26/10/2024: On 19 October 2024, we had a completely unforgettable experience at Resumé in Den Blå Kirke in Svendborg. Wow. It is Michelin level for 1-2 stars. There was not a single fault with the food, wine and service. We have tried Resumé twice before in the Møllergade premises. But the move to Den Blå Kirke elevates the experience many times over. We will definitely come again and gladly make the trip from Copenhagen.

01/10/2024: Perfect kitchen if you like seafood and absolutely on the right scale. Option for both outdoors and indoors, however please note that smoking may occur outdoors. It is also possible to get a good top-class steak with all the good accessories to go with it if you were to have some in a larger company with you who are not into top-level fish/seafood! Good wines at absolutely reasonable prices according to Danish conditions.

19/10/2024: Great beer bar with a great selection for every taste! I have heard about the place many times, but only had the opportunity to visit today. we were pleasantly surprised that there was cooperation with the restaurant next door, and we got the wildest burgers and more fries than anyone could eat... Dip into the price, which is rare nowadays. The only thing that keeps them from getting five stars is that the prices are on the expensive side, and the bartenders don't actually know much about beer, apart from what they have just tasted. It would have dressed such a nice place to teach their bartenders properly about ALL the beers that are sold... It is possible 😊

30/09/2024: A lovely cosy coffee shop with drinks and a limited number of pastry options. No other food. Loved it.

18/09/2024: The positive first: The lady at reception is very nice and the location by the water is wonderful. But that was it. Anyone who asks for 3,000 crowns (approx. 400 euros) for an overnight stay with breakfast has to be measured against this price. The price-performance ratio is completely inadequate. For this price I am used to other services internationally. No safe, no minibar, no storage space for clothes, to name a few examples that one might expect for this price. A simple bed from the furniture store and a breakfast that doesn't even cover the cheese, scrambled eggs and the few other meager ingredients. Not to mention the underground hygiene conditions (see photos). Hairdryer can hardly be cheaper. After booking, we received a message that our stay would be shortened by one day because the hotel was not open on Sundays. In retrospect, we are grateful for shortening our stay because it allowed us to get to know the fantastic Hotel Koldingfjord with a great price-performance ratio!

12/08/2024: Restaurant de l'hôtel du même nom. Cadre chic et emplacement exceptionnel. Service sympathique et professionnel. Une cuisine gastronomique au prix élevé, pas spécialement danoise ou scandinave presque d'inspiration française. Pratique si on séjourne à l'hôtel. Un choix un peu plus large de plat serait un plus.

24/09/2024: Cozy small brewery. Feel free to book a beer tasting. No food is served, but tasty Parisian steak is served right next to it.

07/09/2024: Dårlig oplevelse. Vi tog bussen fra Svendborg kl 10.30 fordi vi ville have frokost på Thurø Stuen. Havde tjekket på nettet kl 10.20 at der var åben fra kl 12. Ankom 11.45 hvor der helt ok ikke var åben endnu. Klokken blev 12 og der kom et par mere og satte sig på terrassen. Vi kunne høre personalet indenfor og de kunne også høre os. Kl 12.10 fik det andet par oplyst at de i dag åbenbart først åbnede kl 14, hvilket der ikke stod noget om på skiltet udenfor. Det ville have været rart ikke at vente i 25 minutter. Tak for “dejlig” kundeservice. Kommer ikke igen.

13/10/2024: Have actually received from here twice in the last month. Both times were good. The portions are large for the price. Everything looks fresh and delicious and it's nice and clean. There is as can be expected. I will definitely come again one day

27/09/2024: Ville prøve deres meget roste durum rulle. Fint match mellem kød og grøntsager. Gode råvarer. Dog var rullen halvkold, og brødet ikke varmet ordentligt. 3 1/2*** ud af 5 stjerner.
