07/12/2024: We turned over the food for over 30 minutes, they talk so quietly you can't hear your number, their music is so loud you have to shout to be able to talk, the floors are dirty and the tables are not clean

02/12/2024: They ate us out of money and on orders, very bad, more there. I won’t be back👎

29/10/2024: Pizza not tasty and some wrong pizzas delivered. 2 hour wait, even though it was said 30-45 minutes.

29/10/2024: 2 hours of waiting time on a Tuesday evening. In addition, the order was not complete and the pizzas that were ordered were also wrong. I personally can't recommend it any further.

19/09/2024: Delicious food - certainly no expense has been spared on the filling. Sweet and accommodating contact over the phone and upon delivery. Super hot pizzas were delivered exactly at the ordered time. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

18/09/2024: Enough with getting dn completely wet disgusting pizza that spills sauce everywhere and drips out of the box, I don't even get what I order and with the pizza that was inedible it was so sticky

27/10/2024: Bad experience. We sat in a queue with another group that we talked to at 02:00 in the morning after a city tour. The owner chose to yell at us for "making noise" and kicked out a random person who had done nothing, without warning. Both groups left the scene outraged.

13/10/2024: pizza was floating in oil, and with onions even though I have written that I have an allergy to onions. Never experienced anything worse.

04/11/2024: It is very difficult to find a small positive thing about my food experience at Venezia. Bought 2 pizzas, one was completely wrong. In my opinion, there was also too little cheese and tomato sauce. So it was a bit of a boring and tedious experience.

28/09/2024: Unfortunately cannot give them negative stars Ordered food at 18.00 and was told that they deliver within 45-60 minutes, then got a confirmation that they deliver at 19.24 at 8:00 p.m. I call and to hear where our food is, I am, to say the least, pestered with this and that and he doesn't say this and that. i called just eat and they wanted to cancel my order and they then contacted pizza venecia and called back and said i should refuse to receive the food at 20.30 the food came refused to receive and have had my order cancelled. And money back, hope more people will do the same, it's damn wrong and it's far from the 1st time. Hoped they would get better, but no, so we have to find a new pizza dealer

14/09/2024: We had to stand in line for 30 minutes to order. When we got to the checkout, we were shown that they could only make vegetarian burgers. Fair enough, that's what we wanted too. We were told that milkshakes were sold out. Although we could so that other guests who arrived after us could buy them. Weird. The food was ready after 45 minutes. Cold burgers and soft fries. The staff consisted exclusively of very young employees. They chatted around and enjoyed themselves. It didn't seem like they were motivated to cook. One may wonder why a place is run like that. We were there in the off-season and there were basically not that many people.

02/07/2024: The mood is good. But the quality of the food is mediocre

21/09/2024: I have for a short period (spring 2024) worked at: Broager Pizza & Grill. Which I REALLY REALLY DO! History in brief: I hurt my index finger while slicing iceberg/salad. The next day: call from the owner "you don't have to come to work anymore". We don't understand each other, as language is a clear barrier for him😂. In broken Danish, he tells me to come and get "mine pinge": Allusion: cash in hand/black. I have had anything but good experiences, not to mention the 8-hour shift spread over 2 days, he still needs to be reimbursed according to the law and NOT settled in cash. My honest opinion: Get your food from somewhere else😊

14/09/2024: We ordered two pizzas and a salad from Broager Pizza & Grill over the phone. Ordering was easy and we were looking forward to a delicious meal. The delivery took place in the specified time - 1 hour. Then the problems started. In addition to our order, we received a pizza without toppings (intended as bread for the salad) for a fee, of course. Only cash and no credit cards were accepted for payment. When converting from DKK to EUR we suddenly had to pay a delivery surcharge. After unnecessary discussions, we paid a price that was still excessive. Well, we were hungry. Unfortunately we couldn't satisfy our hunger with the goods delivered. Both the pizzas and the salad were carelessly prepared and ultimately inedible. A single mud. Conclusion: these were the worst pizzas we have ever had.

04/12/2024: I ordered a number 11, a dish I’ve had several times over the years since this place opened. Unfortunately, today’s experience was disappointing. The noodles were cold and unappetizing, the meat was bland and in short supply—nothing like the generous portions they used to serve—and the entire dish was overwhelmed with too much sauce. For the price, I expected much better quality. It just doesn’t feel worth it anymore. Sadly, I can’t recommend this place to anyone based on my recent visit.

09/08/2024: Always MEGA slow. If you're lucky, there are two of the staff doing something (all in slow motion) the rest look at each other and walk back and forth a bit - maybe touch a bowl, then walk around themselves again. Only one at the checkout.

20/07/2024: Got a pizza delivered this evening and ordered the house's mega burger. That is, 2x flat factory steaks right on top of each other. Nothing had been done with it in any way, and the pizza, well, nothing worth recommending there either. Had seen some of the other reviews but out of necessity and no one with better reviews in the area, soooo

28/07/2024: The first time we come and probably the last. We wait 10 minutes for your bartender, the one with glasses "he then chooses to take 2 girls who smile a lot at him but they have been standing there for 30 seconds... we choose to shout after him to make contact but he is clearly offended by that over and chooses to talk to us like 2 children in that we both know he is actually younger than us... We end up being dumped over a guy who gets offended quickly and doesn't do his job properly All in all, take Heidi's They remember the order of the people who arrive at the bar 😉 so you don't have to wait for someone who would rather score than do his job

11/05/2024: We had a good night. The prices varied greatly though. When we paid almost 500 DKK for 6 beers and 6 shots we thought: “suspicious”. after asking, our barkeeper walked away and we could only talk to the other one. He only said “it is what it is” and “you already paid”. Our argument that the same bottle of beer cost 25 DKK the whole night didn’t count and they took 39!!!! Dkk per bottle beer from us. Fair enough if it would be like that the whole night but changing prices for good customers and not be willing to talk about it is a big red flag in my opinion. 🚩 500DKK for 6 Flaskeøl and 6 sambucas………
