What makes it really special—besides the great beer—is Ulf, the owner. Ulf is without a doubt the sweetest and most genuine guy you'll meet. He has an incredible passion for beer and knows everything there is to know about it. You can tell immediately that he puts his heart into the place. He’s always ready to recommend something that suits your taste, and he does it with a smile every single time. The atmosphere at Knuds Garage is warm, relaxed, and full of personality. It feels like a home away from home—somewhere you can unwind, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a really good beer in peace. The interior has a charming, almost nostalgic feel to it, and there’s just something comforting about being there. The beer selection is excellent. There’s always a solid variety of both local and international options, carefully chosen and well-kept. You can tell that every beer on the menu has been selected with care and knowledge. In short: Knuds Garage is not just a bar—it’s an experience. And Ulf? He’s the kind of owner every bar dreams of having. 21/09/2025: Friendly service, huge portion of fries with fried fish. The fries were golden yellow and delicious. Beautiful view of the marina.

12/10/2025: The food was not a great experience. We got tenderloin, leg and burger. Price quality did not match. The amount of soup and fries was very different on our food.

16/08/2025: It is a big building on top of a green hill just outside town (we walked to restaurant square in about 20 min, a lovely walk). The interior design is unmistakably modern 🇩🇰, light warm, natural materials, earthy tones. The rooms are normal hotel rooms, but what earns this place 5 stars is the price performance, the amazing breakfast (seriously!), the incredible friendly staff, the dog accommodating and the nice pool.

26/08/2025: We had our wedding at Dorthe and Peter's at Cafe Løverodde and can only recommend the place warmly. The surroundings, the food, the service and the communication were perfect. Our guests have praised the whole event to the skies and we would do it again at any time. Ea and Seka

20/09/2025: The food tasted fine, as we only got it after waiting 50 minutes and people who came after us got theirs first. Likewise, the coffee was cold that was served after standing on the board and waiting for 10-15 minutes while we could sit and look at it. The quantity was small and generally far too expensive for what you got. But tasted good. Despite everything.

18/09/2025: A very centrally located and cutely decorated café with delicious food and fantastic coffee. The service was very friendly and attentive. A definite recommendation.

12/10/2025: Despite the visible smiley at the entrance door, the overall experience was top notch. The staff were friendly, fast and efficient, the three course menu was delicious, fresh and delicate, the only downside was that it was too filling. The price was quite fair for 2 people and we will definitely be back, another time.
