26/08/2025: Small restaurant with fresh bowls, salads and panini in the center of Kolding. The menu is only available in Danish. My meal tasted very good. The team was very polite and professional. I was able to pay by credit card. As is often the case in Denmark, the prices are quite high.

09/07/2025: A super delicious dinner. The family ordered a little bit of everything and everyone was satisfied. Both healthy and delicious, and the staff was very friendly - can only recommend!

16/08/2025: It is a big building on top of a green hill just outside town (we walked to restaurant square in about 20 min, a lovely walk). The interior design is unmistakably modern 🇩🇰, light warm, natural materials, earthy tones. The rooms are normal hotel rooms, but what earns this place 5 stars is the price performance, the amazing breakfast (seriously!), the incredible friendly staff, the dog accommodating and the nice pool.

What makes it really special—besides the great beer—is Ulf, the owner. Ulf is without a doubt the sweetest and most genuine guy you'll meet. He has an incredible passion for beer and knows everything there is to know about it. You can tell immediately that he puts his heart into the place. He’s always ready to recommend something that suits your taste, and he does it with a smile every single time. The atmosphere at Knuds Garage is warm, relaxed, and full of personality. It feels like a home away from home—somewhere you can unwind, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a really good beer in peace. The interior has a charming, almost nostalgic feel to it, and there’s just something comforting about being there. The beer selection is excellent. There’s always a solid variety of both local and international options, carefully chosen and well-kept. You can tell that every beer on the menu has been selected with care and knowledge. In short: Knuds Garage is not just a bar—it’s an experience. And Ulf? He’s the kind of owner every bar dreams of having. 21/08/2025: Just a normal gas station, with ev charging stations. It has a store and a car wash too.

16/08/2025: The gas station takes some getting used to. You first have to pay and then you can pump gas or you have to pay with your credit card at the pump.

10/09/2025: I was in Denmark for about 3 weeks, got coffee from here a couple times, by far my fav spot in the city. All the employees were really nice and attentive so props to the team🤩 Good coffee and reasonable prices, very cute place. Keep up the good work!!

30/08/2025: asked if I could sit outside, they told me it was fine, they did not come to pick up order nor mention to order inside. Waited 25mins to get the food from when I payed (could check when the transcation happened). When my €11.50 small ahh pancakes arrived the waiter even asked me if I could wait a lil more so he could take a photo of the food (😭) The eggs benedict my girlfriend ordered, specifically for the sauce hollandais, were literally soft boiled eggs with colored plain mayonnaise (photos below) Place looks like the usual wannabe millennial hipster place where you're gonna be skinned alive for some mid food, and wait almost half an hour to do so.

29/06/2025: Yesterday I visited this place and came again. Comfortable parking, small and cozy hall, there is a children's corner. The order was taken quickly, cooked also quite quickly. I chose a family pizza to go, sauces and French fries. The service is good, here in addition to Danish they serve in English, and I think in any other. Excellent place, pizza is better than what they make in Italy. My best recommendations.

25/06/2025: Classic fish and chips, the chips are crispy and spiced with paprika and salt. If you have trouble finding the entrance to this place, you probably have to circle the building around and you will find the door facing the water of the pier.
