09/05/2025: Very good and sweet service! Even if the arcade machine didn't work, they took the time to help/refund. If you have a birthday, it is safe to be wished a happy birthday at least 10 times during your visit. 10/10 star from here

08/02/2025: You should have zero stars for the miserable time the drivers had today, the buffet was very empty and was poorly filled, soft ice machine that needs to be fulfilled and then does not work. Coffee and dishes run dry several times in general, a shameful performance. Tables floating in used crockery, even tables that have been empty for over an hour because the staff are busy standing and talking

18/05/2025: The food is really delicious, but I always get cheated out of money every single time I buy there. Either you don't get what you order, but suddenly you've paid 20 kr more than you should - or else they write a good offer, but when you order they won't enforce the offer. I've never paid the same amount, even though I almost always order the same thing. Today we called and asked about the good offer on a 3-person pizza for 100 kr and we asked if it could be delivered. It could be delivered without any problems, but when it was delivered it suddenly cost 189. Then you can ask if delivery costs 89 kr, but on their site it says that delivery 0-4 km away is free??? When we called and asked why the price was like that, he replied that the offer on a 3-person pizza for 100 kr was only valid for pick-up - so not something he told us the first time we called. Furthermore, we were told we had paid full price which was 159kr - but what did the last 30kr go for?? The delivery which should be free?? When you try to explain the situation to the man he gets angry, aggressive and seems threatening. Again, the food is really delicious - but always check the receipt!!

23/05/2025: Bought a durum chicken with their “snack basket” which looks very inviting but…. First bite of the durum I could taste it was a tortilla bought from the net, and the whole thing was just loosely put together, so it all fell apart, the chicken and the contents were “okay” But then when I opened the snack basket you were just welcomed to a round of soggy onion rings, squid rings, and then what was supposed to be curly fries, but ended up being the worst potato slices this earth has ever seen, absurdly dry taste, almost wet. And it didn’t help that the packaging on it was all completely wet inside. Would not recommend this place.

06/02/2025: Slightly burnt shawarma, far too many fries – and a shawarma sandwich should not contain fries at all! The worst shawarma I have ever eaten. He even forgot to add mayonnaise, which is an essential part of a shawarma sandwich. I pointed out to him that I was not satisfied, but he neither offered to take it back nor give a replacement.

27/03/2025: Used to love this place but haven't been able to order for a long time. Now that I could finally order again, I got an almost raw pizza with a very strange taste. Unfortunately the last time I order from Chaplin

13/03/2025: I have called many times in vain. It comes with an error message sound and when it has sounded there is a lady who says: there is currently no connection to the phone, try again later... It only helps when I go to the store and order. Last time my son-in-law was away, he told me about the problem with the phone, but they didn't know anything about it. Now I am seriously considering finding another place to shop. I'm just really happy with both the food, service and atmosphere. But not at the moment Etc Anne-Marie
