01/06/2025: We visited this restaurant on the first evening of our stay in Copenhagen, and it was perfect! It's a very small restaurant with very personal service. The host takes his time and explains everything in great detail. The food was sensational, and the wine pairing was especially good! If you enjoy fine dining, this is the perfect place!

23/06/2025: This cafe is fantastic! It’s cozy and nice, good food and drinks. I don’t even drink coffee but have the wonderful hot chocolate when I come here. With marshmallows on top, of course! The espresso making class is also so much fun! Mark, who is the most interesting and kind person by the way, will tell you everything you could possible want to know about beans and how to make a perfect espresso.

15/06/2025: Classic Danish open sandwiches served in grandma's cozy living room. The atmosphere is homey, and the waiters are sweet and attentive - they make sure you get what you need. The food is good and well-prepared, but perhaps lacking that final touch. All in all, a nice place for a nice, relaxed lunch.

13/06/2025: We sat outside because of our rather large dog, as we've often found that this is frowned upon or even forbidden in Denmark. The owner came out to us and asked if we were sitting outside just because of the dog. He then offered us a seat inside, where there was plenty of room for the dog. 🥰 So proactive and friendly! Thank you so much! The food was also delicious. We had the Gorgonzola pizza. 🍕

Here you are greeted by an atmosphere that combines classic coziness with modern elegance - a perfect place to enjoy a true Danish meal. We started with their smørrebrød, and it was clear that quality is in focus. What really stands out is their creative and flavorful variations. In particular, their potato dish with new Danish potatoes and tarragon mayonnaise was a real pleasure - a taste experience that almost tasted heavenly. The fresh, slightly spicy mayonnaise complemented the perfectly cooked potatoes and gave a freshness that you rarely experience. The service was first-class. The two waiters were both professional and welcoming - a rare combination that really put the finishing touch. It is clear that they are passionate about their work, and their attention to detail made the whole experience even better. Many restaurants in Copenhagen could really learn something from their way of providing service. All in all, Husmanns Vinstue lives up to all expectations of a classic Danish wine bar with a modern twist. Their smørrebrød is a delight for the palate, and the professional service makes the visit a pure pleasure. A recommendation from here – a place that will undoubtedly bring joy to both locals and visitors!

08/06/2025: Actually, it's already very good... just a few nuances that could be improved: Super attentive service, food quality exactly as it should be, the ambiance could be a bit more French to create a memorable experience. 🇫🇷 A little French like "bonjour, bon appetit," a French waitress, and subtle background music like Anna Téko would be enough 😉 I'm looking forward to our next visit.

01/06/2025: Afslappet, charmerende og yderst kompetent betjening, veltilberedt og lækker mad, som altid er træfsikker og af meget højt niveau og kvalitet. Et klart yndlings sted i byen! Dyrt, men ikke i forhold til, hvad man får. En stor anbefaling!
