06/08/2025: There is a lot of talk about AUTHENTICITY… At Hindsgavl this is delivered: the feeling of a manor house, service to the UG with crosses and snakes like a real gentleman, no strange new-fashioned inventions with gimmicks - on the other hand, "From the field to the table" is lived up to, whether it is the beautiful flower decorations everywhere or the menus of the day, where the extremely well-tended herb garden provides a considerable supplement. The attempt to find just a little swindle has NOT been successful……. Huge praise and thanks to everyone!

10/10/2025: 9/10/25. Best sandwich shop EVER (around €13, but the last pair of pants doesn't have a pocket) + the toilet is cozy enough! Will be doing it at home right away – so I'll be copying the sandwich shop :D. OMG, that was good and inspiring. The parent-child atmosphere was outstanding and relaxed at the same time. It's worth a day trip for. Awesome!! TOP-notch service; 100% comfort. Go there ;)

12/09/2025: Bak's has really tasty sandwiches and good coffee. The staff is nice, unfortunately the service is very slow when there's a queue

08/09/2025: Super delicious bakery with a huge selection at reasonable prices. Really good quality of bread and food. Coffee, cake, packed lunches and burger Seating both inside and outside. Nice and clean, can only be recommended.

26/08/2025: We had a really nice experience, the inside was very cozy and you could tell a lot of love went into the place and the food which was really delicious 😋 we ordered very delicious two pizzas and something to drink and spent around 400kr

01/10/2025: Fantastic fish tapas. It was interestingly presented and very well cooked. There was plenty for 2 people. We ate it for 2 days.

29/09/2025: We had a bite to eat here because we couldn't find anything to eat at our hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised by the price and the food we got...no culinary masterpiece of course but a solid tasty snack and a truly exceptional soft ice cream. The location near the main road is a bit loud and dusty but not a problem....so no Michelin star, but this kiosk deserves 4 stars.

21/10/2025: Super nice place that we were recommended by our guide on the Little Belt Bridge. The food was beyond expectations and very tasty, the prices reasonable and the service was cool in a good way and accommodating. Constructive - Less is more The only reason you don't give the food 5 stars is simply because "you want it for us", but that fades in our book. Here it is meant that the composition of the pieces is a little out of proportion. We had chicken salad, deliciously tasty but instead of 150g chicken salad (give or take) absolutely nothing is lost by removing a spoonful or one and a half, on the contrary you will hit the spot and the piece will be much crisper. Christiansø herring, same story, extremely tasty and good ingredients presented well. You lose absolutely nothing by removing a single piece of herring so that the proportions fit. Kh The chef who wants to come again and who recognizes the craftsmanship and love.

Half of our order was forgotten (the restaurant was empty), the portions were outrageous (for these prices), the staff preferred to be on their phones (or preoccupied with themselves), and the waitress was invisible. Our feedback was ignored (seems to happen quite often). Truly abysmal.

22/10/2025: I was there for a conference, the breakfast table was modest but there was enough food. Lunch was very messy (hard to find a connection in the buffet), it was good salads. The cake table was also very modest. The conference room itself was only just enough for the gathering we were.
