23/10/2024: The owner was very friendly and the rest of the staff were really nice too. The food tasted really good and didn't take long to arrive. German and English are also spoken. Overall a great impression. It was also very clean and well maintained. :)

21/09/2024: We got brunch and lunch plates. Associated coffee specialties and drinks. The food was so delicious and complete, and so was the coffee. The menu card is exciting and inviting and makes you want to try it all! Really cozy place, with a good atmosphere! And friendly, accommodating service. We were very pleasantly surprised and will definitely come again!
21/09/2024: You have to look for a long time in Denmark for a good restaurant that can deliver an exceptionally good dining experience. But it can happen that you stumble across a beautiful pearl every now and then. And that's the kind of experience our first visit to restaurant Carlos in Fredericia turned out to be. Exquisite good quality with perfect composition to create a unique good taste experience with each and every dish. Really accomplished. And nice, quiet surroundings in true rustic style. We are very much looking forward to trying their evening Tapas and probably already have high expectations. See you again from us.

04/10/2024: Ghe food was great, I have had a pita and enjoyed it. Just one thing, the guy didn t wear gloves and touched the ingredients and pita with the bear hands. Not ok, use some gloves please.
19/09/2024: Best grill in 7000 Fredericia. Got a steak sandwich with brown sauce and fries. The sauce is completely on par with the one my mother makes and tastes absolutely fantastic! The steak is homemade and the fries are golden and crispy! 10 minutes from ordering to getting my food in my hand... not even Mac D can keep up with that pace. And not at all not on quality.
The prices are completely fair. In fact, I would say that the quality is so good that you could raise the prices without it being strange, because you get real quality for not very much money...

21/11/2024: I was in there with my family a few months ago but kept thinking I'd write a review, so I'm doing it now.
We sat inside and it was simply SO dirty. There were food scraps in the cracks on the table, on the bench we were sitting on and on the floor there were both cherry tomatoes and French fries.
When we ordered, the staff also came with paper and pencils my son could draw with, but in the box the colors were in, there was also up to several whole french fries. We brought it to the attention of the staff but nothing was done about it while we were there.
We will not come again.

20/11/2024: Love this place, actually my favorite place when we go out to eat😋 and then it's just really nice that we can have a raffle or board game after the meal. In the summer, it's incredibly cozy in the yard with live music 🥳
