26/07/2026: Delicious pancakes, good service, nice area.

26/07/2026: If you are a beer enthusiast and curious about trying pancakes in different forms. Then there is no way around this pancake house. They have an extensive beer menu, with especially Belgian beers, many of which I have not seen anywhere else in Denmark. The food is good and filling, and you really have to consider whether you can settle for a small main course to have room for dessert. The pictures are from several different visits.

10/06/2026: We ate there for the first time this evening based on the many positive reviews. The food wasn't bad, but nothing special either. We felt the prices were very high. With a bill of around €300 for three people, we felt we could certainly expect more. Unfortunately, we didn't feel truly welcome as guests. A certain unfriendliness was noticeable throughout our visit. Furthermore, the drinks and food were served carelessly and literally slammed onto the table. We would have liked to try dessert. However, we had to get the dessert menu ourselves. Despite several attempts to make eye contact with the staff, we weren't given the opportunity to order. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we finally paid and left the restaurant. We have been coming to Blåvand for many years and would have liked to expand our local restaurant selection. Unfortunately, this restaurant will not be among them in the future. Instead, we will continue to visit the other good restaurants in the area, where friendliness, service and value for money are a much better match for us.

07/06/2026: Very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff, simply a lovely evening.

28/05/2026: Stopped to have coffee, stayed for a late afternoon snack. The coffee is great, and the food is amazing! The snack ended up being a full meal, portions are large. Can unreservedly recommend this cafe.

10/04/2026: Small, cozy café with very friendly staff and delicious burgers and sandwiches. Highly recommended!

12/07/2026: Delicious food! Burgers 🍔 Fries, everything was great. Nice location in the town center. A good place to sit and have a drink.

28/06/2026: A very large restaurant with many tables. We had lunch there; it was real home-style cooking, delicious and plentiful. The daily special was meatloaf with fresh vegetables and new potatoes. We'd gladly come again next time 👍 very nice and friendly landlady.

27/06/2026: I had a wonderful meal. I used to eat here with my parents when I was a child. It's still just as well-run and lovingly managed as it was 40 years ago. I was so impressed. I highly recommend it. Everything was freshly prepared. Thank you so much for the lovely food and friendly service. I'll definitely be back.

04/07/2026: A lovely shop for special items. A great selection of wines and select whiskies/rums. Plus delicacies, fresh bread, cheese, and more. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

08/06/2026: My wife and I had a delicious lunch and everything was perfect. We each had a tapas plate and shared a portion of truffle fritters. We each had a glass of rosé, sparkling water and beer. Total was approx. 680 DKK. Great place, delicious food and friendly staff.

21/07/2026: Everything looked delicious, but our daughter found a fly in her doner kebab. We got a new one, but when she got home and wanted to eat it, there was another fly in it – simply disgusting!

01/08/2026: The pizza was delicious. The garlic bread was tasty; we had it as an appetizer. The restrooms were unfortunately a bit dirty.

28/07/2026: The cafe is the last building before the sandy beach lies beneath your feet. A bustling place on sunny days when the wind is calm and waiting, Cafe Stranden is filled with long queues in front of the ice cream kiosk and the toilets. A cold refreshing drink or a cup of coffee tastes delicious, even with a few small white grains of sand between your teeth. There is plenty of seating since most people use the cafe as a stopover between the beach and the many small shops along the street that stop outside. Otherwise, the place serves hot food as well as cold. After many hours on the miles of beach at Henne, this is a welcome and pleasant stop on the way to shopping or parking.

25/07/2026: We've been coming to this restaurant for many years and always enjoy it. The quality of the food is excellent, especially the caviar course and the lobster tail with sun-dried tomatoes and raspberries! For main courses, we love the fish and chips or the beef burger. The atmosphere is relaxed, the beach is within easy reach, and the selection of champagne and wine is fantastic! Who would have expected to find a Ruinart Brut Rosé champagne or a red wine from Gaja, Ca'Marcanda in Tuscany here? Both are highly recommended. We'll definitely be back and find the prices to be very reasonable.

23/07/2026: The restaurant is very quaint and the food was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the service was rather brusque. Nevertheless, it's a good place to eat.

10/07/2026: We ate at this restaurant today. Unfortunately, we have to say that the value for money doesn't reflect what the brochure promises. The food was cold, and the server was completely clueless. I even had to get my own cutlery; all she said was "Sorry." She was clearly in no hurry; there were maybe eight other guests. I wouldn't eat there again. We paid 380 DKK for the two meals, including beer and soda.

17/06/2026: We only bought cake. It was very tasty. We can't comment on anything else. Oh yes, the saleswoman was very nice too.

08/06/2026: When I was a child, we always bought baked goods from Bager Bo during our holidays in Henne Strand, Denmark. After a long break from Denmark, I simply had to come here during our Easter holiday in Jegum, and the quality did not disappoint. Very tasty rolls, breads, and of course, cakes.

31/12/2025: Very friendly service, delicious food, great wine recommendations, great way to present the food... we only wish there was a better vegetarian selection. But thank you for always coming up with new ideas for outdoor dining... even in the fall and winter!!

29/12/2025: The cheeseburger was amazing! Absolutely worth the money. It came with delicious crispy fries and a mayonnaise with a subtle hint of garlic. Delicious! Service: top-notch! However: the menu was available in German, but the staff only spoke very good English.
