07/11/2025: A very nice atmosphere. Very friendly hosts, the food was quite tasty. Super unusual, but definitely a place you can go if you want to eat out. The prices are, of course, quite high – around €80 for a mixed grill for two and two drinks.
30/10/2025: Sorry, but this was the worst restaurant we've ever been to. Even our kids said so. I don't know if people with good reviews have no standards. We're used to better in Hamburg. The dips were completely tasteless and lacked any seasoning. The guacamole was just smashed avocado with nothing else. The baked potato was just plain yogurt instead of sour cream? What a waste of money. The meat was okay, but every Greek restaurant in Hamburg is better.

02/01/2026: A fantastic brewery with a beautifully designed restaurant! The twelve beers on tap are particularly impressive – all brewed in-house, and each one simply superb. You can immediately sense the passion and craftsmanship behind them.
The food was also a culinary highlight: consistently delicious and perfectly balanced. The visit was rounded off by excellent service – attentive, friendly, and professional without being intrusive.
We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend HAV!
11/12/2025: Ordered a red deer fillet, which was a really good experience, wonderfully tender and flavorful, pleasant staff.

25/10/2025: Denmark's most beautiful place to eat and relax. Absolutely fantastic, tasty, exciting and well-prepared food..Always, always the food and the atmosphere are perfect.
24/10/2025: The ambiance is fantastic ☺️.
Homemade burger patties and inventive burgers, very tasty and a good portion size. Kid-friendly food with a unique, delicious sauce for the fish. We ordered at the counter and the food was brought to our table. To finish off, we had a cappuccino with a heart and a friendly wink from the chef.
We look forward to coming back next year.

09/07/2025: We were happy with the food, really delicious with quality ingredients. Service on the other side was terrible, we could see that all the tables around us were well taken care of, waiters were checking up on them, asking about the food or it anybody needs a drink refill, our table was totally left out. We only got food served and then we became invisible, it even took 30 min for anybody to realize that we were done with our main course. I’m not sure if it was because we were speaking English perhaps, but in a finer restaurant like this that should not matter. Too bad, because it was a birthday celebration and being left out like this really put down the mood of the special day …

Service could have been a bit more attentive but was very polite.
Overall a great experience, would definitely come back.

05/01/2026: It's simply a must-do for me – a must-visit when I'm here. After the rolls from Hansen and the vouchers, there's really no way around this bakery. The service is always friendly, the quality consistently good. For over 30 years, entire families have grown up here – from small children to adults. Reliable, down-to-earth, really good. Highly recommended.

I'm a meat lover man when it comes to pizza so of course I get one. I also get really good fries.
My colleague orders a spicy kebab dish which he was also very happy with. (And gave him a sweat on his forehead)😅
Fantastic service at the table like at a "real" restaurant.
Nice smiling guy serves us quickly and there is nothing to complain about here. The food comes piping hot after 10-15 minutes and the price matched all others with similar menus.
I called it Varde's best pizza without having tried others. The man replied "That's what people say anyway" with a smile on his face.
I will have a hard time choosing other options if I come to those parts again because this was really good.
