13/07/2024: I don't know what to say now.
The operator of this house takes us to check in at 9 p.m.
We even told them in advance that we were going to eat something because we didn't really have anything in our stomachs yet and that we would be there on time at 9 p.m.
That wasn't a problem for the gentleman, but he said he was 50 km away and would hurry up.
When we arrive in front of the house, he hisses at us in the house, totally rude...
We didn't know what was going on.
Yes, we should do it quickly because he has to leave again etc.
We are guests, we followed everything and even gave notice 1/1/2 hour before arrival and he makes his problems ours… professionalism looks different.
Unfortunately, his car was right in front of our window and he went into the car cursing.
Not to mention the hygiene in the rooms.
The mattress was totally dirty and had dead bugs.
One night and never again.

25/08/2024: After the swimming pool we were really hungry. In short, the portions are absolutely large. The staff was also very friendly and even brought food to our table. I also thought it was completely ok for the price. But you have to say that the quality of the food is rather modest. The kebab is fried and not fresh from the skewer, the fries were very very greasy.
But we were always full.
06/08/2024: A really good experience, whether it's the delicious smørebrød, grilled food or sandwiches. Service is always friendly and helpful, so I always feel welcome.
They are sensible portion sizes at a fair price, and you can taste that fresh ingredients are used for the food.
There is good parking at both the front and back of the building, as well as good toilet conditions. There is a cozy play corner for children.

08/06/2024: Small sandwiches with almost no filling.
6 prawns in eggs and the prawn sandwich.
All due respect to the new man at the counter, but he should be trained before he has to spread and wrap sandwiches.
The paper was smeared with scum on the outside.
First and last visit unfortunately

Normally I love Chicken & Burger, missed their burgers and milkshakes when I lived in Aalborg.
But the service I got last night was downright ridiculous.
Ordered 1 Chicken burger menu and 1 Double burger menu.
Got a bacon burger instead of a chicken burger and all the fries were fried to the point of inedibility.
The two young girls working there spent more time talking about boys they were texting with (on & off while they were making my order) than making the correct order and making sure not to burn the food.
From now on, I will only come in if I see Jens standing there, because then the quality is always 5/5 with the best service and mood you could ask for.
28/09/2024: Been coming there for many years good service and good food. Always choose a super burger or when I'm a little extra hungry it becomes a double burger

02/09/2024: Service in the drive-in is great, but the thing with 2 order hatches, people can't figure that out. 😂The new Parking delivery works best when the space is not occupied, e.g. by people who are not staying and waiting for food delivery...

22/08/2024: Ordered durum with kebab for delivery. The food arrived cold, measured 28 degrees in the center of a wrapped, unopened roll (measured with an oven thermometer). The kebab meat was chewy and without any trace of frying. The bread was not warmed and dry/boring.
When contacting the restaurant, I was accused of lying and referred to Wolt, who had delivered the item. Wolt delivered perfectly on time and packaged according to regulations.

30/07/2024: We ordered pizza today which unfortunately was completely raw. We contact the restaurant and say that the pizza is unfortunately raw inside and he then tells us that it is our own fault as we have put on too much filling. He is rude on the phone and refuses to help make any food we can actually eat, as he believes it is not his fault. I tell him several times that there is something wrong with both pizzas, but he denies it and says that it cannot fit. We paid almost DKK 300 for food at his place, which we had to throw away. I also tell him that we have ordered food from him several times, where there have never been any problems, but today, unfortunately, there is something so I have to contact them. I am almost laughed at and told that it is still not his problem and that he does not want to make any new pizzas for us. Practice a bad experience.
We will NEVER order there again.
25/05/2024: The pizza was very small and oily. There was no edge (very strange).
We were waiting for our pizza but it took a long time for someone to come even though the pizzas were ready.

05/10/2024: Was there today at 14:50 to buy a cup of coffee and 2 hot cocoas. This was not possible as they were already closing down probably 10 minutes before closing time.
