14/02/2025: The food was unfortunately a disaster, everything seemed to be pure frozen food that just had a turn on the pan or in the microwave. 0 ⭐️

19/10/2024: Virkelig ringe sted, ringe og tørre burgerboller. Salaten var roden på icebergen, meget hårde pomfritter. En meget stegt kylling. En meget sur asiatisk mand der måske ejede caféen, han var ikke særlig sød ved hans unge pige, snakkede meget nedladende til hende, syndt for hende. Men udsigten til søen og til slottet fejlede ingenting. Ærgerligt for da jeg var der for en del år siden var alt så lækkert.

20/09/2024: The food is super delicious and tastes the same every time, good and friendly service, a pizza for DKK 65 and it tastes good, where else can you get it?

28/11/2024: They take way too many orders at a time and thereby make the diners in attendance wait for their food. If you order take away, I have experienced that they have sold or delivered what I ordered to the other side so they have to start over. Can only say their service can really be improved

08/03/2025: With all the traditional pizzerias we have in town, this place is my favourite. Good, polite service, fantastic selection on the menu and the taste never disappoints

14/02/2025: Really poor food, under all criticism. The children's pizza was smaller than a normal one Pita bread. And the roll kebab was boring, and had old charred remains of pieces of food in it.

31/12/2024: Got two excellent pizzas; no. 22 and 24. They were quickly conjured up and tasted great - the base was also crispy and tasty.

01/03/2025: Gem of a pizza place. Ordered 2 pizzas and a coke to eat on site. Good price in the good end and high quality pizza lovely tasty and quite comfortable in size. Repetition factor 100% with certainty and next time double up on the order as it must be taken home for the next day's lunch. Coming all the way from KBH, so really nice to experience their cozy place and relaxed atmosphere in Sønderborg.

05/01/2025: The food was ok but the pizzas were not ready at the agreed time. Had to wait 15 min.

20/03/2025: Unfortunately, the fish tasted like it was bad...we couldn't eat it. At best, the fat was just old...the fries were okay...and the girl behind the counter was very nice...the tables were extremely dirty.

16/10/2024: Fries and hot dogs are good, but if you're open until 7 p.m. and run out of pølse at 3:30 p.m., it's really weak... Then there's the super unmotivated and unfriendly staff! This can definitely be done better!

13/03/2025: We ordered with delivery. Fine, delicious pizza, but far too long delivery time, the supplier may lack knowledge of the area. Therefore pizzas were almost cold. We got a coke as a gift.

02/03/2025: Room kind of ok after we got light in the bathroom. But on Saturday morning when I was taking a shower the light suddenly went off while I was still there. Had to stand and almost fight with my arms to get light again. The breakfast: looked really good. But I took scrambled eggs, cocktail sausages and soft-boiled eggs, all parts were cold, the coffee cup was dirty. You could get apple juice from the juice machine, but only a little orange juice. Must say we didn't have a good experience. New explanation: Can under no circumstances be visitors who have to check if everything works. We had light in the room except the bathroom. But was told that the light for the bathroom had to be turned on by the front door, who expects to have to turn on the light anywhere other than near the room. Like the TV, anything like that doesn't make the experience better. Perhaps you should ensure that both phone no. and email address are available when there is no staff. The person I spoke to via mobile thought there should be one (was there until 5pm weekdays BUT zero. I always expect good service when staying in a hotel. Otherwise there should probably have been a hostel/motel,

02/03/2025: The hotel is a self-service hotel, check-in and check-out as well as all contact takes place via email, the "room key" is a code offering the room and hotel entrance. Everything was clean and nice The only staff seen were at breakfast, who were friendly enough but lacked the smile to the extent seen a lot in eastern Europe Nice stay, thinking of stopping by again, the 'old style' has been kept in the corridors, dining room and hall

09/02/2025: My friend ordered 2 pizzas through wolt for 5pm, when it was 5.15pm and I still hadn't received the food, I called them, to which they said there had been an error, so our pizzas didn't arrive until 5.45pm. My friend and I had paid DKK 25 extra to get dressing and salad, which was not there when we opened the pizzas, + I got beef on his pizza, even though we had both chosen without. When my friend calls and says we haven't got dressing and salad on our pizzas, they say they'd like to come by with it. We then wait another 30 minutes and they still haven't arrived, also we have to eat our pizzas without the extra toppings we paid for and they were now cold and they never arrived as promised. Simply the worst place I have experienced and such poor service man. Will never have from there again, and will not encourage anyone to choose that place.

08/04/2025: Although it is quite sparsely furnished, the waiting area was equipped with an aquarium that added some atmosphere. The waiting time was enormous. The pizza was again a culinary delight. The edge wasn't too hard but not too soft either, and the pizza itself had an almost perfect consistency. When lifted it wasn't too stiff and not too loose. When you bite into it you see the toppings and pizza base come together. It wasn't too greasy and not too bland. Nice and warm and juicy, just as it should be. I can only recommend this shop.

14/01/2025: DKK 5 for chili, DKK 15 for garlic.. the last time we ordered 2x roll kebabs with extra kebabs.. we only got ONE with extra kebabs, and the owner then thought that DKK 30 was only for extra kebabs in one... then refer to the menu and says that it only applies to pizza for DKK 15 for a kebab. Excited atmosphere, as fate would have it I had a mate with me who earlier in the day had a delivery from them, 130 kr to deliver 4 km away... their roll kebab was good... but the last time I buy something there, to stand with 4 employees out on the street where they shout and scream because of the 15 kroner that we lacked in the one roll kebab, satanme is too poor... can't be recommended, 0 stars for behavior, 0 stars for prices... find another place

13/01/2025: How does a coffee shop run out of coffee. Visited 9/8/2023 in Sønderborg and was told they were out of coffee. Pretty comical the “espresso house” can’t serve coffee imo To male things better on my 2nd attempt at going there (on a completely different day) They had a sign outside for the specials. I ask for a sepcial. Guess what, they ran out of the ingredients for the special. Ideally you’d think someone would remove the sign or something since they are advertising a drink they can’t offer.
