14/01/2025: I was visiting with my girlfriend in September 2024. The pictures on the website gave the impression that it was a castle room, and not a run-down motel from the 1970s, with peeling windows, musty basement smell. a drain in the sink which could not drain the water. The day before we had spent the night at ComWell in Odense for DKK 799. to a completely different standard, but at Gram "Slot" DKK 1,200 is required... because what if I may ask? When I complained about the room and the experience, the receptionist started with claims that the pictures and the explanation on the website are not your responsibility. Whose responsibility is it then? In the morning the cleaning lady burst into the room even though I had shouted no no when she knocked at the same time as she put the key in the door. In the evening we ordered 2 shooting stars at their otherwise fine restaurant. I have attached a picture of what we were served before we touched it!! I honestly don't know what it looks like. I wonder if they would sink their teeth into it themselves and pay DKK 225 for it? Honestly, I want to ask what they have in mind It went back into the kitchen immediately, and we therefore didn't get any dinner that evening, which we had otherwise been looking forward to. It was a sad sad experience and we will not be coming back. I refused to pay for the experience and that was it. Get control of the standard and the pricing.

10/10/2024: Den bedste kaffe i byen. Jeg havde er par timer i Haderslev som jeg skulle bruge en kold oktober dag. Her var god stemning, god kaffe og hyggeligt.

29/08/2024: Min mand og jeg bookede en lejlighed hos Årøs Perle. Herlig lejlighed med en skøn altan! Aftensmad og morgenmad hos Årøs Perle var simpelthen en rendyrket nydelse. Den utrolig flinke og dygtige kok lavede en virkelig lækker smørstegt rødspætte med kartofler og persillesovs. Den overdådige morgenmad lavede ejeren Olaf, som var den flinkeste og mest fantastiske mand, der fortalte os meget om Årø. Han var virkelig behjælpelig og gjorde vores ophold så skønt. Tusind tak for det Olaf!! Hvis vi kunne, ville vi give 10 stjerner.

19/08/2024: The food was okay, if only it had been hot.. 🥺👎 The clerk seemed snobbish and was not at all service minded 👎 When you don't advertise which drinks you can offer, then you must expect to be asked about it. I asked and got a sour and snobbish answer back: "Yes, we have what you can see there on the shelf". Never been here before, so how would you know that there was a shelf there 🤷 She seemed a lot like she didn't really want to be there or at least didn't want to serve the customers 👎 The bouncy pad is not inflated properly so that the children can use it, and it was also leaking where you can see the air just seeping out again

18/01/2025: Really nice food and coffee And Jesper and the staff do it super well

17/01/2025: Was served bread where the edge was coal black, and got a reply from the waiter that they knew that well and other guests had mentioned it. I then wonder why it was served.

18/02/2025: Lovely food and the hostess is simply so sweet and friendly.

29/10/2024: A cozy pub in the center of Haderslev, a bit hidden in a courtyard next to the market. There is only service at the bar. There is a separate room where you can play darts. There are also seats outside. On our first visit there was no hot water, so only cold drinks were available. Then this was resolved. The dogs were allowed in.

15/01/2025: I had ordered pizza with my sister on New Year's Eve via Just Eat, which should have delivered to my sister's address and on their website it said that they were open from 16.30 to 21.30 but when me and my sister went down to the pizzaria it was closed! So this is the last time I order anything from U,S Pizza Haderslev!

01/01/2025: 10/10 from start to finish Called down to order which was very easy and straightforward, arrives at the agreed time and the food is ready, is received by smiling and friendly staff and everything goes without any problems. Come home and the food is hot, well prepared and tastes good. I think we have finally found our pizza place in Haderslev!

15/11/2024: It is impossible to pay for a meal with a card?? In a European country, in 2024?? Never again..
