14/05/2025: Wow!, I have never had such terrible food from a McDonald's. I am very disappointed. I have been going since the weekend and was looking forward to trying the new ice cream and buying a burger. But unfortunately there were only problems. My double big tasty bacon came without bacon and only 1 steak. Even though Keg had only chosen -lie/tomato. My chocolate milkshake came without a hint of chocolate or anything like that and tasted bad. And my ice cream came completely melted before I had even gotten it. When I confronted an employee, fortunately there was okay service. Until she left with the burger where she said there was ALWAYS a mistake. As if several had happened that day. And then threw the burger in the trash. While the new one is being made, the people making it have to constantly look and grind at me. And when it came there was almost no sauce in it and it was sitting on one side. + the cheese was by no means melted. And then I had enough and threw it out and left. Big kudos to the woman who helped me. She was always ready to make me a new one. And she came and gave me the new burger herself

08/05/2025: The hotel is nicely surrounded by green nature. Unfortunately, the hotel is getting a little tired, and not what it once was. However, very nice staff.

28/01/2025: Never before have I been treated so badly and rudely at a pizzeria! We had ordered 4 pizzas over the phone. When we get the pizzas, one is mistakenly not a Bearnaise pizza. Mistakes can happen. No problem as such. We drove in to get it exchanged. Then things go wrong. When I arrive, the owner claims in a very rough and rude tone that we had never ordered a Bearnaise pizza, but that he can then pour something on the pizza we had mistakenly received. Naturally, I became angry at such treatment and an accusation of lying, so I left the business. I would recommend everyone to think carefully before you risk exposing yourself to such rough treatment. We will never shop there again.

01/05/2025: Walking around Grasten trying to choose somewhere to eat. Lots of places but put off some by people loitering outside. Found this place opposite the Radhuis, had a look at the menu using a translator as it was obviously in Danish. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, his English much better than us trying to use translation apps. We had the best sweet and sour chicken with noodles we’ve ever had from anywhere in the world we have been. Batter was extremely light and very crispy. Washed down with a beer while overlooking the Castle Lake. Excellent.

25/03/2025: Super nice people. Speaks very nicely to their customers. Their pizzas taste super good and at a good price. I would love to come again!

06/06/2025: After a long time we wanted to try again, the first time pictures were taken of us and sent among the waiter's friends but the waiter no longer works there so we wanted to try again we didn't get the right food we had ordered and the food was freezing cold, the food didn't taste good at all. We think the food is of such poor quality and the service is terrible that we simply won't come again it's over. Regarding ice cream My boyfriend is extremely dissatisfied with their ice cream department you don't get much for your money, the quality is poor and it's just as expensive as if you went to the harbor in Sønderborg and got an ice cream where the size of the ice cream is even bigger.

26/04/2025: Ordered 2 salads, portions were very small, and prawn salad had 3 prawns in it. Tasteless!!!!! Very bad food and so over the top for that price. Absolutely no recommendations from here. Will never have food from there again 👎

17/05/2025: Really bad shawarma. Virtually no meat in it and very little salad and dressing. Could only taste the bread. Won't order there again..

28/11/2024: They take way too many orders at a time and thereby make the diners in attendance wait for their food. If you order take away, I have experienced that they have sold or delivered what I ordered to the other side so they have to start over. Can only say their service can really be improved

30/12/2024: The food (two different burgers) was really good. We were a bit unlucky with the drinks. The elderflower juice I ordered was no longer available. Alternatively, I ordered apple juice. Unfortunately there was only such a tiny amount left that they only brought me a small (instead of a medium) glass mixed with soda water. After dinner we ordered two espressos. There wasn't that either. So we were offered black coffee. It was halfway okay, but unfortunately not really hot because it had probably been in a pump jug during the day. It really wasn't that great... The staff, however, was friendly and accommodating.
