17/07/2025: We recently went to Vivaldi in Fredericia, the food was good, except that the steaks there are often quite dry. But the service was not there at all, it was poor service, and we had a really grumpy waiter.

23/07/2025: An interesting concept that's unfortunately not as common in Germany. Lots of small stands with food and draft beer. The pizza stand is highly recommended. You can also play games that are available there.
13/07/2025: Great food, plenty of choice between several streetfood stands like Greek, Thai, Italian, .. We went for Thai, Pokebowl and a pizza.. with fresh homemade lemonade and a Carlsberg draft beer.
Very nice setting & vibe 👌🤘

19/08/2025: The person who served us was super friendly! Burgers tasted great and extra wishes were no problem at all. Chai Latte was great too.
Good place to have some dinner!
10/08/2025: Apparently they have started using sticky meat like mc d, after the price of beef has increased. 150 kr for a menu, and then you get a burger that tastes terrible and of nothing. Last time I order there. 🤬🤬🤬

16/08/2025: Call the day before and order 17 pieces of morning rolls. Come up and pick up the packaged, pay for 17 pieces and come home to birthday guests and are missing 6 rolls.
The fact that we can come and pick up what we need does not solve the problem when we are sitting with guests and the fact that the rolls we had ordered were also sold out just made the experience even worse.
The rolls are also not much better than various bake offs from Føtex and the like.

15/07/2025: My family and I ate here and upon arrival we were warmly welcomed 😊 2 children (1 and 9 years old)
I ordered a Rib eye which looked good but it was very sinewy and needed a lot of chewing. I tell one of the waiters as I could also hear the table behind me commenting on this.
They were so nice to prepare a new one and this one was almost the same or even worse unfortunately, I informed the staff about this and they said they would tell the kitchen.
After that we get no information, or a “we are sorry it was not to your taste” or anything. And after that we felt ignored by the staff, which unfortunately leaves us with a bad impression 😔
03/06/2025: I ordered a steak of Danish organic sirloin and got a carpaccio as a starter. Just because of the sirloin, I would definitely visit the restaurant again. The service was also VERY good. If you are coming from out of town, or staying overnight, you should try Restaurant Ryes.

Good filling on the pizzas so you don't get cheated.
Definitely a place we will visit again.
(Not happy that you have to pay 4 kr to be allowed to order food, and delivery is too expensive) I personally would also like to see a little more cheese on the pizzas.
