04/07/2025: Too dark - almost tripped at cloak room. Maybe can hire 1-2 more staff. Response time is slow. Water is DK20/person (studio x kitchen on Dronnigens provides 4 pitchers of water free). Food was ok.

03/07/2025: Had a great meal. Couldn't fault anything. Together with friendly and service-oriented staff in an atmospheric setting. Top evening

10/06/2025: Very cozy restaurant, with very tasty food and nice wine. Service was great: friendly, good and clear explanation and with delicious suggestions. Only point of criticism: the menu was not very easy to read (small letters on a gray background vs little light).

07/06/2025: We went here for our anniversary meal & we were not disappointed! The food was absolutely outstanding, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We booked a table a few weeks beforehand after reading the reviews & Im pleased we did as alot of people who just turned up were turned away. A must go to place when in Copenhagen!

19/06/2025: Amazing resturant in the heart of Copenhagen with an amazing atmosphere. Food and service was absolutely on point and from our interaction with waiters, server and seater you clearly get the vibe that this is a great place to work and hence a great place to dine. You can get better food elsewhere, but for the price I have no complaints. Only thing that took this place a peg down was that when paying with card you are asked to enter the amount of the tip when you expect to enter your pin... I was not warned by staff about this exceptional process and was about to give several thousand in tips 🙈 Please do not add Tip in the payment process. Tipping should be voluntary based on an expressed wish not set up as the default option after accepting the amount

And the main dish - wow, waking all the senses, mouth watering, both filling yet light on the stomach. The house red wine complimented the dinner superbly. 16/02/2025: Jeg havde fornøjelsen af at nyde en søndagsmiddag på Kollerup Mølle Kro, og det var en virkelig dejlig oplevelse! Allerede ved ankomsten blev vi mødt af den hyggelige og charmerende atmosfære på kroen. Det er en helt speciel stemning her, med den historiske bygning og den varme indretning, der får en til at føle sig velkommen med det samme. Vi valgte den 3-retters menu, og maden var virkelig lækker. Hver ret var både smukt anrettet og smagte vidunderligt. Jeg kunne især godt lide forretten, som var frisk og velsmagende, og hovedretten – en saftig steg med perfekt tilbehør – var lige hvad man håbede på. Desserten var en skøn afslutning på måltidet, let og sød uden at være for tung. Betjeningen var også upåklagelig. Personalet var opmærksomme, venlige og gjorde alt for at sikre, at vi havde en god oplevelse. Det føltes næsten som at spise hjemme hos nogen, der virkelig tager sig tid til at forkæle gæsterne. Alt i alt var det en fantastisk middag, og jeg kan klart anbefale Kollerup Mølle Kro til en hyggelig og lækker søndagsmiddag. Jeg ser frem til at komme tilbage og opleve det igen!

04/07/2025: Herthadalen gets our warmest recommendations!! We held a wedding of almost 70 people in the forest tent and we can only say a huge thank you to the whole team (everyone from waiters, chefs, to the executive restaurant manager). Everyone went out of their way and delivered a huge job on the day itself and in the lead up to. Thank you for the most amazing wedding we could have dreamed of.

18/06/2025: I was here in connection with a wedding and I was quite positively surprised by the experience. I think the location and the atmosphere was really really nice, but I’ll mainly focus on the food and service, starting with the service. The staff were super young, and they were great! We were obviously a bunch of wedding guests, and alcohol is flowing and this means that us guests can be a bit of a mouthful, especially also considering that we are there for such a long time. However the crew maintained their professional composure, they made us feel welcome and were in on the jokes and the fun. The blonde woman who presented herself before the dinner as being in charge for the evening, was professional, funny and very accommodating. The young waiters tending to our table were great fun and once again, very professional. Excellent crew! The food had its ups and downs however. First and foremost the appetizer. Tofu blocks with asparagus and a white sauce? I’ll just do you a favor and skip my comments on that, wtf? 😂 the tofu was literally just taken out of the package - super weird dish. The main course was super nice however! I am more of a red meat guy when it comes to main courses, but the fish was cooked perfectly with nice crispy skin, sauce had plenty of flavor too but the main character was the carrot puree. It was so delicious! So buttery and smooth and full of flavor I really loved the puree. The dessert was also good. Standard and safe dessert to serve (I reckon the newly we’d choose the menu anyways), but it was great! I had three portions. All in all I was quite happy, I think they’ve nailed it here. Except for the appetizer I mean that was such a strange dish. Very nice experience!

22/06/2025: You can tell the staff like working here by the taste of the food and the quality of the service. The 5 course menu is the perfect amount to fill you up and the price is super fair. The negronis are good too.

10/06/2025: Quality bistro offering a changing seasonal 8-9 course set menu with choice of veggie/meat/fish main (the other courses all usually veggie), or it is possible to order a la carte. Good quality drinks, also mocktails. Lovely helpful staff, rustic cosy interior, outside seating area, and opposite the duck pond.

10/06/2025: A young guy today spoke badly about me to his colleagues while I could hear it, and then told me that I “heard wrong” and that it had never happened. Quite unfortunate for the café, but I won't be going there again :)

31/05/2025: A cross between a cafe and a snack bar/restaurant. The food and drinks were okay, but nothing more. The prices were quite high for Germans (and probably more normal for Danes). You can do it, but you don't have to. There isn't much choice in Grinsted either.
