21/07/2025: The hotel has ample free parking, for which you must register your license plate in the lobby. The rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, but the windows can be opened and there is a table fan. This is also necessary in warm weather. The bathroom is compact, but everything is provided. The swimming pool with sauna is a very nice bonus. The surprise of the stay was the well-prepared breakfast. Absolutely everything is there, tasty and fresh. I would return just for the breakfast.

29/05/2025: Wanted to visit for a quick late lunch after a drive from Copenhagen. Since it was a holiday, I checked the day prior what time they close on their Instagram, where it said the place would be open until 16:00. Unfortunately, even though the place was supposed to close at 16:00 they declined to make us food at 15:05. Matcha was mid, a little muddy and on the yellow side but nothing too bad :)

25/05/2025: All in all, a nice café with many breakfast options. What bothered was unnecessary sauces / toppings on the avocado bread, which adds lots of "empty" calories, portion size also a bit small. Cappuccino and flat white were good.

16/06/2025: To say that we had a great meal here is an understatement. Everything was SO GOOD. We had the beety salad & the falafel pita: I will dream about both of them for quite some time. Friendly service too!

15/05/2025: Really nice and good service, however the baker is changing his recipe for Othello and I am very unhappy with that, but they make the best potato cakes on earth uhmmm🙃

05/07/2025: Nice enough food, but if you're of Latin American descent, it's not that great at all. It's what you call 'un tente en pie' – something that just keeps you going. If you're white-skinned, it's probably a nice experience. But at 1,120 kr. the small piece of meat was really hard to justify. That said, we're in Denmark, and here such a portion is apparently considered acceptable – but seen from Latin American eyes, it's pretty thin.

26/06/2025: Was here for my birthday and had such high expectations that I almost expected to be disappointed. From the first step down the stairs, all my hopes for a good steak restaurant were fulfilled we were three people and shared a Roast Villaguay we could each choose our own fries, sauces, sides and dip The wine was an El Dragon from 2015. It was one of the best meals I have ever had. The intimate little restaurant has such good food fantastic service and is so well decorated that you completely forget about the other guests and you don't want to leave. That too with a lovely dessert and a small glass extra. I will definitely be back

He has an incredible passion for beer and knows everything there is to know about it. You can tell immediately that he puts his heart into the place. He’s always ready to recommend something that suits your taste, and he does it with a smile every single time. The atmosphere at Knuds Garage is warm, relaxed, and full of personality. It feels like a home away from home—somewhere you can unwind, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a really good beer in peace. The interior has a charming, almost nostalgic feel to it, and there’s just something comforting about being there. The beer selection is excellent. 29/06/2025: Beautiful pastries, good and large cream cakes where the best ingredients are undoubtedly used. Bought beehives - and had a hard time eating them 😊

22/05/2025: Bought honey bread with 5 almonds for 80,-kr. Best before 29 Jun 25 says the label. Imagine the disappointment after buttering it with coffee- dry & not very exciting. Too bad- we were looking forward to it. The expedition was very friendly but don't know if this is normal? Baked 15/5-25 bought 21/5-25. Why is this product already dry? When I looked at the contents I was disappointed again. This is not an old recipe- these ingredients did not exist in the old days. So too bad🤔

24/03/2025: Was here with my sister for the great experience with 7 servings and wine menu. Food and wine were exquisite and really delicious. Service was really good and the chef made an effort to adapt the menu to the considerations I take due to diabetes. A bit of a bummer, however, was when we finally saw the bill that we had paid 70 kr for a jug of plain water and that there was a surcharge in the price because we got cheese instead of a sweet dessert. It would have been nice service to point out these things before we ordered. However, I would very much like to come back because of the culinary experience. But then we will probably just do without water on the table 😉
