20/07/2025: Really good and welcoming service - but I came early in the evening, so there wasn't really anyone there.

30/07/2025: Nice place to have brunch, highly recommended. Went with my son, and ordered a Papa's brunch and a kids brunch. Tasted good and was well presented. It's a cozy place, and it's almost always possible to get a seat there. Prices are reasonable and affordable. The toilets were clean and in good condition.

31/03/2025: We always used to love ordering from here but this behavior was rude and childish. We ordered food on Saturday, 3 durums which arrived cold and without extra paid feta. I made a just-eat review which gave 3/5 for quality due to cold food and lack of extra paid feta. And 5/5 for delivery because they were there 10 minutes before expected time. On Sunday I got my money back, without explanation. But today (Monday) when the boyfriend would rather have pizza, we wanted to order but were called and explained that they didn't want to deliver to us anymore due to our overall 4/5 review.. We asked why it was so bad even though we have always otherwise praised them to the skies, and they say that "we only keep satisfied customers, so we don't bother delivering to you anymore" We are questioning this strange censorship of reviews which is their own fault due to their haste to deliver cold and defective food ahead of time. But we are put off and left completely confused as we have never experienced such treatment before from a place we always ordered food from. I don't want to stand by the censorship they admonish on Just Eat when they deny that errors occur with them and we as customers are denied due to a 4/5 review.

16/08/2025: We were 3 people who wanted to eat at their restaurant. We all ordered Wienerschnitzel. But what a big disappointment ... 3 times tasteless Wienerschitzler and tasteless potatoes. The best thing was the peas!!! We doubt that it is a trained chef who has been in the kitchen or has the chef had a bad day??? We told the young girl who served, she promised to inform the kitchen. In relation to the commitment Gram Slot makes to delivering good ingredients, we think it is a pity with such a food experience. We would not recommend the restaurant.

03/08/2025: En rigtig go oplevelse ,så søde unge mennesker ,der var en go hjælp. Jeg er en mormor ,havde lidt bøvl med betaling ,og fik ikke noget af bestillingen . De undskyldte ,straks blev det hentet ,og en undskyldning. Ingen sure miner ,til trods forbetalingen tog lidt tid . Tak til de unge mænd,der var så søde og høflige.

29/06/2025: Normally when I buy your food it is 5/5 but this time when I bought your sausages they were a little burnt and you could clearly taste it and it's a bit of a shame since we go all out to get such good sausages.

20/09/2025: Was supposed to celebrate a birthday yesterday at Hama. Ordered a table, but we still had to find a table ourselves. It caused a lot of confusion about where and which chairs and tables we could sit at. We spent 15 minutes wandering around looking for a table. No flags were placed on the table even though it was ordered. Be aware that one of the categories says "4 pieces", but they serve 8 pieces. This gave rise to a discussion about how much they were trying to cheat me. The waiter didn't believe me at all, and I refused to pay the 40kr for leftovers, so I had to explain to the employee what was written on the tablet, and that she had to ask the kitchen if they were making 4 or 8 pieces. I was right, and I knew it was an attempt to cheat me. The kitchen serves 8 pieces at a time, even though it says 4 pieces. So if you're going to eat at Hama, check how many pieces you order and how many arrive and which ones. They try to cheat their customers by giving more pieces than ordered.

22/08/2025: It was quite a disappointing experience. In the fried noodles with shrimp and clams, the shrimp and clams were almost still raw and did not taste good. Raw items did not look fresh either. Hot dishes have become less varied and did not look appealing. I will consider whether next time it is worth spending a lot of money over there.

03/08/2025: Terrible place to be, and the staff is extremely abusive and gropes all your friends, and a far too narrow place where there is no room for more than 20 people, and a toilet that looks like something worse than hay. Excuse the boring tone, but this place cannot defend itself…

12/08/2025: I had a chicken sandwich with fries and a nice draft beer. The food was actually very good, as was the beer. The only thing missing for the final stars was a bit of fresh and welcoming service at the outdoor seating area.

22/09/2025: We were over to eat and there was a larger group ordering ice cream next to us. When the man who was supposed to make the ice cream, i.e. pick it up with an ice cream scoop and put the balls into the cups, couldn't get the ice cream out of the scoop, we counted that he pushed it out 7 times with a finger and licked his finger afterwards, after which he continued. Once he also wiped his finger on his pants and continued. When it was commented on to him in a nice way, the person was thrown out. Everything about this experience is disgusting and wrong.
