23/10/2025: Kabyssen Ice Cream & Grill – Fast food and ice cream in Hejls. A fast-food restaurant serving ice cream at reasonable prices. The ice cream was good, service was fast, and the quality was average. There are also free restrooms.

31/05/2025: I can only comment on pizza. You have to pay over 100kr for all pizzas. The basis for the very expensive prices is that raw materials have increased. But their pizza is paper thin and the filling is something you have to look far for. Pizza does not even fill the tray and can be easily put in it without any edges bending. I would like to say that there was raw material on the pizzas we got for about 60kr. When you think that the vast majority of cities today have "all you can eat" places that cost 140-150kr. Then it is incredible that you can charge 120kr for a pizza with 1 x side dish. But for 30kr more you can eat sushi, 5-8 different Chinese dishes and many times everything else. Why do pizzas suddenly have to cost so much money. You can buy a burger with fries and soda for about 90kr.

30/09/2025: Wow, I’ve had a lot of fried chickens in my life but this place blew my mind off!! Hands down the best of the best tasting fried chickens ever. The guy who works at the cashier is also very friendly and helpful!

23/04/2025: THE best take-away place in the whole Kolding and surrounding area. It is a gem and I hope they will get very successful and keep in business for many many years to come. They have some of the best fried chicken I have had, delicious meat pies and for me the star of the house, their crunchy and crispy rice with fried chicken and peanuts. They also have a selection of African dishes like fried plantain, fufu, jollof rice, etc, that we tried and liked. Nothing but good words about this place and warmest recommendations.

02/04/2025: I've ordered twice and still haven't received my food because the person who delivers it doesn't understand a word of Danish or read the notes on your order. That's the last time I'll bother ordering and supporting this store.

02/10/2025: Probably the worst chili/garlic dressing in town. Funny enough, they also thought they should charge double the price for their slice when you're in town on a Saturday night.

10/10/2025: Just happened in the store. I ordered 3 chili cheese tops, and despite a very simple order, it took longer than expected for them to be ready. When a young guy finally comes to the front, he goes to talk on the phone - whether it was work or not, I don't know - but after he's finished on the phone, he - without changing his gloves - takes my three chili cheese tops in both hands to put them in a bag... And it's just too dirty. I explain the problem to him, and I ask for my money back. The young guy just says "ok". Maybe Sunset Boulevard should refresh the importance of good hygiene at this particular restaurant.

28/09/2025: I ordered a classic burger, but when we got out there were almost no jalapenos in it. And I can't stand spicy food, so there was only one way to go with that burger. But the fries were good. But I was disappointed. 🥺

22/10/2025: Got a starter before the drink and had to ask for it ourselves, forgot the flutes for the starter, it came when we had finished eating it despite asking for this several times. Sat and had to wait for the main course 1 hour because a large group came who should have their food first..were told The food tasted burnt. We definitely won't be coming back. Mega stressed staff.

18/07/2025: Jensens Bøfhus Kolding 0:04 Vi kørte til Jensens Bøfhus i Kolding Storcenter, af en eneste grund, det var fordi vores datter gerne ville have en belgisk vaffel med softice. Min kone og jeg bestilte en Mør og saftig mørbrad af gris, marineret med rosmarin og hvidløg, grillet med omhu og serveret med sprøde pommes frites, saftige grillgrøntsager og klassisk Steakhousesovs. Men som altid når vi har været på Jensens blive vi skuffede🤔🤔 da vores mad kom, blev den bare sat, ikke noget med at sige velbekomme 🤔 nå, men det kan selvfølgelig være at den unge pige ikke var instrueret i hvordan man arbejder i et servicefag🤔 jeg havde glædet mig til at smage de saftige grill grøntsager, men det var godt nok en tarvelig omgang, de var tørre, og ikke til at spise 🤔de sprøde pommes frites var lige så tarveligt dårlige, min kone fik en salatbar med og der var næsten ikke noget udvalg, ved ikke om det er fordi den følger gratis med 🤔 mørbrad og sovs var vel ok, men ikke mere end det🤔.Jeg gider normalt ikke at brokke mig, men nævnte det da jeg skulle betale, og det var de da selvfølgelig kede af og det skulle vi da have sagt, men jeg tænkte at jeg ikke orkede det, og hvorfor har dem som laver maden ikke en hvis stolthed for det de laver🤔for det er sku godt nok ringe.Vi kommer fra Sjælland og har spist på Jensens mange gange, og vil gerne støtte dem, men har de sidste gange sagt at det var sidste gang vi kom der🤔og jeg vil sige at efter oplevelsen i Kolding Storcenter, 🤔så var det sidste gang vi besøgte Jensens Bøfhus. Ved godt at de er i store økonomiske problemer, men økonomien bliver ikke bedre af dårlig service og dårlig kvalitet.🤔 Nu har jeg læst anmeldelserne fra det seneste år, og det er samme svar til alle, men der er jo intet sket, så det er heller ikke seriøst 🤔 Mad: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Stemning: 1/5

25/06/2025: Unfortunately, there wasn't much flavor in the pizzas The tomato sauce lacked spices, and the meat was bland in taste. However, the bases were delicious, and the service was super nice

02/03/2025: Not sure if I should even review the service or atmosphere as we ordered take away. Not the first time I have a sandwich from here but maybe it will be my last. Three of us ordered salmon sandwiches and there was almost no salmon inside. May the fact I don't even think it was salmon. It looked and tasted like makrel in tomato sauce all day. It's a pity. Do better.

26/01/2025: We had an INCREDIBLY bad experience. It was obvious that the person behind the counter was new, so we were patient in advance. BUT our patience ran out. The bagel took an unusually long time to heat up, and then it was cut completely crookedly so that it fell apart when it was to be eaten. The person did not guide us in any way, so we took the initiative to have the bagel spread. In addition, the person had forgotten our smoothie, and was incredibly stingy with the filling, for example we only got 1.5 pieces of cucumber. The person did not know if you could add cream cheese, so a colleague told us it was possible after the bagel was finished. So we at least expected the food to taste good, but the bread was STONE hard and could not be eaten. All in all, a really disappointing experience.

08/09/2025: Coincidentally, daylight saving time ended on the date I had chosen to order a pizza. He called, asked where I was, and we figured out the mistake. The pizza I picked up an hour later was the same one that had been sitting there for an hour 👎🏻. I shouldn't be punished for him not knowing the time. Will never come back and won't recommend.

13/08/2025: Ordered 2 salads. Boring grilled heart lettuce and canned beans. Lack of flavor and the flavors didn't go together. Couldn't eat the dish. Very expensive. We didn't want anything but tap water and had to pay 25 kr per person for this despite 170 kr for a salad for lunch. Was shown a table quite quickly but then a long wait for ordering and food. Can't recommend eating here but probably fine with a cup of coffee after visiting the museum.

04/11/2025: Need to close places like this. Very bad food, paid more for big porcion and get just kg fries and three kebab meet slices.. service annoying, other food also look not very good. So if you want to eat fast food kebabb or shawarma there is one kebab store in Kolding centre, this place is just for the money without love

17/10/2025: It's just a snack bar like you'd find in Denmark. The hot dog was OK, but the fries were great. I've rarely had such crispy fries 👍👍

25/05/2025: Vi har været her før, men kommer her ikke igen. Beskidt glas og skamstegte bøffer fra dagen før prydede henholdsvis en bøfsandwich og en pariserbøf på toast. Føj for Satan.

05/04/2025: Min kone og datter delte en portion nachos De var ukrydrede uden ret meget ost og papagtige.105 kr Jeg bestilte 2 køller af svinskank. 154 kr De blev serveret med frituestegte og meget tørre kartofler, samt en salat der var tilberedt og anrettet på tallerknen i morges, eller måske i går. Øl og sodavand er svært at ødelægge så det var OK. Vi betalte 425 kr og kommer aldrig igen Restauranten blev valgt, da der var god plads, frem for en der var fyldt ikke så langt derfra. man skal altid spise der hvor de lokale spiser.
