07/2025: We arrived there by rail bike. Had we known there was such a great grill at the end point, we wouldn't have brought a picnic for the rail bike ride. There are burgers, hot dogs, ice cream, etc. There are decent restrooms available.

18/10/2025: Very worn out place, there is a nasty smell inside the inn when you walk through the hallways and on the taps. The sink in the room sprayed out everywhere because it was missing a filter. There was water all over the floor after a shower. And the toilet wouldn't flush properly. Unfortunately, the breakfast was nothing to shout about. Now we've been there, but we won't be back.

16/10/2025: Just stayed there for 2 nights. As I was alone in a double room, I solved the lack of furniture to put my suitcase on by using the available bed. The 2 armchairs need a vacuum cleaner, they are well filled with crumbs and scratchers in the crack between the seat and backrest. Bed and bathroom quite OK. On the first trip from reception to room 211, I felt like an involuntary participant in a hidden camera in a labyrinth. Then I found out that I could just drive the car down to a "night door" Had a nice trip to Egeskov, even though it was raining lightly. I could do without having to listen to Radio Soft for my breakfast, which a couple of the same age at the next table were also talking about. Silence and/or the general chatter from other guests is not dangerous 😊

11/10/2025: No coffee to buy and they forgot parts of our order which we then had to fight to get even though we had paid for it.

16/05/2025: Boring and tasteless food. We ordered a spaghetti cabonara, which said it was with cream and bacon, but got a pasta dish with tomato and ham, which tasted of MINT?!!! Really clammy and completely inedible! Can't recommend the place to others!

31/07/2025: Vi fik præcis hvad vi forventede af en havnegrill i forhold til maden. Derudover fik vi den smukke udsigt og en helt igennem imødekommende service af den yngre mand som betjente os.

08/06/2025: Det mest ringe sted , bestilte en ribbenssandvits ALDRIG set så ringe en sandwich lille tør burgerbolle 2 små stykker gummi af stegeflæsk ja i læste rigtigt stegeflæsk der havde badet en tur i frityreolien 2måske 3 stykker agurkesalat og hvad der svarer til en teske rødkål, gik ind og brokkede mig hvorpå de ville lave en ny da den kom var det gummiflæsket der nu var blevet godt forkullede og så havde de brugt den samme bolle , agurkesalat og rødkål til nr 2 anretning, det eneste der ikke fejlede noget var prisen mener det var 85 kr. Den ville jeg heller ikke sætte tænderne i så gik ind for at få mine penge retur. Fy for satan at de vil være det bekendt
