23/02/2025: It was an extremely disappointing experience. We had reserved a table many hours in advance, but on arrival we were greeted by a waiter with an inappropriate attitude that does not belong in customer service. When we stated the name of our reservation, we received a condescending look - completely without a smile and with a behavior that appeared extremely rude. We were shown to our table but no one approached us with service. Fortunately, we had experience from similar sushi places and therefore knew how to operate the ordering iPad. The drinks we ordered took almost fifteen minutes to be served, the starters arrived after 35 minutes and the main course – the sushi – was not served until almost 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. The sushi was excessively dominated by cucumbers with a refrigerator taste, the avocado was brown and mushy, and the flambéed salmon had a strange taste that immediately put the appetite off. We are not normally picky eaters, but this food was almost inedible. In addition, the duck I had ordered for the starter was served completely cold, as if it had just been taken straight out of the fridge. The waiters never commented on the long wait and friendliness was absent when the food finally arrived. We noticed we weren't the only ones unhappy - several customers expressed their frustration at having to wait 40+ minutes for food or 20 minutes for a table, respectively. We also observed one of the waiters picking his nose before serving. The food was arranged in long lines and simply stood on the tables while it quickly got cold. It was not served thoughtfully, with the young waiters instead standing at the counter and exchanging giggling, condescending glances as soon as a customer approached. At checkout we discovered we had been charged for an extra soda we had not ordered. When we approached for a refund, the waiter immediately responded with an attitude that indicated she anticipated our request. Overall, the experience was so unsatisfactory that we will neither return nor recommend the place to others.

08/02/2025: The only thing was that since it was the first time, maybe more help was needed or a more thorough explanation of what the different menus were and how they could be mixed. But we survived then. But all in all a good experience for a beginner.

16/03/2025: Good Danish food enough to fill you up with good service

01/03/2025: The food is as such tasty. But their fried pork is simply too fatty. The fat drips off it and this is now the third time I have had diarrhea and vomiting after eating just 3-4 pieces of their fried pork. Update I should not be able to say whether it is due to the cream. But I still think that The bottle seems very greasy. As if it has just been taken out of a deep fryer. I know you that on my next visit it won't be Pork I'm going to try.

20/01/2025: We have had pizza from this place several times. I just realised that I had not given them a rating yet. So here it comes. You can eat there or take home. You can order online or order there. We normally order online and take home. The menu choices are very nice. The pizzas are well made and very tasty, and the service is almost even better - it is a great bunch of people working here. Very kind. You need a pizza in Vejle - go here.

30/03/2025: Stopped in because my kids were hungry after a visit to the Viking museum only steps away. It is off season, and the weather was cool so the place was not busy (which may be a problem if you visit in summer?). We easily got a table and the food came out quickly. The meat crepes were much more generously portioned than we expected. The dessert crepes were good, my kids wanted to lick the plates clean :) Look inside, if it is not too busy then definitely come in for a snack or light meal

03/02/2025: We always come here to get our birthday cakes and they never disappoint! I've been gifted their chocolates before which are really great as well. Sometimes we come in the morning to get their selection of bread rolls and pastries, we love the cardamom buns. The only thing that's not quite up to par is their ice-cream game, but I know they can do it!

08/06/2024: I have had an unpleasant experience. At 17.00 we see Mexico-Germany. We buy drinks and watch the match. So when the game is over we go out for some fresh air we come in for Brazil's game against Switzerland. We bought sodas and sat down to watch until halftime. During the break we play billiards, then the owner comes up to me, walks close to me and talks aggressively to me. And I get surprised, then don't hear what he says at first, and my friends look at him and tell him to take it easy. He repeats even more aggressively and loudly that we have to buy something, as he has a business to run, to which we reply understandingly, but try to explain to him that I have paid for my friends something to drink before the start of the match, and buy something again to myself later during the match, but right now we are playing billiards which "costs DKK 1 per minute". Then he angrily replies "I don't want people like you running around here"? Yes, we were 4 boys with parents of different ethnic origin. But what did that have to do with anything? There were also some young boys next to us who couldn't believe what they were hearing. A few days before, my older brother's friends had otherwise had a nice experience there, and had recommended the bar to us. But this is the last time we will go there again

27/12/2024: Fast dispatch. Bad pizza. The ham tasted and smelled strange. The tomato sauce was not good either. But haven't had a bad stomach

12/02/2025: Delicous Sushi. The all you can eat is a given choice for unlimited fresh flavourful sushi. The Oasia Supreme Kaburimaki is my favorite. Quality food, attentive friendly staff and nice atmosphere. This is my go to place when in Vejle. The bluberry Ramune is a refreshing drink option.

02/02/2025: I recommend this place because it is rare in Denmark to find a place where you can eat delicious sushi. It was delicious and interesting. We ordered a menu with unlimited rolls and it was a good decision because we were able to try different flavors at the best price. The quality of the products is high! I watched how the food was prepared because the kitchen was open and the chefs were attentive to sterility, which is very important to me. Thank you for the experience!

13/03/2025: Fantastic authentic Ethiopian and Eritrean food. We went twice and they were closed during opening hours, but the third time we went we finally got a table and the food is fantastic and the wait was worth it. The portions are generous and I couldn’t even finish it. I got the #12 and my fiancé got the #4. He loved his so much he finished his plate. We also had the Eritrean beer and Ethiopian beer and they were very tasty. If you’re looking for some authentic and extremely flavorful cuisine, please don’t hesitate to give this a try.

24/02/2025: Delicious and authentic. (With a clean and accessible bathroom.) In response to the comment saying the owners don’t speak Danish, they do. But, like many immigrants to Denmark, it might not be “perfect” which also isn’t the goal. If you’re looking for great Eritrean food, I highly recommend this place! If, however, you prefer rye bread and hate seasoning, “ethnic” food, and foods from cultures beyond your own, stay home.

11/02/2025: We got sandwiches for the general meeting of the local shooting association on my recommendation and after I had brought bread from there. Have only heard positive feedback. It was chicken and bacon, meatball and ham and cheese. Live near one of the shops, always fresh and tasty.

04/02/2025: The best baker in my opinion. All bread from Palle's bakery is top notch and tastes excellent 😋 I especially want to highlight the raspberry slices and tree trunks 😋😋😋😋😋
