06/10/2024: If you order from them and they make something wrong that you didn't order, you can either choose to drive down yourself and pick up the correct dish you ordered or to get a voucher and eat something you can't eat. They do not give an excuse but rather accuse someone of lying. You should at least get something for them making a mistake and not believing you and not being able to figure something out. Totally without any kind of customer service.

04/02/2025: It's probably the worst McDonald's I've set foot in, it was like the whole experience was generally just super bad, the food was cold, the service was totally poor. It also took some time before we even got our food, and when we then complained that the food was cold, well then it took even longer, 🤥

21/02/2025: We picked up some barbecue food today, which we haven't had for a long time, as everything is getting more expensive. We were happy because we have always had really good food from Grill Eksperten Unfortunately, I have to conclude that the food we got was so poor that our dog didn't even want to eat it. Cheesburger where there was no cheese, the steak was overcooked and very dry. Dressing had to be looked for a long time. Fries that could easily have lasted 5 minutes longer. It was our last visit to Grill Eksperten

04/02/2025: Mediocre barbecue food at high prices Very young staff who, when ordering by phone for later collection, have forgotten something in the order, much to the annoyance of extra waiting time. Large cold room, but almost always possible to get a seat... clean and good at clearing tables.

03/03/2025: Super pasta!! Very friendly staff!! Obviously the atmosphere is not that of a luxury restaurant. Highly recommended!

24/12/2024: Open at 08:00 - 22:00 it said on the door, on the internet the opening hours are indicated as 09:00. I got there on a Friday at 09:23, the door was closed/locked, a guy walked in who saw me standing out there in the rain, we had eye contact several times, but he ignored me. I knocked on the door but there was no reaction, no hint of wanting to come over and communicate for example. explain that he was up late, that the opening hours had changed or when he expected to open. For good reasons, I cannot comment on the food and the "atmosphere" because I did not experience it! But the level of service gets zero stars because it was non-existent! UPDATE: While I was writing this review I saw a guy walk in the door so lured by the sign with the rolls and the "real coffee" they advertise with, I decided to try again ... THEN THEY DID NOT HAVE ROUNDS! :-ISLAND What a piece of shit!
