20/08/2025: I was down there today and saw my friend being assaulted by bartender tommy who is the owner's son out on the street where tommy is providing security. Tommy has previously attacked an employee where she went back and also got fired after that because tommy is the owner's son so he gets to do it all without consequence

20/08/2025: Be careful visiting the helpline in Haderslev, their bartender Tommy beats up customers and provides security in front of their bodega.

10/07/2025: buy a large French fries for 46 kr and you don't get remoulade. You also have to pay 6 kr for that, that's not okay in my opinion

06/07/2025: I have been down to eat, firstly the chicken was very dry and the fries were very hard to eat, kebab mix with an extremely small portion of kebab on it, and when you buy a menu you expect that there is dipping sauce included but it cost us about 600 kr for something that was not eaten. I must honestly admit that the quality has gone down so much that I would not recommend.

02/08/2025: A disappointing experience on Årø We were three people who had been looking forward to a nice trip with the tractor trailer on Årø – unfortunately it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The trailer was leaky and uncomfortable to drive in, and the guide did not provide much information – in fact it seemed as if he could not hear us at all. The emergency stop button did not work, which felt unsafe and irresponsible. We also had an unfortunate experience with the owner, who appeared downright rude when we tried to draw attention to our experience. All in all, an experience we would not recommend further. There are many other nice places and experiences on Årø – choose them instead.

16/07/2025: It's just nice to have your dinner, ice cream or whatever you want with a view of the water and the ships passing by. 😎

23/05/2025: Bought a durum chicken with their “snack basket” which looks very inviting but…. First bite of the durum I could taste it was a tortilla bought from the net, and the whole thing was just loosely put together, so it all fell apart, the chicken and the contents were “okay” But then when I opened the snack basket you were just welcomed to a round of soggy onion rings, squid rings, and then what was supposed to be curly fries, but ended up being the worst potato slices this earth has ever seen, absurdly dry taste, almost wet. And it didn’t help that the packaging on it was all completely wet inside. Would not recommend this place.

06/02/2025: Slightly burnt shawarma, way too many fries – and a shawarma sandwich shouldn’t have fries at all! The worst shawarma I’ve ever had. He even forgot to add mayonnaise, which is an essential part of a shawarma sandwich. I made him aware that I wasn’t satisfied, but he didn’t offer to take it back or give me a replacement.

02/07/2025: Wanted to order pizza at 8:30 p.m. had called several times before they took it, and unfortunately they were closed, and had to have a good day, half an hour before closing time

16/08/2025: Expect at least a 45-minute wait. Staff are completely overwhelmed, even though the place is 25% full. Adjacent tables have been sitting with old dishes for 60 minutes. After we asked when our food would arrive, we were told that a burger would take longer (over 45 minutes), and we were given a burger that was overcooked. Please work on your service and staff.

17/07/2025: Too many staff, poor communication. When ordering takeaway, I got the wrong products (chicken burger instead of hamburger). The prices were too high for this service: 2 burgers and 2 fries for 370 DK. I've never paid that much.

09/05/2025: Very good and sweet service! Even if the arcade machine didn't work, they took the time to help/refund. If you have a birthday, it is safe to be wished a happy birthday at least 10 times during your visit. 10/10 star from here
