14/02/2025: Have picked up from here several times, and have been perfectly satisfied until today. VERY bad service. First and foremost waiting for our food for over 30 minutes, the first time they do it wrong. While the new pizza is being made, our remaining food just sits on the counter and gets cold. When they then bring the "real" pizza, they have made it like a family pizza, even though I have been standing and reading my order from my phone. When we point this out, we get the words "Yes, what should I do about it now" and "You didn't say that. What am I going to do about it" in a very flabby tone while arms were thrown. All our food was cold when we got home with it, and the food tasted absolutely nothing. This kind of bad customer service means that you won't come back. If I could give 0 stars I would

25/01/2025: Picked up this evening a chicken burger no. 87 was not satisfied too little salad too much dressing, as well as a Hawaii pizza without taste and cold it was on a table without being properly closed it took 3 minutes to get home and then it was cold.

26/02/2025: It is rare that you can say that the best part of a restaurant experience was the atmosphere you yourself created as a guest. But that's how it was at Chicken & Burger in Haderslev. Let's start with the positive: French fries. They were crispy, hot and well-salted - exactly as they should be. Unfortunately, the roses pretty much stop there. Mexican burger? It depends on the mood! My curiosity was immediately piqued when I asked what makes a burger Mexican here. The answer? "It depends on my mood." A slightly disturbing approach to the menu's concept, which does not exactly inspire food courage. Not to risk a mood-based explosion of random ingredients, I opted for a safe solution: a cheeseburger. It turned out to be a poor decision - in the most literal sense. A cheap burger bun, a frosted steak with no character, and all served without any kind of love or finesse. When the cheeseburger makes you wonder if you should have gone to the tank instead, you know it's not good. Conclusion If you absolutely MUST stop by Chicken & Burger, order fries - and maybe a soft drink. But if you are looking for a good burger experience in Haderslev, there are far better alternatives. ⭐ 1.5 out of 5 stars - and the half star goes to fries

13/11/2024: The food tasted ok. But it is disgusting that the tables are allowed to be left with grease and crumbs. It was 5 p.m., few customers and there were 3 employees. But none of the employees wipes tables.

05/11/2024: I can't understand the good reviews. We had a holiday home on Hejsager Strand at the beginning of October. In the holiday home there was a menu from the Hejsager Strandgrill: 17 dishes and drinks, including beer (Øl). We walked to the grill on the beach for half an hour, then it started to rain. When we arrived at the Hejsager Strandgrill, it didn't look that great from the outside, but since it was raining, we went in anyway. First disappointment: of the 17 dishes on the menu, only a few were actually offered. We first wanted to drink a beer/oil, the owner replied energetically: “NO ALCOHOL”!? OK, if the owner, who is probably no longer the original Danish owner, does not want to sell beer for religious or personal reasons, this is acceptable. Not OK is when customers are lured with false information. The menu with 17 dishes and oil was still available in the snack bar. As I said, since it was still raining, we ordered coke and two grilled dishes. My fish and chips were French fries with hard-fried pieces of fried fish. My wife's half chicken was fried to a leathery consistency. The bad picture was completed by the discovery that when we arrived there were 6 fried sausages on the grill, when we left they were still there, obviously for sale. By the way, we weren't the only ones who were upset; a couple at the next table found the whole thing just as outrageous.

02/10/2024: Offer limited due to low season, but we got exactly what we wanted. :) Very friendly service! We'll be back!

20/05/2024: It is actually very cozy, but the quality of the food has declined over the years. There is no longer a correlation between price and quality

08/03/2025: Just a thoroughly boring experience, the food was completely without spark and in no way worth the money. Sad!

07/03/2025: We finished our drinks before the food came, and I had to ask for our food before they got it. The burger and fries came out cold, so it was probably ready for a while before it came out, and there were missing items from my moms and sisters salads they forgot to add, but we didn't really want to keep bothering the waiters. High prices, low quality food (unsalted beef and the burger is not a burger but a sandwhich), so it was sadly not a good experience. The salmon was good though, but we spend to much, to be disappointed. Waiting time: +50min after the drink came, it was not busy
