12/05/2024: Unfortunately, it is not possible to eat a children's portion if you are hungry! For me that's not a service, you are then forced to order the €25 dish! Thanks, we save that! No recommendation!!!!!

09/05/2024: Nice place with good service We had fish and chips, it was absolutely perfect, the fish was not mistreated by frying for too long, as is the tendency in DK, and there was a good portion of both chips and roughly cut fries, as well as a stir-fried capers mayo Tasted really good Perfectly located with a view of the sea from the west-facing terrace

30/03/2024: Picked up 3 pizzas from there today, to date they are the best pizzas I have ever tasted, it won't be the last time

12/03/2024: The cuisine is excellent, the portions are large and inexpensive. [The hygiene concept is adhered to in an exemplary manner, including vaccination certificate requests.] - that was important during Corona times. The only criticism is the long waiting time before you can pay - but perhaps this is an aspect of 'hyggelig' that we Germans simply don't understand.

30/03/2024: Great experience, with delicious food and polite service. ☺️🍺 I got a mince steak with peas and béarnaise sauce accompanied by mega delicious large fries. Certainly not the last time we come, there were 6 of us and everyone agreed that the food was good and the place was very cozy.

12/05/2024: Great atmosphere with the possibility of playing pool and indoor football. Super nice bartenders who provide 10/10 service.

19/04/2024: Stayed in Varde for the weekend visited Big Ben Friday afternoon. Nice place but no atmosphere at all. Kind staff but no selection of any English beer. Fish and chips were good but expensive. Or is that me being an old 😀? Really well replica of an English pub but empty of customers. Maybe that reflects on the prices….. 80dkr for a cider. Where does that come from. Almost as expensive as the Nim hotel . Nothing to say bad about Big Ben, apart from value for money. Will definitely go there again when I win the lotto and buy the place for myself 😀🍺

10/02/2024: Super delicious bread 😋 family always buys rye bread and gets them cut into thicker slices 😊 also French bread 😊 And the sweetest girls who help you when you ask something 😊

02/03/2024: I have been a customer here for many years, alone but also with family and friends, with great satisfaction - the food always tastes fantastic, and we are always ecstatic about the burgers! It tastes fantastic - you'll want to come here again, because nothing is spared, it's pure quality 😄
